    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI We r facing problem with BSNL AIRFiber 03821-291075,as we've STAPIC ID,We get speed of 20-50Mbps. The issue is when we use AIRFIBRE in our KIOSK software KIOSK doesn't work properly but with mobile Hotspot the software works Please solve the issue we face

    My BSNL number is 01292985375. I have raised 3 tickets yesterday for slow speed and all the tickets are closed without contacting me l. Before that I have raised 3 ticket for my broadband and they took one week to fix it l.

    I called BSNL given the contracts to the private company which is handled by chotelal and he is not responding and whenever I called BSNL customer service they say only 2 things 1 that I have to contact North zone try this number after 1 hr .

    @BSNL_KL Bsnl FTTH worst service. A fibre fault won't be looked upon for days. The issue might go in for weeks. The local exchange people doesn't care. And the customer care is hopeless. Ya and keep calling to remind me about the paid bills. @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate

    @MobiKwikSWAT I have not got any response from BSNL regarding my recharge through transaction ID MBK677248452. Kindly take appropriate action as atleast the service provider should have send message regarding recharge. Why my money has not yet been refunded back to me. Thanks
