I'm facing the problem and these guys are not paying any attention, while they are promoting bsnl fiber which is In hand of private guys.. @DoT_India

Send a lineman to check the BSNL-provided modem. Stop just registering endless complaints and take actual action!

Inefficient staff who make consumer suffer . I think like BSNL who was flying high in sky and never bothered for consumer see now same happen to kesco .
