@BSNLCorporate Internet not working signal is down faulty network error every time u try to call someone over phone. Recharge outlets refusing to recharge bsnl numbers due to low success probability. Customer care is equally useless on taking down complaints as servers are down.

Absolutely shocked by bsnl's attitude I already twitted regarding my issue that my landline connection03222-296344 is dead, till now no response from @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India and now this fake resolution. They closed the complaint without resolving it. @AshwiniVaishnaw

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt You are sending message for free upgrade to 4G sim. Sitting in BSNL, Chandanagar, Hyderabad. Staff unable to give upgrade due to technical issue. Saying I can upgrade as lost SIM by paying ₹50/-. They showed error in free upgrade process. Fix your app.
