Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. Dedicated phone lines with unlimited SIM cards 2. Toll waiver with toll reimbursement or convoy fast tags with number of vehicles in convoy recorded beforehand. 3. Dedicated chauffers and convoys with bus or train based transport from residence to court You see the potential? How many hundreds of crores will be saved per year?
