@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP BSNL should tell me in black and white that they failed to provide proper service to our consumer and consumer should go for another private service or find one proper permanent solution.

@BSNLCorporate I took a chance by opting BSNL internet service however now I am regretting my decision as I am very disappointed by the service quality n issue response so for. Realising why private service providers are in profit yoy n not the government owned one.

@BSNLCorporate I've been getting terribly bad upload speeds on my ftth 100mbps plan, the local installation personell says that they have been ordered by BSNL to restrict speeds whereas your helpline says that I am supposed to get a full 100mbos upload speed.

@BSNL_KOTD I have taken high speed internet from bsnl in Kharagpur . It is worse that normal internet . There is no consumer complaint desk .. the jto is non responsive . Everyday internet gets disconnect for 3 to 4 hrs ..

@pravesh814 First provide the proper network then we can do the promotion of BSNL. In Virar west location shut down the toder by bsnl employee plese check and remove (Dist.Palghar)
