    @JioCare When I am facing problem I dam my details to your official Twitter but on that time your jio care can't reply me so I already port my jio SIM to BSNL and also stop using your jio fibre and I shipped to BSNL ftth. @BSNLCorporate GSM & ftth service are very good wonderful service

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate @BSNL my FTTH down for 2 days now, I am not able to work for 2 days. Tried all option but still no luck. Not sure why do you guys even exist wasting people money doing nothing.

    @DICEIANS @ImVAmishra @boxervijender Because BSNL infrastructure is further behind and poor quality, they don't have money to upgrade thier infrastructure, that's why. If they have 4G still they will not delivered good connection at all

    @BSNL_KOTD Great BSNL, You are quick to ask for payment, daily mobile message to pay online even when the landline is dead for many months, complaint pending, no one responds, no one attend. Old payment not reversed. Account no.8005616215. Line is still dead. @rsprasad

    @Dhruvapandey Problem I see is that thanks to Jios 4G fibre backend towers, BSNL taking over BBNL. They have covered alot of remote geography The locations that are left are probably unaffordable for any type of internet, let alone starlink I do see some demand if starlink offers good uptime

    Are you a BSNL broadband user? If yes, then be aware. Check , who is the service provider on behalf of BSNL. Because, their vendor partner is not in their control. They may charge you extra amount and no one will be ready to support you. @aajtak @BSNLCorporate @GoI_MeitY .

    @BandanaMrs Sir, As reported by SSPOs Thane Division, telephone is out of order from last week, concerned SPM is directed to lodge complaint to bsnl. The office counter timing is 9.30 am to 2.30 pm. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    Shorting my airtel broadband to new location on 3rd October has been completed till today. Airtel should stop torturing customers with same questions but no solution. Airtel is making things easier for Jio like BSNL made it for them long back. History repeats. @airtelindia

    Dear BSNL The team called me and had no interest in knowing from what i have gone through as a customer. The same connection just 2km away from my home is done for 3500/- and they charged me 5000/- yesterday they returned 800/- but still the amount charged is too high ie 4200/-.

    @BSNLCorporate Mr BD sharma incharge at BSNL GPO centre forcing to purchase bsnl sim for 100 rp for any Aadhar information update in addition to 50rps.Purchase aadhar form for 10 Rps. Total cost :160rps ? How about poor man who want to update his/her info? @PMOIndia @BSNL_RJ
