    @BSNL_KTK I had applied for bsnl broadband 1 month back I got the message from bsnl also that it has been activated but still wiring has not done when I call the concern person he says tomorrow tomorrow from past 15 days I am calling him but no response and very bad experience

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @ETTelecom Current 3G speed is equal to 4G of jio and Airtel. BSNL need to focus only on mobile network and stop all other wired related expensive maintenance projects. Wired network expensive and more faulty. It should start usinv Vodafone 4G/5G and continue on 5G upgradation. VI is govt

    @CMofKarnataka Dear Sir, Talking and thinking big is not the solution. Kindly maintain Govt Hospitals and Govt Educational institutions to world standard to improve the life of all. ITI is dying, BSNL is in the verge of dying, NGEF is Dead, KGF is already dead. Don't sell everything to private.

    @siddarthpaim Investing on BSNL is like flogging a dead horse, better to incentivise some private players to expand their network to far reaching places. BSNL neither has the skilled persons nor the drive to compete, only positive with them is that they have govt money to splurge.

    And after saying that **** reply they won't even reply that's what I have received both times this is how the airtel works worst condition of this network BSNL is far better than this ****(Airtel). 🤮🤮

    @BSNLCorporate for last 1hr no network. Bsnl is also unused. Would you roll over daily unused data to next day? Ideally whenever no network then unused data should be carry forward next day.

    @BSNLCorporate Then why am I not able to use the phone?When I dial the number I can hear the phone ringing but the instrument is dead at my home. Let your people go and check at the customer end rather than sitting at office, warming the seats and giving false reports. No wonder BSNL is in loss

    @BSNLCorporate The prompt action (refund of deposit) is pending since June 2021. Now that @AshwiniVaishnaw has announced crores of rs for bsnl, please refund my deposit. Check previous tweet image which has customer id details

    But since BSNL cannot survive competition and hence it has resort to cheap tactics and has come to a new low. They thought people will switch to their network by disturbing the airtel connection less aware of the fact that customer are loyal to good service provider.

    Kind of service from BSNL I don’t think we will be able to achieve the airtel 4g data is more faster than the fiber internet service received from bsnl i have taken 100MBS but receive only 5 mbs speed made complaints to the devaraj who is AE for the exchange but no use.@PMOIndia

    And additional 999/- rs charged from me in my first month Bill. I am very frustrated with BSNL services, Firstly services are not good and secondly Extra expenses charged from customer on the name of anything which was previously not disclosed.Area manager is also very rude.

    @TRAI there is interconnectivity problem with #jiofiber and #bsnl can not call landline from either way, still not resolved What is your action in resolving this issue.
