    @SharmaPN9 @BSNLCorporate smartly recruited highly educated staff in the name of graduate engineer but they never treated us GE, for them only ITS are engineering graduate, and interesting thing is they do not belong to BSNL #Designate_As_Per_Scale #Designate_As_Per_Scale

    @BSNLCorporate people says why to sell govt. Entity in public.. But I will say they have to, from around 30days.. I'm facing the problem and these guys are not paying any attention, while they are promoting bsnl fiber which is In hand of private guys.. @DoT_India

    @uhbvnpkl , I got reply from BSNL that this number was disconnected in 2018. Why are your customer care executives still quoting this dead number to customers ? Message from BSNL: SDE (Phones) Kurukshetra reported that 01744230241 status is disconnected since 18.08.2018.

    so i called BSNL customer care and they informed me that this recharge is for international calling which is already mentioned on BSNL site but somewhere it was not mentioned on phonepe.can you guys explain me whom should I blame ?

    @maitreemuz Inconvenience caused is regretted. There is a lot of issue with the BSNL service the PRI lines were down for sometime which is out of our hand and may be it was the time you tried to call. Our Call Center team as I always reinterate is 24 by 7 without fail to serve all our consum

    I have disconnection on 13th. However, neither the issue was fixed not the connection was closed. Biggest Regret to opt for BSNL Fibre.
