@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate What I meant is that BSNL provided modem doesn’t support the Speed in the plan I have taken. I.e 150 mbps. When I request for the supported modem I am denied.

Had been a loyal BSNL subscriber for 9+ years.Due to repeat outages, was forced to shift BB from BSNL to Airtel and mobile to Jio. Still hold BSNL LL. I think they @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK should ensure no impact to service due to road digging and/or other reasons! #Customer #4G

@BSNLCorporate Still not resolved the issues,due to the BSNL's internal problem. When charging the rental no excuses,simply charging as per the slab. Last one month connection not working,due to main cable issue. Will you pls rebate in rental for the nonworking period. Pls reply.
