    @cgm_mh_bsnl Sir Broadband service is totally out of order last few days (land line no is 03843299983) but bsnl Depertment badarpur ( Assam) office is not responding about my complain..so Sir Plz look at matter seriously 🙏

    Went to my nearest @BSNLCorporate office for a new SIM. Was told they can't issue one as the staff member responsible is on crop-harvesting leave. In an era when pvt telcos deliver SIMs to your doorstep. BSNL won't issue SIMs even to walk-in customers. No wonder it's failing.

    BSNL and Starlink in talks to bring satellite internet to India's remote villages this isn't a telecom story, this is the moment 600 million people who never had reliable internet access get handed the same infrastructure that hedge funds and governments run on and the compounding effect of that on India's economy over the next decade is something nobody is modeling correctly yet

    @ViCustomerCare Seriously? I ported to your service from Bsnl, the sim provided was faulty and lesser I know boarded flight to different country, now been 4 months no resolution, customer care is so pathetic keep asking same documents again and again. Can’t do bank transfer nothing . Worst ever

    @IndianTechGuide Every govt. staff wants bsnl to be thier official communication sim because most of the times calls don't connect network is slow and laggy, this proves very helpful for lazy staffs.

    @bsnl_care Visited BSNL office and head of branch is promoting services even though it is not required by customer threating that existing services going to be ceased if not opted for upgrade. You can not force services on customer to meet your target.

    @bsnl_care So you guys won't fix the wifi today. Bsnl wifi isn't working for me, it's been 15 hours now. You guys promised resolution but didn't do anything.

    @Indian_Analyzer EBITDA jump is too huge. Time for BSNL to start tlrecruiting fresh engineers..appoint youngsters only , engineers for field work, customer facing work . The can actually sell solutions better too , right solutions. Technology driven businesses should paint technical work force . Why building more too line, EBIDTA and cut down on people investments totally .

    @bsnl_care BSNL do not hve network in Greater Noida West My relative has a BSNL connection but not able to make or receive call in this region due to no network. Even not able to receive SMH, wht a pathetic service BSNL is giving to its customers traveling to NCR, you can check at your own.
