    @BSNLCorporate This is not done..complaint service of BSNL is so bad..specially the Jharkhand/Jamshedpur /Kadma area is very poor. Repeat problem, yet no resolution.. Not sure how long BSNL will survive with this pathetic service

    @panther_speaks I am shifting to bsnl after fed up with Airtel and jio. BSNL response to complaint is good. But jio and Airtel are cut paste- time waste care

    @BSNL_HP Is there any better way to register complaint for my BSNL Fiber internet connection... Last 30 minutes I have tried to reach multiple customer care number.. but did not get any response. Also tried to reach JTO , SDO Office for Sarkaghat but they are not picking up phone

    @BSNLCorporate can I get a BSNL Wing connection? Do I need to visit any office or can it be activated online? Earlier I have applied for a wing connection and got a number but it never got activated.

    @BSNLCorporate should rename all its broadband plans as tortureband365 . It has never worked for continuos 24 hrs since I bought the connection. Staying in govt quarters forces me to opt for BSNL. @PMOIndia plz do something

    @BSNLCorporate They are not entertaining my request. The problem is that Service Request No. “8032019657” is open on BSNL landline No. 01960-234494 and needs to be closed. Please look into matter and forward my request to the concerned authority.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Team is not doing their job properly. Frequent problems with broadband. There are 50+ house in our registered society - 12 are using BSNL in Parshwanath Narayan City Jaipur - Do you want us to switch to your competitors ?
