Our landline is O.O.O from 2020 and we registered many complaints but no response from the team. I checked the status of complaints, it shows resolved. I tweeted and get the same response. Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed

Abhas (@Abhas7654321) reported@krish29399 Most PSUs have very limited hiring now. BSNL used to have 180,000 employees 2 decades ago. Now, it is reduced to below 60,000. Same activity is happening in other PSUs. Slowly but overall headcount of PSUs are going down.
