    @BSNL_KTK I had applied for bsnl broadband 1 month back I got the message from bsnl also that it has been activated but still wiring has not done when I call the concern person he says tomorrow tomorrow from past 15 days I am calling him but no response and very bad experience

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir, request you to either privatize BSNL completely or set turn around time for quality service. Wasting huge infrastructure & money. Each service request for a month and additional charges collecting from customers by installation vendors.

    @ACTFibernet service available at #RamanashreeCaliforniaGardens layout.?? Many customers interested to get ACT service in this area as #BSNL service is very poor.

    @BSNL_KTK I recently visited Kormangala Exchange Bangalore to get a 4g sim. But the officials there told me that bsnl doesn't offer 4g connection. I went there after looking from internet. Donot know why they turned me back. Please help in this case

    @bsnl_ap_circle Hi BSNL team I am very disappointed the way BSNL in the race of digital india. Due to current pandemic situation I applied a new broad band connection in bsnl online portal but I never got any call or message for connection. Please let me know if u r working

    @Mehak20sidhu BSNL was dead when PV narasimha Roa and Manmohan Singh bought economic reforms. Pathetic service, don't care attitude cost them their business, customers moved to Airtel, Jio and Idea. Do you use BSNL? Only then you will understand.

    @BSNLCorporate what a stupid customer service centre..she says no server twice, even though you guys are service provider always says server down Rajarajeshwari nagar office I wanted to port out of airtel and join bsnl ..👎😑no use after traveling 7 kms to reach your office

    @HathwayBrdband is a ****, the way they are unresponsive,god shave the customer of it, wanna say bye bye once for all, and suggest all my frinds to please avoid this and take good isp which have good support,where bsnl is not surviving where is this.

    And after saying that **** reply they won't even reply that's what I have received both times this is how the airtel works worst condition of this network BSNL is far better than this ****(Airtel). 🤮🤮

    @BSNLCorporate from last 1.5 year bsnl land line has been disconnected, had raised the complaint but it was useless. Still I am paying monthly bill. 4 months back I had given to cancel my land line connect, still no measures has been taken

    @dictatorshivam @IndiaPostOffice @PmgKanpur Why server issue is with govt sector only..like post office, banks...never heard HDFC Bank is having server issue...never heard blue dart is having server issue...always with govt institutions Do govt want all institution like BSNL to promote private party....

    @JioCare jio broadband service is exactly like BSNL it’s down from more than 36hr and customer care not creating service requests and even after multiple follow up calls they don’t have updates on resolution.

    @POCOSupport Google Message app is not supporting with #BSNL Network Message Center Number is auto detected and if we add +91 at the starting it automatically shift to 0. Kindly provide MI messaging app instead of Google messaging app @Google @GoogleIndia #PocoM4pro #5G

    @BSNL_KTK we took a new postpaid connection 2 days back. It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. Paid 300 rupees to your agent without receipt as he was not ready to give the sim without it, as service charge. @BSNLCorporate @srvsam

    @BSNL_TN using BSNL number for more than 10 years and thought to port 1 number. While generating a UPC getting msg as "UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number" Customer care ask 2 go HO which is 75 KM away.very poor srvce
