@narendramodi Hon. Modiji, I have BSNL landline connection since 25 years. Since 14 days I am following up for repair, after lodging 3 complaints on-line & about 1 dozen calls to BSNL 560097. Till date no action is taken by anyone. Please help me soon. No: 080-23649420

@Gadgets360 In most places, it is only 2 G or 3G speed and connectivity that is available. Jio doesn't work at my Bannerghatta Rd house without wifi & BSNL has no signal. No company seems interested in updating technology or infrastructure.

@GyanTherapy Its semi-annual plan of ₹2394 is decent, offering a stable internet speed of 30 Mbps. Their service restoration after outages is faster than BSNL in Hapur, though their ping is higher—Jio around 50 ms compared to BSNL’s 30 ms.

@bsnl_care Facing rising private telecom prices, BSNL is a viable alternative. However, its network is often unstable and not available everywhere. BSNL must improve its service quality and coverage to attract customers, as this would be a great benefit to the public.

If we get a BSNL mobile tower in our area there are many people who are literally waiting to port to BSNL. BUT BSNL NEVER. CARES.

@techbharatco Same in Kanpur at ₹530/pm. I have seen people cursing Excitel on internet but for me it has been the best ISP so far. Consistent speeds, negligible downtime & fast support cuz of tie-ups with local cable operators. Comway, digitech, Bsnl, Rcom, Jio fiber etc were all terrible
