    @SachinKohadkar Respected Sir I would like to bring to your notice that approx 20 Bsnl broadband connection are dead since June 3 2020 cyclone. Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

    @cgmbsnlmp @BSNLCorporate @bsnlmp sir Bank of India dodwa lease line ckt from khargone SSA MP down more then 3 month several times informed to all bsnl official infact at circal office also no resolution from their nither providing TNF for link.very poor support #bankindia

    @NPCI_BHIM when iam trying to prepaid mobile recharge only showing BSNL operator in BHIM app, other operators not showing. Without showing other operators how to recharge my mobile??. Please solve this problem.

    @BSNLCorporate Problem solved at office. I visited BSNL Morbi office for SIM replacement but there is no staff in office on time so I have to wait for 25 Minutes. You have to improve customer service to sustain in market. thanks.

    @BSNLCorporate Still getting LOS light red in my router. My problem stills persists but BSNL not taking care customer problems. Why you are taking full amount for such type of service. I am very disappointed
