    @SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP BSNL should tell me in black and white that they failed to provide proper service to our consumer and consumer should go for another private service or find one proper permanent solution.

    @BSNLCorporate how exactly is this going to be solved if the plan has not been changed yet? If I have to make efforts to go the CSSC for a simple plan change, i might as well cancel the services altogether. This kind of attitude that BSNL always remains in loss and a burden on taxpayer's money

    @BSNLCorporate my BB connection on landline phone is changed to Fiber BB by BSNL and stated to hv commission the service on 13.12.2021. Sad to inform it is out of order since 16th morning. No. Of complaints made but no results. Poor service provider. Please look into.02912431817

    Since last 4 days @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ tower is not working in Virsad village of Anand district (Gujarat). I request @BSNLCorporate to start services as early as possible & also extend plan validity as tower is not working.Bsnl customers are wasting their hard earn money.

    @BSNL_RJ @SITARAM1208 In Kailash puri bikaner rajasthan proper network not coming since last 2-3 year's, after so many complaints, no proper result come out. If you solve the problem then ok otherwise thanks to all officers of BSNL Bikaner who maintaining the sites.

    @BSNL_PB No hearing no progress private operator provide same service in 3km from my village but bsnl range reached in my village you no technology same 3g provide first after thinking 4g 3g service only in 1.5 areas cover my village need tower so many tweets 2015 to 21 no any action ?

    @airtelindia you have increased 20% on all your plans but what about your network coverage? When are you going to work on that? Its been almost 3 years now and no network coverage in my current location. I think I should port out all my airtel number(27) to Jio or Bsnl.
