    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @OfficeOfRSP BSNL should tell me in black and white that they failed to provide proper service to our consumer and consumer should go for another private service or find one proper permanent solution.

    @SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I visited the BSNL office at Ghazipur today (Monday) during regular working hours, but it was completely closed. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer experience. Kindly look into this matter.
