VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.     @bsnl_care @bsnl_care @TRAI the response provided is same as previous response and is nit satisfactory. Please provide relevant details as to when proper communication was done by BSNL to customer. Proof that proper communication was done . Timeline given to the client and how many days.
