Because of this poor support BSNL is at loss. Thank you BSNL

My landline phone was dead for a year and officers gave damn to me when I said I would take up to higher authorities. I have 3 other bsnl operators in my family but none of them fave any issues...and this has started after i have ported my sim from VI to Bsnl. This is my 2nd time raising the issue.

You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

Its disappointed a lot.... many people also returned in front of me with some complain.

All losses and inefficiencies are passed on to consumers as tariff increase. Let private DISCOMs be allowed. Consumers don't have choice. It is like old BSNL with no competition.

Vidyut (@Vidyut) reportedIdea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321. Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.
