I could ve opted private broadband service , just thought let me try BSNL. Realised my mistake. Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.

Look at telecommunication that if internet outage, repaired in 15 minutes & when were BSNL days, were not turning up for full day if not days. Government employees cannot match private players on serving people & therefore, are losing out in competition. #PrivatisationBaneNotBoon

@BSNLCorporate I have been a BSNL POSTPAID CUSTOMER for almost 13 years but when I needed to port my number to a different BSNL CIRCLE, EVEN AFTER TELEVERICATION, MY NUMBER HASN'T BEEN ACTIVATED and that is why you are loosing customers. Inefficient system and modern service.
