    I went to take a replacement nano SIM at your Shankarpuram office, Bangalore and the staff asked me to pay ₹100 for a nano replacement sim. It should be free like Vi or under ₹25 like Airtel. No wonder no one uses BSNL now. BSNL sucks big time. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @PriyankKharge @NammaKarnataka_ Your father senior Kharge RUINED Labour Ministry. People like us retired from service is getting meagre Rs 1500 as monthly pension after 30 years of active service. BSNL was RUINED by Marian brothers and their Surya TV network telephone cabling free of charge.

    @BBMP_MAYOR Kumbalagodu Industrial Area roads are horrible because of recent cable lying by KEB up to BSNL office/Kewal Engineering company. Employees working in various companies in this Area are struggling to walk on the wet muddy road. Government is busy collecting fines

    @blsanthosh @narendramodi Yappa from nowhere to everywhere corona has spread, our government is doing buissness with people, by burdening, bsnl gone, lic will be going,.... Karnataka drove for more loans no proper support, 25mps are dummy, the list goes on

    @itchymissy Since 20 year's they r still digging the road's & not completed. Project is still going on. It'll never get completed. There r many telephone linesmen who have more than 1 house. I ordered a BSNL landline in a border area. It's 🐝 n 20 yrs now I've not received my Deposit 💰500/=

    @BSNL_KTK most inefficient network provider is BSNL. Most lethargic and corrupt people are monitoring the government organisation. Not bothered to settle an account even after 6 months.

    BSNL I have a BSNL Land line no.08026668681 which is dead for more than a month. I don't know what happen to my complaints. I get prompt messages saying complaint resolved. Lodging complaint is also has become cumbersome. 2198 nor 1500 does not working.

    @BSNL_KTK Either landlines or mobiles, poor service, mobiles doesn't work with BSNL Sims. How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have a 10 Mpbs bharat fiber broadband connection from your company and chose bsnl just to support a fellow PSU who was struggling at that time to survive, like us. I took the most favorable plan eith 300 gb per month FUP @ 10mbps and post that its 2Mbps

    @CMDBSNL Sir, it's unfortunate that BSNL is bringing in new data plans ( which is already being provided by competition ) to prospective customers and not existing and loyal ones. Really bad customer experience

    @SameerShambhu @Sanjeevp02 @KiranKS We could support Govt if they enabled BSNL with 4G or go profitable. Now in reality BSNL isn't even provided pan India 4G spectrum even in 2020, but Jio is matching towards 5G!

    @Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

    @indiantweeter Boss it’s anyway corporate run by one ‘Malik’... it hardly matters whether it’s foreign private company or Indian private company! Until it’s BSNL, welfare of large communities will not happen. Privatisation has never yielded larger results

    @bsnl_bangalore Have raised complaint regarding phone dead. Yet no action taken in this regard. One of the worst service from BSNL. Now can't even raise new complaint as it says that existing conditions? Olaint is not yet resolved. It's been 1 month now. Need help.. !!!!?

    @narendramodi @rsprasad I had a technical issue with my Bsnl broadband connection and I struggled to get it fixed for 3 month,yet was unresolved. I had a similar issue with ACT internet and it was resolved within 24hrs. DNA of Bsnl needs to be changed to put customer first

    @airtelcomplaint Very pathetic experience from airtel team. I am a airtel user for last ten years but contemplating migrating to jio as the whole network of people involved from customer care to the technicians are totally unconcerned and clueless just like BSNL.

    @BSNL_TN It's pathetic to note that chennai customers are facing a very big problem of connectivity from 20th Dec. Without rectifying that, it's crazy to see that @BSNL_CHTD @BSNL_TN is greeting our people and promoting it's brand. Without connectivity what's the point of having BSNL?

    Facing very poor browsing & download performance on BSNL FTTH at Umbergaon,Valsad (Gujarat). Speedtest shows goodMbps, but actual issue is high latency, jitter &network instability under load.Request backend/OLT level technical resolution.@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_Care @BSNL_GUJARAT

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 3 * 365 = 1095Gb. Instead pls give 600Gb with 1 year validity. If not possible, atleast give 300Gb for the same plan. per day validity is not working out with BSNL SIM.
