    @cgm_mh_bsnl Sir Broadband service is totally out of order last few days (land line no is 03843299983) but bsnl Depertment badarpur ( Assam) office is not responding about my complain..so Sir Plz look at matter seriously 🙏

    @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate Had a very worst experience with Bsnl fiber and had surrendered the connection an year back. But still I'm getting my bills on mail, even though I've paid all my settlements. Many requests had been placed and the authorities asks me to neglect it! Worst!

    @BSNLCorporate Is it possible to update (change) the alternate mobile number for a BSNL prepaid connection??? Since the BSNL connection has outlived any other connections I had. In case of SIM loss/damage, alternate number would be required to get new SIM with same number.

    @DC_Ranchi TODAY someone from the electricity department came and cut down a tree and destroyed my optical fibre, neither you SDO nor BSNL takes any responsibility, whom should I complain to. address- Adarsh Nagar, opposite Ranchi nursing home, booti more, Ranchi.

    BSNL master of worst service. I applied for shifting land line on 27 July 2021, and they assured me to shift in max 8 days. Today 12 days already passed, but still, my landline has not shifted.

    @JioCare Terrible customer service for Jio Fibre, arrogant customer reps who did not resolve my internet speed issue stating that I should be satisfied with a 5mpbs speed for a 150 mbps plan..You guys will soon turn into the next BSNL with that attitude

    @IndiaPostOffice It runs on broadband net provided by BSNL. As it is a underground cable network, most of the time disruptions happen for various civil constructions. Customer have to wait for long for net connectivity issues. Please provide advance system of net connection, i.e. optic fiber way.
