    @BSNLCorporate I'm using BSNL prepaid sim and currently living in MP. For last two days I'm not getting internet connection. When I contacted BSNL customer care regarding this they said that your connection is from Bihar region so please contact Bihar customer care, 1/2

    @BSNLCorporate I am a FTTH Subscriber pH: 04633295092. There's no internet for 2nd day in succession. I am a loyal customer of BSNL for the past 23 years. Very sorry to state that I am constrained to look at alternatives because of the inept service of bsnl.

    I think @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate has the worst online billing platform and customer service for fiber connection. Though I have paid my bill the connection got disconnected. So I have went to the BSNL telephone exchange and asked regarding this and he told me it will be resolved

    @Utkarshburman @ANI BSNL is not interested in being revived... It's just statements. Even if it did launch 4g let's say in a year. It will be full of issues and by the time it gets solved, if it gets solved...5g will be mainstream. And then either they will try to repeat the same cycle or be dead.

    I've(had?) a #BSNL landline for last 45 years, 033-24642229, which is not working for last 4 years now. I continued paying bills regularly and lodged complaints in hope that it will be restored, with no luck. I'm getting threat calls of disconnection for I've not paid last bill!

    @BSNL_KTK Dear Team, Have been using BSNL/Fibre with 899+ tax and mentioned 100mbps. Till now I haven't experienced even 50mbps , have also lodges complaint but all in vain. Let me know link to test my Speed Or correct it. Plz act before we opt for options.
