    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i am using bsnl broadband for more then 3 year. But now i am very disappointed. If bsnl improves their services and focus on employees work then i am very happy to join bsnl. I want the ftth connection also but due to poor service the way of talking its(3)

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL please upgrade network coverage and data connection speed. Most of the places I can get data speed less 50kbps. Due which I ported my sim to other service provider. Don't go for cheaper plans that hardly profits bsnl. Please provide good data speed.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR I mentioned about the problems in the closer form. I want to convey the message to bsnl India ,please focus on your employees,they are not providing service, not available in the bsnl office in ladwa including SDO,JE and technician most of time.(2)

    @ArvindKejriwal Sir Speak about loss happening to BSNL,BSNL is having 1/10 part of towers each jio and airtel has,how it can give good signal with less no of towers? Govt wantedly not alloting towers to BSNL to support private operators,bsnl recharge plans are cheap which are for common man.

    @IndianGems_ What?! No one's blocking. Deactivating service post validity is the norm. Even BSNL does it. Telecom operators are not here for charity, you only get what you exactly paid for. What on earth does capitalism have to do here? 🤔

    @colkt @Nalanda_index @Moochikal Almost correct. After P&T BSNL has its own rule, own staff- no more Babus recruited, stricter regulations. But it was all for mid to lower level positions. Top levels were never changed- same Babus with zero accountability. It's like launching Vande Bharat on same Railtrack.

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_JKD my internet is down from one week i logged complaint for almost 4 times every-time it is getting closed without resolving, and your poc/engineer never pickup the call. No wonder people dont like to subscribe for bsnl service i trusted you but now regretting

    @FlashNewstech @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Seems only working in iPhone… not working in android devices.. BSNL should address this issue. Raised many complaints about this issue but till now did received any proper update.

    This is pathetic. I hope this is my last request. If not resolved by EOD I need to end my 20+ years of association with Airtel. This has become very bad. Please remember why people switched from BSNL.
