    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

    @rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir sincerely thanks for convey my request. Actually i want wifi connection from bsnl but as i contacted to bsnl officer replyed that we can't provide you connection because there is no cable near my house.i had landline before.plz help me out @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

    @BSNLCorporate what are you guys doing for your worst customer service? I need my simcard blocked asap coz my phone got stolen. And the customer care give zero **** to the problem. The person who has the phone is randomly calling people from my phone. Do something #BSNL
