For Talktime, it is best, but as far as net is concerned, at least in my case, Dist. Hooghly (WB), it is horrible. The crores of Rs spent should benefit the people.

Who bears the responsibility for this financial mismanagement and dereliction of duty? When will appropriate action be initiated against those responsible? Furthermore, when will a comprehensive and transparent account of the public's hard-earned money be provided to the citizens? The government must provide clear answers and ensure accountability for this significant financial loss that has directly impacted the nation's resources.
