But the officials there told me that bsnl doesn't offer 4g connection. I went there after looking from internet. Donot know why they turned me back. Please help in this case

When trying to block a number which was stolen, rather than taking corrective measures the representative was beating around the bush. Please get this actioned urgently. We have been trying a lot.

Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.
