    @OfficeOfRSP @PMOIndia Sir with folded hand I request to please help me to get BSNL fiber at my home as you know we all are WFH and there is no such connectivity sir and local authorities asked me money for cable installation.

    @BSNLCorporate it's been a month when my BSNL sim got network last time, although I visited my nearby bsnl office they are simply ignoring my request by giving a one-line answer- your sim is of Madhya Pradesh we can't do anything from here ..!

    BSNL Maruthuroad Palakkad seems to be very casual in issues of reconnection of FTTH broadband services. After umpteen letters of correspondence & calls to them from 20th of February 2022 with request & plea,no response. Harrassing of Customers has become part & parcel in BSNL now

    @BSNL_BR from 28/2/2022 i am not able to use my internet and when i am calling to customer care no one responds . there is ( bsnl 3g ) supported tower near my house but still i am only getting 2g network coverage.

    @BSNLCorporate i am facing several connection issues for past 2 months i am a bsnl ftth user and i am subscribed to 100mbps plan. i am not getting speed at all. the technician do visit the house for checking but couldn't help. i am really frustrated with this. Please help.

    @BSNL_OR who are they? bsnl official? 🤔 if they are sweeping the street then tell them to stop and employ a sweeper instead and please develop your network outreach throughout every corner of odisha.

    I have got a msg from BSNL to contact the area DGM in response to my tweet, appreciate it. But I'm looking for any other private broadband service providers. I heard local cable operators are not letting others, but not sure how far it is true. Hope this will be resolved soon.
