    @SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

    Message from @BSNL_HP Sir, as per report of BSNL Team Hamirpur, it is hereby intimated that the area is 6KM from OLT location Talai & at present the connection is not feasible, When the area will be feasible the connection will be provided to the customer. Credibility shameless

    Worst ever experience from #BSNL Kashmir...... from last 6 hrs ur surver was down still same issue...... contacted CX care but they are just putting CX on hold and disconnecting the call ....... @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate at least give some importance to CX........

    @BSNL_OR Thanks for your reply. As far as I know, Airfiber is meant for rural areas. And BSNL wire-fiber is already available, but its services are broken many times. Hence we face many problems for business and WFH needs. Hence it is not very interior or remote area.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir my location is at Vill+PO- Bhamuria, PS- Neturia, Dist- Purulia. In my location there is no 3g network of BSNL so no net surfing can be done which is very backward where we have all other operators 4g network. So please do the needful.
