But getting full bill for months service. After lodging complain the contact no of retired linesman are given via SMS. Unacceptable service by BSNL in Bhubaneswar.

My landline phone was dead for a year and officers gave damn to me when I said I would take up to higher authorities. Phone nos are not updated on website making it convenient for officials to be in slumber. Pathetic

I am not getting my router back taken for repairs under warranty. Neither i have received invoice for new router.
