    @Aunindyo2023 - Quality of smart phones is completely bad - Prepaid phone plans have become costlier Most subscribers will have moved/already moved to simple phones maybe with bsnl SIM. This is indeed a warning sign !!

    @AmalJos95950131 BSNL should have been completely closed down long ago , as you cannot see a **** company like BSNL anywhere in the world

    All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252
