RJIO which only started freebies & made other telecom incumbents out of mkt & now desperate to raise tarrif again after their recent hike.This is the reality of private operators who r only in d mkt to earn profit , not for service. So, opt #BSNL sim today. #BSNL_Plan1699

The customer care executive had marketed #AirtelBlack saying it's a premium service. Now, I wonder if your 'ordinary' customers have any access to your customer care even! This is not the early 2000s when BSNL was the only option.

2. Too much frustrated by porting. I sacrificed my six months unlimited data in bsnl for good service from airtel and porting.worst decision. 2nd Q: WANT E-SIM FOR IPAD PRO. BUT as per CUSTOMER CARE AND YOUR SITE DATA,AIRTLE E-SIM IS NOT WORKING IN IPAD PRO WHY? IS IT TRUE?
