  @BSNLCorporate Sir sincerely thanks for convey my request. Actually i want wifi connection from bsnl but as i contacted to bsnl officer replyed that we can't provide you connection because there is no cable near my house.i had landline before.plz help me out @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

  @BSNLCorporate Please check lead no-15689598432 applied in 2020.but no response from bsnl. Again applied for air fibre lead no-APP20220110203816 applied this year again the same problem no response.

  @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

  @BSNL_OR taking complains to bsnl customer care executive is like taking complains to an inefficient king, they will listen according to their mood and they will disconnect without even asking you. And people are crying against privatisation of public sector institutions. Grow up

  The financial condition of BSNL is not right in my country as well as their officer is not able to talk, I did my recharge of 139 on 14-10-2022 and till date My account is saying suspended, if I tell customer care to talk to the senior, then he says talk to him tomorrow.

  @ajay43 No, they are trying to develop the indigenous 4G/ 5G with the help of TCS , CDOT. The govt is doing all these experiments in a LAB called #BSNL.

  @MobiKwikSWAT I make a complaint to bsnl and they have replied that recharge had not made So refund my amount  See the attachment The mail received from bsnl is belowSir   As per CCM - IN CDR, no record found forrechargeon27.7.2022. This is for your information pls. Regards JTO
