    @TRAI @TRAI My BSNL Plan 197 shows validity till 23 April on the app, but services stopped on 15 April. Customer care says it expired early and refused to register a complaint. Is it allowed to reduce plan validity for ongoing recharge? Kindly intervene #ConsumerRights

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia My BSNL number is not working since last 5 days. There is zero network in Vasundhara enclave Delhi… especially in Deluxe Apartment, Vasundhara Enclave Delhi 110096. Kindly look into it.

    THIS IS about BSNL WIFI service. Since morning wifi is not working. Complaint sent to BSNL SELF CARE APP. NO RESPONSE TILL NOW. THATS WHY PEOPLE PREFER OTHER PRIVATE COMPANIES.
