    @bsnl_ap_circle 2. I don’t know wether the infrastructure structor is not enough to handle the multiple user throttling. We are facing speed drops and high ping issues all the time in Narsapur division. I have rechecked with my friends (BSNL subs) , they are also facing this ..

    @BSNL_AS is there any installation charges for BSNL Fibre? A person quoted me 5000/- for installation (Plan charges extra). I'm only asking here because I couldn't reach any of the customer care phn no.s

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for revert me back please note that the BSNL service in barmer Rajasthan location is very poor and the reason behind this is poor staff and management. They are not at all taking serious to his job. Please find below details as requested:

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune Any update on this issue it has been 6 days now but no one ready to solve my internet connection issue ,wire cut at my building and I m chasing local vendor but they're unresponsive @CMDBSNL. pathetic service by BSNL now a day and totally depends on local vendor

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am living in Dadra nagar haveli, Naroli.Its been a week since i am not getting any Bsnl network..to get network i have to climb to a high altitudes... please do something about it.. unless being a old customer of bsnl i have to port my number.
