    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI We r facing problem with BSNL AIRFiber 03821-291075,as we've STAPIC ID,We get speed of 20-50Mbps. The issue is when we use AIRFIBRE in our KIOSK software KIOSK doesn't work properly but with mobile Hotspot the software works Please solve the issue we face

    @BSNLCorporate I change my network to bsnl before 1 month. That month no problem, next month starting recharge my bsnl mobile number, but incoming and outgoing facilities stop. I don't know reason. I give that number to bank, gas, etc so please help me

    @BSNLCorporate When BSNL authorized third party for installation, payment then why can't instruct them for refund. This is not only creating problems for customers but also making question mark on BSNL.

    @BSNL_BR Sir your #bsnl process is very slow.just check how many hours bsnl is giving this information.think why people taking other telecom facility.local bsnl office people do not receive calls.worst customer experience.

    @BSNL_CHTD @rsprasad I have enquired for BSNL fiber net Broadband connection for work from home option, to support govt but bad thing is nobody is there to ask about requirements of customers.Soon BSNL will shutdown it services it continues the same poor customer service.

    @BSNLCorporate I was using BSNL ₹1098 3 months plan from 17th Feb 2021 this is my second recharge. but from the last 2 days, I am not able to use BSNL 3G (GSM) mobile data in my area (Pincode 212301) kindly fix this issue . I can't take my online classes please helpmeout
