    @BSNLCorporate BSNL Customer for ~20 years. But yesterday, With a heavy heart, I surrendered my landline and broadband services due to the very bad service and support experienced for quite sometime. I was given a small white slip with order # and BSNL seal for surrender, Really?

    @BSNLCorporate! I'm not even able to port from BSNL! It keeps saying message failed! If you don't want your customer to leave, you should be providing better network coverage.. Customer care asked to get some ridiculous 147 rupee recharge! What is wrong with you people!

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL one of the worst network.. No help from customer service no tweet replies.. They are not doing anything beneficiary for customers... Worst service worst network worst employees.. that's why private player are getting more benefits then government body.. totally disappointed
