This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Debadeep (@debadeep75) reported@bsnl_care "Simply ignore them" is not a solution. By that logic, BSNL can send unlimited unwanted messages and customers should just keep ignoring them? I complained because my inbox is being flooded with repetitive promotional SMS that I never requested.
