@rsprasad @PMOIndia @AmitShah @BJP4India why we have to pay for not getting service from #BSNL when we don’t get service. It is more than 15 days no service and no body is responding. Better close this like any other companies atleast we can look for alternatives. @rammadhavbjp

@BSNL_KTK 40 days of slow to no internet. 3 visits to the BSNL office, over 5 complaints logged at the BSNL self care site, escalation mail sent to the appellate authority in BSNL Bangalore. No improvement in connection yet. BSNL HELP!

@reliancejio I have made a serious mistake by porting my number from BSNL to Jio. Even I use Jio Data, calls are not going. Very discouraging Jio network. I request every Indian not to use Jio anymore

@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am not at all surprised to see BSNL being merged with MTNL. The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

@BSNLCorporate The same response I have been receiving from BSNL from past 3 years. Please don't lie in social media that you are trying. I have tried all ways to get connection till PMO Grievance. Here broadband is not in control of BSNL all BSNL folks are sold to private service providers.

Complaint registration number is 1055506102. Same was filed on 19-5-2021. No one from @BSNL_GJ came to resolve the same. Landline and fiber connection both are not working. Take action @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate #BSNL #bsnlwifi

@BSNLCorporate In state uttar pradesh district kaushambi town = Karari .....from last 1 yr there is irregular service provided by bsnl ...there is only 3g and network has come on when electricity present in town but there no facilities in absence of light as like Jio airtel VI

@rsprasad @BSNL_BR 3G service of BSNL is completely disturbed from 19 th of May till this time at the pin code 848125 and no body is taking action to improve the 3G service. The moot question is that how you people will succeed in recent competitive market with this attitude.
