@TRAI Are you aware of worst network service by Jio and Airtel throughout India? Forget BSNL as it's already in the verge of closure due to poorest service. We are heading towards 19th century in network service. Wonderful!🙏

@JioCare jio broadband service is exactly like BSNL it’s down from more than 36hr and customer care not creating service requests and even after multiple follow up calls they don’t have updates on resolution.

@BSNLCorporate from last 1.5 year bsnl land line has been disconnected, had raised the complaint but it was useless. Still I am paying monthly bill. 4 months back I had given to cancel my land line connect, still no measures has been taken

@LavanyaBallal I wanted to have broadband connection, I requested for BSNL contact, They took 8-9 days to respond, By that time I bought private service. This is what the problem with Govt sector, Most of the govt offices were filled with reserved candidates, They care for salary not quality.
