    @BSNL_HR BSNL Fiber is installed at my house for the last 2 months and every month there is a problem of 15 days. Called local operator, no one response, no solution. We are upset, will get the connection disconnected. What if it is not good and proper solution.

    @BSNLCorporate It's All About Priorities But Choosing BSNL Is Irritating Many A Times. They Have Their Own Priorities Not Customer's. More Than 24 Hour's And No One Is Interested To Resolve Concern. Because Customer Is Even Paying For Facing Problem @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KL I am a BSNL ftth user and I haven't got IPTV service yet.. Don't trust the advertisements of BSNL.. They will blabber about IPTV service and the people in the bsnl exchange will act like they don't even know what IPTV is..

    All big players are playing with telecom customers. Experiencing very poor network from #AIRTEL in vizag city ever since price hike has happened. Strategically killed all players including BSNL in this sector and playing with the customers. Is there any end to this?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB #GoodBye BSNL. 20+ YEARS OF ASSOCIATION COMES TO AN END. Switched to @airtelindia mobile service. Poor service, no connectivity & jurassic inactive apps led me to this. Still on 3G while the world moves to 5G!!

    Sry, incoming calls r stopped, outgoing calls are active. When I try to call through any other network to my bsnl network, it says the above message.@BSNLCorporate

    @TanaysinghT @BSNL_PB Hello, I have a bsnl sim, almost 2years did not recharge, network is coming in sim ,incoming and outgoing is barred. Please tell do i need to go to bsnl exchange for reactivation of number or can i recharge today and start using services.

    Bsnl ftth starting service was good now days even we submit letter to downgrade the ftth plan also it will take week of time, and when we ask for customer care they dono anything they will inform us Dat reach to near bsnl exchange..
