Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

Let your people go and check at the customer end rather than sitting at office, warming the seats and giving false reports. No wonder BSNL is in loss
