@rsprasad Dear sir, after 6 year of #digitalindia we are still not connected with good internet connection.#BSNL refused for connection.#ghartakfibre becomes a dream.After complaining so many times no one is ready to listen.Atleast provide us a better network operater.

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I opted for BSNL FTH 45 days back, there is no service provided yet, the provider named Shaukat Ali for Munger District is completely unresponcive after taking payment of 7200/ for installation and 1 month internet.

@BSNLCorporate Please check lead no-15689598432 applied in 2020.but no response from bsnl. Again applied for air fibre lead no-APP20220110203816 applied this year again the same problem no response.

@pmsurendar @BSNL_TN I suggest you go for other ISP insted of BSNL. 1. 99% UPTIME then BSNL 2. much better and easy accessible customer care then BSNL 3. fast problem solving time then BSNL 4. Bsnl never listen their customer problem 5. Reliable speed then BSNL 6. TRUST ME ..i m unlucky BSNL USER😐
