    @Ravisutanjani @JM_Scindia directed to increase ARPU of BSNL instead of Market share. With lowest Market share focusing on increase of ARPU will endup in disaster. They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.

    @BSNLCorporate Highest kind wastage of money, maintenence given to third party who never respond on time. Charging like others telcos while providing service like ****. Pls start a portal to take closure request online to avoid any contact with lazy employees of BSNL.

    @TRAI BSNL is the most commonly involved in this fraud. As soon as the recharge is completed, the 4G network disappears after seven days.This ready-made system has been implemented by BSNL.

    @bsnl_care Hello BSNL care team BSNL should appoint permanent lineman technical support team to check OFC line in SKTT road lahoul Pangi district Chamba Himachal Pradesh. So permanent lineman team restore 4G service in Pangi valley soon.

    @TelecomTalk Correct. #BSNL always follows this tactics to fool the customer. They don't increase the price, but reduces the validity. But they talk as if they don't increase. First of all, they are unable to give proper & seemless connectivity. But they indirectly raise the price.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL #BSNL is unable to provide gud mobile & cust service. The Mgmt failed to provide good service & it shows they are unfit. If #BSNL is not capable to provide better service, it can be better privatised for good Mgmt & cust service. 💦💦 #BSNL 5/5

    Facing serious issue with my BSNL SIM — SMS not sending and VoLTE not working. Tried all settings, updated SMSC, and even contacted customer care but no resolution. Please look into this urgently. @BSNLCorporate
