    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLTRIPURA BSNL broadband bandwidth is very low! can't even watch videos on YouTube without buffering... very poor bandwidth ... plz do something

    From last 10 days in bsnl Broadband the DSL is very unstable.I complaint to the local office at belonia. but they are not aolving the issue properly. DSL if very fluctuating. after few minutes DSL is not there, after few minutes more it is coming. 1/2 @BSNLCorporate @BSNLTRIPURA

    Please try to look into the matter @BSNLCorporate here i cant even tweet properly! network is very unstable... 4g then after few seconds 2g then after few seconds emergency call ! i am getting it! why people dont love to use bsnl!

    I surrendered my BSNL broadband connection today. I told them that it is because of bad service, expecting them to convince me that it will be better in the future. To my surprise, the person did not even listen, just insisted on writing down the same. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Hi I have been using BSNL self care portal recvingebills as well as online payments .My payments are not been accnted I have raised the issue on self care portal it says probelm reslved however the bill remain outstding is there an email id to write too

    If i was not happy with your service and i decided to not use your service in future then how much money will be refunded back to me please tell. Because in few days of less then 7 days of connection i frustrated with the bsnl service. 😭😭

    @TRAI and @DoT_India .am using bsnl fibernet for the past 2 months the internet speed is below 2 Mbps I made several complaints regarding it to bsnl I did not get any response from them. And every month am getting bill to pay. Worst service from bsnl FTTh .pls take action
