@BSNLCorporate people says why to sell govt. Entity in public.. But I will say they have to, from around 30days.. I'm facing the problem and these guys are not paying any attention, while they are promoting bsnl fiber which is In hand of private guys.. @DoT_India

@SharmaPN9 @BSNLCorporate smartly recruited highly educated staff in the name of graduate engineer but they never treated us GE, for them only ITS are engineering graduate, and interesting thing is they do not belong to BSNL #Designate_As_Per_Scale #Designate_As_Per_Scale

@JioFinance1 I have paid Rs 107 for recharge of BSNL mobile but the recharge was failed . After sending about 7 emails,the issue is still live ,my paid amount still not returned into my bank account. No proper reply is given by Jio finance team.

Respected @JM_Scindia Sir, #BSNL #network is completely down in #Ganjbasoda and nearby areas. People are facing major communication issues—no calls, no internet. Kindly instruct the concerned department to take immediate action. A truly Digital India needs strong connectivity.

@EngrAbuAmmar @bsnl_care Bsnl sims automatically latch to mtnl dolphin network if available if your sim not connecting you don't have to visit any mtnl office just go to aur sim setting and manually select dolphin 3g if available but reality it that dolphin network don't have good indoor coverage

@nimitgoel007 Now this has become a hypothetical question for BSNL. I had advised top BSNL and DOT officials to go for 800 MHz bands for 4G - to leverage the device ecosystem of RJIO and do 5G in 700 MHz band. Yes most devices support 4G in 700 MHz but the low end legacy devices not.

@BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia False incoming call ringing is a big problem in BSNL. Due to this, important calls get missed. Solve the problem as soon as possible.

@BhupeshMeha @JioCare galti se jio mat lena, gatar ki keechad & jio dono 1 jaise he hein, jio dont have any escalation matrix dont have any live customer care, go for airtel bsnl or anyother player offering post sales services, jio lekar tum paise bhi doge net bhi nahe chlage khoon bhi jalega
