    @BSNL_KTK please shutdown your customer care callcenter. It’s waste of public money, because we don’t get any help from here. The only thing they do is ask us to go to the BSNL office.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, since Friday night line is completely down. Saturday raised complaint got closed but till now nothing is fixed. We are working in private sectors and how do they bear this kind of reasons. Kindly help, it is same with others subscribers of BSNL in this area.

    @BSNLCorporate from last 1.5 year bsnl land line has been disconnected, had raised the complaint but it was useless. Still I am paying monthly bill. 4 months back I had given to cancel my land line connect, still no measures has been taken

    @BSNL_KTK I recently visited Kormangala Exchange Bangalore to get a 4g sim. But the officials there told me that bsnl doesn't offer 4g connection. I went there after looking from internet. Donot know why they turned me back. Please help in this case

    BSNL Ferozepur/Zira Hello Sir, I am manager of Sunadarm Finance Ltd. Zira Branch. For last 5 days our Branch net service not working and I have regular calling to Bsnl office zira and Ferozepur. But not proper responding and still we suffer the net problems. Very Bad service.

    @SiddharthSSSS @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial If people of india at least in a family one sim/ftth start using of bsnl/mtnl then their cash flow increase and can invest in good network stable connection is required in india not a so called fake 4g high speed marking by pvt operator a good 3g can give 21mbps mobile data speed

    Wish the TATA's had been gifted BSNL as an adjunct to the airline deal. Lousy, abysmmal customer service. None of their customer care executives can solve a query. Standard answer is try calling again after 15 minutes The biggest violator of DND is @BSNL_CHTD. @BalakrishnanR
