  1) Bsnl employees are preparing for other competitive exams while on duty and ignoring the compplains from the consumers! I am having problems with my broadband connection since 10 days! But has not been fixed till now! @BSNLCorporate @BSNLTRIPURA

  Please try to look into the matter @BSNLCorporate here i cant even tweet properly! network is very unstable... 4g then after few seconds 2g then after few seconds emergency call ! i am getting it! why people dont love to use bsnl!

  From last 10 days in bsnl Broadband the DSL is very unstable.I complaint to the local office at belonia. but they are not aolving the issue properly. DSL if very fluctuating. after few minutes DSL is not there, after few minutes more it is coming. 1/2 @BSNLCorporate @BSNLTRIPURA

  @cgm_mh_bsnl I thank GOI for promoting private companies in telecommunications because BSNL still don't care of their customers. I tried 0217-2652652, 2626008, 2627726 & 2626816 to register complaint about broadband issue, but didn't get response from anyone

  @BSNLCorporate @beeindiadigital Recently I lost my handset I was having a Jio/BSNL sim which I had purchased from Kerala. I was able to issue duplicate sim for the Jio number in odisha(my home residence) but BSNL Odisha didn't even entertain my request and told me to apply for the duplicate sim in kerala(1/2)

  @BSNLCorporate Done, Sir there are many people here who want to port their SIM card to bsnl but they do not want to port because of very poor network. Please increase the network coverage here🙏🙏

  @BSNLCorporate very Bad experience with @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD i registered for port request on 14-12-21 and gave Rs.500 to BSNL office employee (BSNL office Roorkee uttrakhand), neither my number got port nor i am getting my money back, officials not receiving my phone. plz help

  Only if you’ve never been to a government office will you say #StopPrivatization The whole process is a mess with corruption and slow work. Private organisations are much more standardised with better service & often prices. BSNL vs Airtel for example. Or Air India vs Indigo.
