@BSNL_CHTD BSNL 5G may be realised only on 700mhz for indoor users and 2500, 3500Mhz won't support indoors. But others like Airtel optimized 3500mhz getting 5G in indoors. Even both 2100, 700 mhz coverage is low.

@TelecomTalk I didn't even know they were in the competition. BSNL IS THE WORST. I'm done with BSNL. Hopefully, I'll be able to get rid of my BSNL SIM soon and save myself some money & mental peace.

  • NodeNotFound MNP (@NodeNotFound) reported

Hey @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE, I recently placed a request for home delivery for a SIM. However, I got this message "Dear Customer, Kindly Visit the nearest CSC to acquire SIM-BSNL". Please refund the money as I paid for the service that had to be provided at my doorstep.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Introduce 1GB/day packs. All operators are pushing for higher packs. Not everyone needs that much data. This will help BSNL reduce prices & gain users.

  • sandeep_priyu sandeep (@sandeep_priyu) reported

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 A big problem in bsnl is fibre line down day to day bsnl officers not responding in siwan bihar customers leaving bsnl fibre .

Bsnl, they are lacking behind but at least now they are trying to do something about it, they are expanding their things, improving network connectivity and areas But they need some time and when they’ll get stable they need to compete over price And if they crack price then..

  • I_aum_jokinngg i_m_groot (@I_aum_jokinngg) reported

3/n 2. Private companies like Airtel and Jio, have shown that when it comes to looting poor public, they can work together to raise prices together and keep them neck and neck. Is Modi missing these events. After literally killing BSNL, they (@BJP4India ) let their blood hound

  • VK_isgoat Cheeku🩵 (@VK_isgoat) reported

@reliancejio @JioCare one big drawback compared to other operators is the lack of offline recharge options. Without an active plan + no internet, users are stuck. Can you please integrate USSD/SMS/Offline UPI recharge support like Airtel & BSNL? It’ll help a lot in emergencies

  • wanderer3895 Pravin (@wanderer3895) reported

@Ravisutanjani My mom and dad use a keypad set and yet i recharge them 250+ plans as there are no other plans, initially from 129 the plans went up 249+ for no reason and none questions govt. Thinking to port to bsnl but poor network and they too have increased the plan to 179/-.

Reasons to not to choose BSNL and Bharat Fibre: 1) Poor and Rude Customer Service and their Agents. I called and said can you raise the volume of your mic as I can't hear you properly he ended the call immediately. 2)wifi is not working and they say cant check its raining.
