    @BSNLCorporate for last 1hr no network. Bsnl is also unused. Would you roll over daily unused data to next day? Ideally whenever no network then unused data should be carry forward next day.

    @siddarthpaim Investing on BSNL is like flogging a dead horse, better to incentivise some private players to expand their network to far reaching places. BSNL neither has the skilled persons nor the drive to compete, only positive with them is that they have govt money to splurge.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @ETTelecom Current 3G speed is equal to 4G of jio and Airtel. BSNL need to focus only on mobile network and stop all other wired related expensive maintenance projects. Wired network expensive and more faulty. It should start usinv Vodafone 4G/5G and continue on 5G upgradation. VI is govt

    @BSNL_KTK I had applied for bsnl broadband 1 month back I got the message from bsnl also that it has been activated but still wiring has not done when I call the concern person he says tomorrow tomorrow from past 15 days I am calling him but no response and very bad experience

    @BSNLCorporate Then why am I not able to use the phone?When I dial the number I can hear the phone ringing but the instrument is dead at my home. Let your people go and check at the customer end rather than sitting at office, warming the seats and giving false reports. No wonder BSNL is in loss

    Loyal customers of MTNL and BSNL, who are government officers, are facing great problems. In this painful situation, most of the customers may have no option, than to port their mobile connections to private companies. Shockingly, MTNL is still sleeping.

    @manohar_sram Reliance is good. Equally BSNL too has had a great impact. Jio Fiber is available in select areas in metros, but if you go to tier 2 and tier 3 towns BSNL FTTH is the only service provider for WFH folks. Just that BSNL has had to deal with babudom and lax management in PR

    @BSNLCorporate 01352974886 landlines number, after missing my classes at morning due to your worst service, after 12 hours also the problem is not resolved. The man who maintains the service here is not picking up the phone, and other number provided by bsnl office is switched off.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, reply submitted by BSNL_HP is false and concocted one.There was a very good quality of data signal before 13.4.21 and I made a complaint to the GM Mandi BA on 15.4.21 but all in vain.I will never port out from BSNL and will wait for redressal of my grievance.
