@rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

@BSNLCorporate Please check lead no-15689598432 applied in 2020.but no response from bsnl. Again applied for air fibre lead no-APP20220110203816 applied this year again the same problem no response.

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

@BSNL_KOTD Excess bill came for postpaid GSM. Last month bill added to this with excess amount. Called customer care no help and no clue to rectify. Can't visit BSNL office and for a senior citizen its really painful to go for hastle. Suggest how BSNL can correct the bill.

@DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

@BSNLCorporate The issue is that time and again I have told the people who work in the BSNL society that do not burn dry leaves as the smoke enters our homes and makes its worse.We have to keep our windows shut.I also informed them that it is not right to do so and warned before complaining 1/2

Even while my Data is off,Popups are showing up mentioning that a few bytes have been used and you are charged for few Paise to Rupees.I have taken up the matter with @BSNL Mobile India (Company) but as usual, they are least bothered. STOP SMS to 1925 not working @Trai @DoT_India

@BSNL_KL worst service provider. We are using land line phone for last 16 years. From last one year service is very poor. Most of the time Phone is not working, no dialtone ,noisy line etc . Our number 04812468462. We are going end the relationship with bsnl.@DoT_India
