    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR I mentioned about the problems in the closer form. I want to convey the message to bsnl India ,please focus on your employees,they are not providing service, not available in the bsnl office in ladwa including SDO,JE and technician most of time.(2)

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i am using bsnl broadband for more then 3 year. But now i am very disappointed. If bsnl improves their services and focus on employees work then i am very happy to join bsnl. I want the ftth connection also but due to poor service the way of talking its(3)

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbroadband Since yeterday broadband is not working in my area i fail to understand when bsnl will be in a position to provide uniterrupted services. Most important your employees say from yesterday team is on spot working with machinery

    @BSNLCorporate first of all, first thing after I complained on 27th Sept & today just got a call from your Balsore BSNL office means after 4 days your local team respond... salute for this type of customer service of BSNL and I update him that my issue is sorted .

    @ANI Agree ,they made it possible. But on what cost by waving all reliance jio fees and taxes and press hard on other network operators for helping JIO on minimum or on no cost.and specially by bankrupting BSNL

    GOI need to ask why they spends thousands of crores to retain BSNL. Is it profitable? If not please do not waste tax payers money. Like Air India get rid of this white elephant institution.. Their service is pathetic and it is a criminal waste of money..

    @bhulani_anjan Even after having so many employees, BSNL customer care is never available. I would love to see the tax payers' money being used in ISRO rather than BSNL for that reason.
