    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP BSNL should tell me in black and white that they failed to provide proper service to our consumer and consumer should go for another private service or find one proper permanent solution.

    Sir have been facing incoming and outgoing call issues for the past 8 months. I visited the BSNL office several times, and the staff advised me to replace my SIM, but even after getting a new SIM, the same problem continues. I have also contacted customer care @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @MobiKwik I recharged ₹10 for my BSNL prepaid number 88*****375 through MobiKwik, but I have not received the talk value. The payment is still showing “Awaiting confirmation from BSNL.” Order ID: BSE1396613523 Kindly resolve this issue or process a refund.
