Like other pvt service providers BSNL should either start home-delivering the SIM through app registration or make use of sister agencies like Post Office etc roping them in

    I switched my connection to Airtel and this is the worst mistake i had done, worst service then Bsnl I recommend please don’t trust Airtel. I lost my job because advisor’s told me internet will be working from evening it’s been 6 days now still it’s not working. @airtelindia

    @JioCare 5 days still internet is not working. BSNL and Airtel faced issued the same issue but they resolved it with 1 day and you people are taking so much of time
