@JioCare When I am facing problem I dam my details to your official Twitter but on that time your jio care can't reply me so I already port my jio SIM to BSNL and also stop using your jio fibre and I shipped to BSNL ftth. @BSNLCorporate GSM & ftth service are very good wonderful service

In the trailing mail 29/04 of Customer Care it is confirmed that “ Card is active”. Today morning I used card to pay BSNL but transaction was declined & Card is blocked. So it appears that there is no coordination internally in SBI card and Customers are being harassed

@lopempa @BSNL_KOTD Please update your 3G SIM to 4G SIM of BSNL then you able to to access 4G if you not able to access 4G with your BSNL4G SIM then contact 1503 customer.

@DICEIANS @ImVAmishra @boxervijender Because BSNL infrastructure is further behind and poor quality, they don't have money to upgrade thier infrastructure, that's why. If they have 4G still they will not delivered good connection at all

@Niraj_Precise @YusufDFI BSNL had time from 1947 to 2016 to install a mobile tower. They couldn't do that. Airtel was quicker than them. Even now, close to 6k villages in Odisha don't have mobile connectivity. BSNL could have installed a mobile tower if they were really into Public service.
