@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I have paid my bills online two times and still getting news bill with due amount added. Nobody in bsnl office responsing on my complaint. Is this how #BSNL works..? Fadeup with service and employees of #BSNL . Kindly look into this matter.

If we call customer care they would ask us to contact local branch and if we speak with local branch they are still in 1990's(arrogant replies). Haven't faced much problem in connectivity though
