I had a similar issue with ACT internet and it was resolved within 24hrs. DNA of Bsnl needs to be changed to put customer first

How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. Paid 300 rupees to your agent without receipt as he was not ready to give the sim without it, as service charge. @BSNLCorporate @srvsam

Real problem: 50-60% reservation staff who don’t want to work, don’t know how to work, don’t believe in giving service, and are highly corrupt. They need these new users to actually stay & recharge the ₹2,399 plan later if they want to fix the numbers. 5G in Andhra is still 5 to 6 months away.
