@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

@BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

@BSNLCorporate Broadband has stopped again since last 5 days. Broad band has been closed for 17 days in the month of August. This type of poor, shoddy service is fine for BSNL.

BSNL is a national waste. Had broadband it used to work only two or three weeks in month but hefty billing. Surrendered. Now Landline it used to work occasionally so this morning surrendered. Snapped the customer relationship over nearly four decades. Never change. Who killed?

@Indirakkdi But it’s a duopoly Mam… It’s either Airtel or Jio. Airtel has pathetic network in and around my home and office area. So I’ve no choice but to be with Jio… Vodafone and BSNL are anyway dead and buried. Idea and Tata Docomo were euthanised.

@BSNL_PB, @CMDBSNL Struggling for more than a month to get my broadband working. BSNL staff just don't visit the premises to check the problem. Get a complaint registered. They will call you sitting in their office. No effort at all to rectify the complaint.

@BSNL_MH I have land line telephone 02446249605 which was not working since last 10 months. I have complaint the same to respective bsnl office in Ambajogai but no response from them. The number is used for emergency help line.Please do the needful.
