    @bsnl_care I will have to port and bear the loss of reacharge because of irresponsible BSNL 1. BSNL doesn't work in mumbai. 2. Vo-Wifi also doesn't work. Multiple complaints are raised, yet they get closed without any resolution or any efforts to do anything better. @JM_Scindia @CMDBSNL

    I initiated MNP request 2 port frm BSNL to Airtel.The scheduled porting time was May 9th 23:22. It has been over 1 hrs, but my BSNL SIM is still active & receiving calls,while myAirtel SIM is not working.Pls look into this transition issue urgently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I already raised complaints more than 6–7 times, and many people here have also complained regularly, but the issue is still not resolved. It is very disappointing.Even BSNL is now providing stable 4G in this area. Then why is Vi still unable to provide proper network service?

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Dear @BSNL, my BSNL FTTH connection is having very weak optical signal (RX power around -28.86 dBm). Internet is unstable and disconnecting frequently ,complaint is still not resolved. Kindly escalate and resolve the issue urgently. #BSNL #FTTH

    @BSNLCorporate @TelecomTalk What will be the use of the BSNL SIM when there's no network at all for a month?
