    @BSNLCorporate Plz do not give us illogical excuse Plz see screen shot BSNL network has 'E' for 5 days I am paying for 3G /4G speed, don't make us fool BSNL has same issue in every second days 3days off the 1 day will work the again Even I can not use internet inside my Home @DoT_India

    @InvestorOfJAMMU @grok Most of these budgets probably goes into overhauling the network with indigenous gears. But BSNL as a core telecom company doesn't make any sense, should be taken over by private company or should be a stake sale.

    @thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.

    @BSNL_KOTD Not getting any service from bsnl surkikal and mullick phatak exchange howrah. My router has been taken by your service franchisee SP network and not returned within warranty period. Further i have not received invoice for my newly purchased router as well.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL 3. So we tried calling #BSNL cust care by dialing 1503, but the call doesn't connect to, but hangs. By mistake if it connects, it is getting disconnected within few secs. Then how the hell cust will reach cust care. #BSNL mobile service is lousy. 4/5

    Dear jio from 6 month we are complaining for your poor service and has given several times details you asked for but nothing happened just as usual electricity went off network went off. Bsnl is best than you worst jio.

    @bsnl_care Hello BSNL care team BSNL should appoint permanent lineman technical support team to check OFC line in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba Himachal Pradesh. So permanent lineman team restore 4G service in Pangi valley soon.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Bsnl broadband was very nice before merging with kerala vision and asianet. Now everyday having issues and noone is coming to solve the issue even after giving regular complaints.
