Still I am paying monthly bill. 4 months back I had given to cancel my land line connect, still no measures has been taken

How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

We are working in private sectors and how do they bear this kind of reasons. Kindly help, it is same with others subscribers of BSNL in this area.
