@livemint Trying to fix a problem without fixing root causes, which are 1. High and inefficient manpower and 2. Sub optimal cap utilisation i.e. much lower revenues than an entity like BSNL should realize, will never solve the problem but only postpone it at best.

@BSNLCorporate this is my second complaint. Broadband landline number 0820-2553372 . We are facing bb disconnection issue from a long time ! The local bsnl officers are least bothered about the same. You have made life miserable in rural areas. BSNL Shirva(Udupi) .

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK in this location the signal coverage is not good. Please check and add more tower if required.i believe in #Swadesi movement and I changed my number to #BSNL recently. Government should put more effort to connect people across the country via BSNL.

@Airtel_Presence The coverage of Airtel is worst in Bangalore. The customer Service agents are also useless. Kantaraj T 98450-19715, 99722-92530. I believe Vadafone doing well in Bangalore now a days apart from BSNL in our area.

@BSNL_PB I'm still awaiting any intimation from the BSNL office. I didn't get any response regarding the rebate. If rebate isn't included in the next bill, then I'll let you know. Suffice to say, BSNL should be ashamed of its customer service.

@BSNLCorporate I can't send sms to anyone, different error codes are shown when I try. I have tried everything, also I have seen youtube etc to solve it but nothing worked. bsnl customer care no. has no option to register complaints for this, so register it and give me reference number too
