    @CMDBSNL Sir, it's unfortunate that BSNL is bringing in new data plans ( which is already being provided by competition ) to prospective customers and not existing and loyal ones. Really bad customer experience

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE This is a very pathetic service received from BSNL side. When trying to block a number which was stolen, rather than taking corrective measures the representative was beating around the bush. Please get this actioned urgently. We have been trying a lot.

    @BSNLCorporate I used MNP to port in BSNL 1901 verification message received on Saturday 19th March still my old network is active. it's not converted to BSNL.

    @narendramodi @rsprasad I had a technical issue with my Bsnl broadband connection and I struggled to get it fixed for 3 month,yet was unresolved. I had a similar issue with ACT internet and it was resolved within 24hrs. DNA of Bsnl needs to be changed to put customer first

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Dear BSNL ur broadband service is pathetic , staff at BSNL Vijayanagar exchange have zero customer centricity. Had applied for broadband connection 7 days back , still there is no response. Person in-charge for this connection never takes call.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir, request you to either privatize BSNL completely or set turn around time for quality service. Wasting huge infrastructure & money. Each service request for a month and additional charges collecting from customers by installation vendors.

    @HathwayBrdband is a ****, the way they are unresponsive,god shave the customer of it, wanna say bye bye once for all, and suggest all my frinds to please avoid this and take good isp which have good support,where bsnl is not surviving where is this.

    @indiantweeter Boss it’s anyway corporate run by one ‘Malik’... it hardly matters whether it’s foreign private company or Indian private company! Until it’s BSNL, welfare of large communities will not happen. Privatisation has never yielded larger results

    @BSNLCorporate Then why am I not able to use the phone?When I dial the number I can hear the phone ringing but the instrument is dead at my home. Let your people go and check at the customer end rather than sitting at office, warming the seats and giving false reports. No wonder BSNL is in loss

    @BSNLCorporate what a stupid customer service centre..she says no server twice, even though you guys are service provider always says server down Rajarajeshwari nagar office I wanted to port out of airtel and join bsnl ..👎😑no use after traveling 7 kms to reach your office

    @blsanthosh @narendramodi Yappa from nowhere to everywhere corona has spread, our government is doing buissness with people, by burdening, bsnl gone, lic will be going,.... Karnataka drove for more loans no proper support, 25mps are dummy, the list goes on

    @Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

    @BSNL_KTK please shutdown your customer care callcenter. It’s waste of public money, because we don’t get any help from here. The only thing they do is ask us to go to the BSNL office.

    @BSNL_KTK most inefficient network provider is BSNL. Most lethargic and corrupt people are monitoring the government organisation. Not bothered to settle an account even after 6 months.

    @Mehak20sidhu BSNL was dead when PV narasimha Roa and Manmohan Singh bought economic reforms. Pathetic service, don't care attitude cost them their business, customers moved to Airtel, Jio and Idea. Do you use BSNL? Only then you will understand.

    @Siva_Bharani BSNL asks support on sympathy basis and gov vs pvt funda. Yet they quietly reduce the validity days of plans every month. But still the network and signal strength issues persist. Not capable of service improvement to existing users but increasing new users with ₹1 SIM card.

    @bsnl_care Just wonderful. @BSNLCorporate is so fast at closing the issue that within two minutes they promptly closed the docket. If at all the same speed is observed at resolving the issue, bsnl would have been doing wonders in Indian telecom sector. Shameless bsnl team full of liars.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 DO NOT USE BSNL. Frequent disconnection in Landline and FTTH connection leading to disruptive services. Worst customer service by BSNL. Only interested in billing and collecting bills but no complaint resolution or providing better services.

    @BSNLCorporate how do I activate VoLTE on my BSNL number? I am using 4G, but VoLTE is not working. Because of that, every time I get calls, the network goes down to 2G. This is in Kolkata.

    What happened in the basement: 1. Weak signal → garbled Cause #11 from an Airtel tower 2. Modem wrote "Airtel = forbidden" to the SIM 3. Phone tried Jio → Vi → BSNL. All rejected → forbidden Every network banned. In seconds.
