    @billdesk Thank you, this is only thing that I wanted that an email id be provided where I can send my upi detls & get the system updated but the customer care executives were just not ready to listen which is awkward & definitely not in line with ur moto, "BSNL is best"

    @BSNL_UKD I'm from dehradun,Uttarakhand I'm having bsnl dual band connection and I'm facing issues with my wifi connection, its server get's down anytime.And I'm facing a lot of problems regarding this issue

    @PMOIndia Respected Sir we are facing lots of problems even I calling along with internet access BSNL network and when I complaint against it to BSNL india then find their reply in attachment please take some serious action for BSNL tower in my village

    @Ravisutanjani You certainly need to bifurcate govt entities as PSUs and govt. Offices.. PSUs like BSNL and Public sector banks may have a little inferior service quality due to govt made shortcomings including staff shortage.. yes a large chunk need training in soft skills..

    along with connectons. This is my last hope to continue with BSNL. Fed up with poor services. Called up the helpline +918942002423. Call centre person responded in Hindi. I requested if he is comfortable with English since my Hindi is not good. He refused and disconnected.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate I was using your service apart port my number from airtel to bsnl how ever when I spoke with customer care for internet connection issue they are telling the number is airtel From morning I am not able use the data. #BSNL

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate I am getting call from BSNL on my landline number that " BSNL going to update Service so your Landline connection stop for service in upcoming days , provide alternate number and other details so we divert call to that number " ...what can I do

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very simple problem statement from your network the call is not getting matured to BSNL.Ask you relevant technical team to resolve the issue.I don't have any clue what you people are not understanding being from telecom industry
