But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

We called you customercare number and even gm of that region and everyone are giving execuses.

Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.
