    @BSNLCorporate I think you all are unaware that the BSNL cellular network is down with no signal in Bahraich city from 6 PM onwards. Its been more than 4 hours and no resolution yet.

    @JioCare The worst customer service in the world. From 3rd of May still the same issue. It's the sim network issue I already replaced the sim. But still having same problem. Even BSNL sim works perfectly.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI After 24 hours of booking complaint for broadband,there is no resolution,even talking to customer care is not possible because call is disconnected in 5 seconds automatically. Why BSNL doesn't improve for their work quality like Airtel and Jio.

    @BSNLUPWEST Every month for 4,5 days BSNL Fibber internet has not work in Nawabganj, bareilly,262406 since 2 Years . Today it self i am facing the same problem. No one is treated as urgent and i am helpless only. Complain no: 1057879614

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Bsnl team, Whenever power goes for 4-5 hour then I am seeing LOS will blink and when power back then it goes way and service will restore this is observation. Why can't you have the good power back up, please treat this as priority and resolve the issue.
