I forced my Dad and Mom both to switch from BSNL to @Airtel_Presence. Almost always it's impossible to reach them when they are in #Payyanur and at times even in #Trivandrum. Now the onus of porting both the SIMs back to BSNL is on me. No hope of Airtel fixing the issue. 60 days!

@Airtel_Presence The coverage of Airtel is worst in Bangalore. The customer Service agents are also useless. Kantaraj T 98450-19715, 99722-92530. I believe Vadafone doing well in Bangalore now a days apart from BSNL in our area.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK in this location the signal coverage is not good. Please check and add more tower if required.i believe in #Swadesi movement and I changed my number to #BSNL recently. Government should put more effort to connect people across the country via BSNL.

@TelecomTalk I use both bsnl and jio sims. If bsnl has network issue then it don't show mobile network, but in jio inspite of full network no calling and internet service this is fake or not. If bsnl 4g is available then i always prefer bsnl, private 4g network is totally fake!

@BSNLCorporate For next couple of days I didn't get any solution from exchange, JTO or vendor. I can say there was no help from any concerned team. As per vendor, he didn't get support from BSNL. So, pls look into this matter and take some action so this type of issues should be resolved ASAP.
