Raj Chowdhury (@RajChow89) reported@bsnl_care Day 10 of no internet. I visited the regional office yesterday only to find my complaint shockingly marked "resolved" in your database. It is NOT! Send a lineman to check the BSNL-provided modem. Stop just registering endless complaints and take actual action!
