    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL. How can people trust upon you? Suddenly you disconnect the data for the whole day and sometimes emergency call for a few hours. Is this Government Jobs and Offices means? Unbelievable network probelm today. May God bless you and your future.

    Worst Network In India. Customer care cutted my call 12 times. I think they are eating momos in the office. I am so angry with @BSNLCorporate . No behaviour of how to talk. @reliancegroup plz buy BSNL and throw it in dustbin. Their customer care is like "We Don't Care" #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate We have got BSNL fibre connection on 7th Dec 2021. After one week internet speed very poor. 3 weeks over.nobody rectify. Today receive bill Rs.2426- very much shocked. No view bill. My landline No. 04562 - 229636. We are using this landline 25 years bsnl customer. Pl.solve.

    I am complaining since march regarding the bsnl network problem at tehsil sawaijpur, hardoi. Even I personally made several calls to bsnl sdo (94515 55520),shahabad, hardoi and TDM, hardoi, Mr Alok Dwivedi at 09450509617. But every time I was given new dates for resuming services

    @pgm_goa_bsnl @bsnlportal my #BSNL prepaid was working fine. Have 1.5 gb daily package. Suddenly data not working. It shows suspended then disconnects.

    @datta_arvind 2- with the opticl fibre branch, they give best customer supprt. Their technicians reach the default location within 2-3 hours from the Time of complain. Bsnl shld be pushed up. It is really affordable, n can ideally catch up the rural customers as soon as they roll out 4g.
