@DoT_India ,@rsprasad ,@TRAI My BSNL landline is dead frm 27th may20,my complain no.15486505242.even if repeated mails, twitter complains,mail to appellate authority,talking with customer care has no effect till date.more over BSNL has sent me the bill which is attached.very sad

@NEERAJTendua @BSNLCorporate Not a single Indian will denie that fact that BSNL is just loot people. You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

@AshishEdsikar @elonmusk Hmmmm.... Fiber Cable kahan milega bolo... which karna baking hai. BSNL apply kiye hue 2 months ho gaye. Uske like grievance portal me complaint, ussme bhi last update 10th August ka tha... ab #atmanirbhar hi hu! Full.

@manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @rsprsad @DoT_India even if my repeated appeal BSNL not corrected my dead phone even if one month passed vide complain no.15486505242.hence I am compelled to surrender the landline on 28th June. Because of this poor support BSNL is at loss. Thank you BSNL

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Does BSNL expect that people will keep paying without any services. My landline 0674-2592680 is dead since Cyclone Fani. I am paying rental every month. Never delayed paying bill of my postpaid mobile 9437030370. But it's neither good data nor clear voice.

@pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

@ANI Worst services of BSNL. When in good days their employees didnot cared about customers. I tried to keep my broadband with them despite downtimes of 2-3weeks but they did not cared. Finally had to give up. Govt should not be in business but should be enabler of business.

@ANI Govt needs to restructure these. Especially BSNL, has to cut down on work force and remove unnecessary departments. Their customer service is not good, i had to switch to pvt service providers for broadband few years ago, Discontinued Landline.
