@BSNLCorporate I think you all are unaware that the BSNL cellular network is down with no signal in Bahraich city from 6 PM onwards. Its been more than 4 hours and no resolution yet.

Perhaps BSNL has deployed some customer care assistance system which replies its customers with AI and by creating false complaint Reg. No. Otherwise, the problem of defunct network since last 19 days at Hayuliang-792104 could have been restored much earlier. Very Unfortunate.

I went to BSNL customer service center of BBSR, But they answered me the failure of link. Same problem I faced in cuttack
