However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence. Best Deals (@tanaymehrotra1) reported@CryptoZen29 I have been using BSNL as a primary SIM for 16 years. Jio is my secondary SIM. Lots of apps won't run on the Jio network, so I need to switch to BSNL whenever I am outside the home. Flipkart and X are not running on the Jio network.
