  @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Why are your service suppressing calls to BSNL landline during weekends? @TRAI This has been happening for several weeks. Same time was able to connect through other service providers.

  @thekaipullai @cricketgodvicky @ghsatpute I recently went to a BSNL office to get my SIM changed. What would have taken barely 15 minutes with any other service provider took me more than an hour as the staff who dealt with mobile connections seemed to be the slowest worker amongst the lot ( and that's quite a feat) 1/2

  @marinebharat I wish you would hv knew that Indian defence forces (though they hv their wireless communication system) use BSNL OFC network for their WAN. Private companies will never provide this facility in jungles n extremely remote areas where no scope of civilian market.

  @iamjagdishg @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I did submit application for closing BB service and requested refund of security deposite. As needed a cancelled cheque indicating bank details submitted with it on 22-4-2022. Unfortunately the cheque was misplaced by BSNL and till now not processed. 06612956003, 2640404.
