    @BBMP_MAYOR Kumbalagodu Industrial Area roads are horrible because of recent cable lying by KEB up to BSNL office/Kewal Engineering company. Employees working in various companies in this Area are struggling to walk on the wet muddy road. Government is busy collecting fines

    @itchymissy Since 20 year's they r still digging the road's & not completed. Project is still going on. It'll never get completed. There r many telephone linesmen who have more than 1 house. I ordered a BSNL landline in a border area. It's 🐝 n 20 yrs now I've not received my Deposit 💰500/=

    @bsnl_bangalore Have raised complaint regarding phone dead. Yet no action taken in this regard. One of the worst service from BSNL. Now can't even raise new complaint as it says that existing conditions? Olaint is not yet resolved. It's been 1 month now. Need help.. !!!!?

    BSNL I have a BSNL Land line no.08026668681 which is dead for more than a month. I don't know what happen to my complaints. I get prompt messages saying complaint resolved. Lodging complaint is also has become cumbersome. 2198 nor 1500 does not working.

    @indiantweeter Boss it’s anyway corporate run by one ‘Malik’... it hardly matters whether it’s foreign private company or Indian private company! Until it’s BSNL, welfare of large communities will not happen. Privatisation has never yielded larger results

    @Lisa_Nova_Jena I dont remember using bsnl ever... Not even before 4g They were always pathetic... Ab 4g koi paagal hee higa kharchega for the pathetic service that was already running in losses

    @Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir, request you to either privatize BSNL completely or set turn around time for quality service. Wasting huge infrastructure & money. Each service request for a month and additional charges collecting from customers by installation vendors.

    @BSNL BANGALORE MY BSNL LANDLINE 08026668681 is dead for last 2 months. Complaints remain in attended. False messages stating complaint resolved being received. What next please.

    @PMOIndia Which company is launching 5G??? BSNL???? Sorry if you are investing in any private organisation then I don’t support! I have not seen you strengthen any govt institution in your tenure. Why???

    I went to take a replacement nano SIM at your Shankarpuram office, Bangalore and the staff asked me to pay ₹100 for a nano replacement sim. It should be free like Vi or under ₹25 like Airtel. No wonder no one uses BSNL now. BSNL sucks big time. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have a 10 Mpbs bharat fiber broadband connection from your company and chose bsnl just to support a fellow PSU who was struggling at that time to survive, like us. I took the most favorable plan eith 300 gb per month FUP @ 10mbps and post that its 2Mbps

    @SameerShambhu @Sanjeevp02 @KiranKS We could support Govt if they enabled BSNL with 4G or go profitable. Now in reality BSNL isn't even provided pan India 4G spectrum even in 2020, but Jio is matching towards 5G!

    @Mehak20sidhu BSNL was dead when PV narasimha Roa and Manmohan Singh bought economic reforms. Pathetic service, don't care attitude cost them their business, customers moved to Airtel, Jio and Idea. Do you use BSNL? Only then you will understand.

    @ACTFibernet terrible service, every time I complain, same answer, Type 1 for this 2 for this etc etc. No 9ne to contact no service agent provided, committed a mistake by switching over from BSNL to ACT

    @Lisa_Nova_Jena Bsnl died because of pathetic service.... would you prefer bsnl over airtel? similarly, if farmers will get better price than msp, they will prefer private companies... Its a choice farmers have... Like you had a choice between bsnl and airtel...Simple...

    @CMDBSNL Sir, it's unfortunate that BSNL is bringing in new data plans ( which is already being provided by competition ) to prospective customers and not existing and loyal ones. Really bad customer experience

    @blsanthosh @narendramodi Yappa from nowhere to everywhere corona has spread, our government is doing buissness with people, by burdening, bsnl gone, lic will be going,.... Karnataka drove for more loans no proper support, 25mps are dummy, the list goes on

    @DoT_India No action has been taken by bsnl assam and bsnl India. How anyone can rely on their services. Soon I m going to port my number to other network. Please improve bsnl network otherwise bsnl will be left behind all other network. Please @DoT_India @BSNL_AS please resolve my issue.

    @BSNLCorporate 2.they fight together On confrence call with customer. 3. After fighting, they are deciding to talk with boss. And boss said, leave the customer & Problems on Road (invite by the bsnl emp. For problem solving ) and Go there where i told you first....

    Most of d time BSNL tower remains fail in Kantabanji.Due to network failure can’t even get urgent OTP’s which are mandatory for login to banking/gst/income tax related services.very poor and third class service. No bsnl official’s replies over phone or whatsapp. Pls help @TRAI
