    @sandeep_PT True, this would be fault of entire BSNL higher authorities..they didn’t take decisions quickly and does not release funds as per required,hence every BSNL mangers are responsible for this sinking ships and few of them direct contact with private operators to compromise service🤔

    @sandeep_PT Do you not realise that even as a monopoly, BSNL barely worked. India lagged the world in technology adaption for decades, the service was poor and bloated managements. THANK THE PVT FIRMS

    @sandeep_PT BSNL was also destroyed by BSNL themselves! Today they cry for wage! There was a time they lived like kings treating customers as slaves! Atrocious billing, complaints and hel lot of issues,they gave a damn! Today they r paying back for it ! Privatisation was the only option left

    @sandeep_PT Yes everytime my BSNL broadband was down, use to go to BSNL office submit paper application requesting them to restore connection. Then they will send person after 3days. Now using Airtel broadband, they come in hours whenever I have any Issue. This is not an isolated example.
