    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate If I create a BSNL selfcare account using a desktop, I can enter a long and secure password (32 characters in this case) but when I login using the mobile app, the password is limited to 20 characters, and so ai cannot login.. Why the inconsistency?

    @BSNLCorporate Is BSNL not responsible for the transactions made through the other payment gateways? If so, you can revert the transaction and refund it, I would move to a different service as I don't want to continue with poor service and such an irresponsible service provider. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I have taken connection on27/11/22 after depositing 4242 rs now iam getting the bill 499rs to pay..although bsnl authoritie told me to pay only 4242 ..now they are saying to pay extra 499rs..pathetic service not expected kindly rectify it.

    @devusinh @AshwiniVaishnaw I am getting repeated standard reply from BSNL to my problem of not getting my refund after surrendering my landline No 0744-242537 Kota Rajasthan more than a year ago but no refund recd. Kindly get it looked into. Sorry msg recd from BSNL but no refund so for. @BSNLCorporate
