    @BSNLCorporate Plz do not give us illogical excuse Plz see screen shot BSNL network has 'E' for 5 days I am paying for 3G /4G speed, don't make us fool BSNL has same issue in every second days 3days off the 1 day will work the again Even I can not use internet inside my Home @DoT_India

    BSNL has good offers but lacks customer support and penetration. In spite of repeated requests they never bother to work on improving connectivity ..

    Wonder of the BSNL Service! BSNL NETWORK is not working properly in the village of Kattingia, Daringbadi. Along with this, only those people who have 4G Enable Mobile in this area can talk on the phone and those who use 2G/3G Sim Mobile/Keypad Mobile Users can't talk to anyone?

    @bsnl_care I applied my porting number to BSNL on date 23 April 2026 but still my number is not got activated everything is done several times of contact to customer care for example I have also docket response number E 2320 154 212 910 and everything is done but services from bsnl 🚫

    @BSNLCorporate Finally I could port out from the worst @bsnl_care . I had to wait for three months, three months is technical and one month because of malpractice at BSNL end.

    During COVID time, a drain was being built in our area and BSNL wires were damaged. I complained, but there was no response. I filed an RTI. They said the wires were in Patna and would be fixed once they reached here. Guess what? They never corrected it till today. Thankfully, I switched to Airtel broadband. @PMOIndia should sell off BSNL or use it only for military and government purposes.

    @bsnl_care Pathetic response, chor company BSNL. Chor engineers, without any resolution closed my complaint. @JM_Scindia close this chor company.
