@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK in this location the signal coverage is not good. Please check and add more tower if required.i believe in #Swadesi movement and I changed my number to #BSNL recently. Government should put more effort to connect people across the country via BSNL.

@Airtel_Presence The coverage of Airtel is worst in Bangalore. The customer Service agents are also useless. Kantaraj T 98450-19715, 99722-92530. I believe Vadafone doing well in Bangalore now a days apart from BSNL in our area.

I forced my Dad and Mom both to switch from BSNL to @Airtel_Presence. Almost always it's impossible to reach them when they are in #Payyanur and at times even in #Trivandrum. Now the onus of porting both the SIMs back to BSNL is on me. No hope of Airtel fixing the issue. 60 days!

@BSNL_KTK I recently ported my number to bsnl it's been 13 days now and no resolution. Never ever get their service. Customer care is useless. My first recharge is not processed, tried 5 times now. Customer support has no clue. They won't register complain. Just tired of them 😔

@BSNLCorporate @ErosNow Why is BSNL staff not fixing reported issues on phone lines at the 0469 exchange? When a complaint is filed there is no end date on when the issue will get resolved. OPEN ENDED complaints booking systems are just too PHONY and customers are left without another option.
