But the problem is unlike other PSU left alone, BSNL is too big to be ignored. Almost all lanes and streets of Hindustan has some story of BSNL. It will be disastrous, if left alone to die. On my every complaint during the period, sms were received stating the problem has been resolved without making my landline work. Services can be outsourced to save BSNL
