    @narendramodi I humbly request you to kindly ensure that the mobile telecom sector do not become a One Company monopoly (Jio), as it would become dangerous for the market. I need not elaborate further. Kindly upgrade BSNL so that subscribers have a choice. BSNL net is very slow

    @narendramodi Sir,The BSNL staff have given you a big sacrifice to your wish they have opted for VRS but we the customer are not getting 4G signal it is the most vital part of revive,so do it now we know justice delay, justice denied.WE are eagerly waiting for your help.

    @BJP4Bengal @DrSukantaBJP Rishra Municipality Chairman with Local Cable Operator Syndicate stopped bsnl fiber broadband service in Rishra Area to benefit local cable Syndicate. Indirectly demanding ransom from BSNL. Issued several letter but no response from chairman

    @BSNLCorporate Please resolved our grievance as soon as possible because our BSNL numbers is linked with Bank , Gas booking and other commercial activities due to such network problem we are not able to get OTP from many platforms please resolved as soon as possible. @CMDBSNL @BSNL_KOTD

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD I went to BSNL exchange today and talked to him and another employee named Devkumar Sil separately and both of them told the same problem. They don't have proper infrastructure or employees to carry out the work. Empower and help them so that they can help customers like us.

    @lopempa @BSNL_KOTD Please update your 3G SIM to 4G SIM of BSNL then you able to to access 4G if you not able to access 4G with your BSNL4G SIM then contact 1503 customer.

    All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252

    @dmuthuk As a consumer, smart meter is required. Smart meters will help Tangedco reduce revenue loss. All losses and inefficiencies are passed on to consumers as tariff increase. Let private DISCOMs be allowed. Consumers don't have choice. It is like old BSNL with no competition.

    @BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues
