    @Gadgets360 In most places, it is only 2 G or 3G speed and connectivity that is available. Jio doesn't work at my Bannerghatta Rd house without wifi & BSNL has no signal. No company seems interested in updating technology or infrastructure.

    In the time you have taken to reply I had to pay penalty and repay the amount not knowing that the money never reached the merchant which happens to be BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Hi sir I am from south Bangalore my house is near electronic city ,Anath Nagar .Our Bsnl office is Bommsandara , telephone exchange is dadys gradan our exchange is down from last 1 week nt getting any proper response from officer pls check and fix issue.

    @BSNL_KTK Working from Home with BSNL Broadband is becoming increasingly difficult. Could you please improve the Internet Stability. It drops and doesn't come back up at all. Customer Service is also not responding. Please help, I am not able to get any other new connection asap.

    @K_Nageshwar Also I believe they modi Shah sarkar has forgotten the fate of the psu in telecom sector bsnl and mtnl where the employees were forced to take up vrs so jio could benefit and somehow they still cant have the 4g service to their users for which the bands were provided to jio

    BSNL network has been disconnected since today (11/4/22) and internet isn't working in my area for any of the BSNL sims. Location - Baruipur , West Bengal Pin - 700144 Please try to fix this ASAP . @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD

    Why is bsnl not taking complaints and repairs. My landline number is out of order for over 2 months, I have registered complaint several times but no action but regularly send monthly bills. It will be advisable that they declare that they are winding up & dont harass customers
