    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate No wonder BSNL is not working. Privatization is clearly needed. Employees show no interest in doing their job and seem to be enjoying free salaries. I called customer care 3–4 times, they pick up the call but don’t respond, only background noise is heard

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence everyone port from airtel to #jio #bsnl poor service iam recharge the unlimited data of 49 for one day now I didn't get net it's will buffer like 2g or 3g network not 5g speed don't play fake ads on tvs and other platforms don't cheating

Before focusing on 5G expansion, the basic network infrastructure must work properly. BSNL is a government-owned company and such poor servc
