Our landline is not working last 365days even we are paying the bill of Rs.1284 every month.

Other's didnt even have their own & were leasing it indirectly.. BSNL was already a gonner with poor network, vodafone & Idea were already getting weak, hence later merged

Raised complaints to all levels including CMD everytime but no resolution. Better you change unfit cmd to save bsnl. How ever I will port out in sep 26. They register & close my complaints
