    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR I mentioned about the problems in the closer form. I want to convey the message to bsnl India ,please focus on your employees,they are not providing service, not available in the bsnl office in ladwa including SDO,JE and technician most of time.(2)

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR i am using bsnl broadband for more then 3 year. But now i am very disappointed. If bsnl improves their services and focus on employees work then i am very happy to join bsnl. I want the ftth connection also but due to poor service the way of talking its(3)

    @BSNLCorporate our landline as well as broadband connection is not in work since last 6 days. Whether bsnl refund the proportionate charges of the month ? After continues follow up no one can reply that when the service will resume ?

    1 week back I went to BSNL Puducherry Dstrct HQ... There I asked the AE to atleast provide me refund of my money.... He is asking me "whether you have asked me before recharging?" Does every customer is supposed to visit HQ of BSNL before recharging some plan?

    @BSNLCorporate i purchased a new bsnl sim and it almost 2 week now my sim is not working when i complaint with retailer they inform me that problem is with bsnl hand pls provide me with resolution pls No.# 8901009636
