    @Karthik_klt They were making loss continuously. When a single engineer takes care of a district in Airtel and private operators, BSNL has a minimum of 3 in a single exchange. And most of the time BSNL services are always down. It's not the case in private players. Don't blame Modi for all.

    The best and cheapest internet is bharath fiber rnet is bsnl FTTH. Today's wifi speeds 47/13 mb download and upload all at 777 per month plan. Unbelievable, seeing is believing salute bsnl. Service best

    @Bhabanikanak BSNL is in current conditions because they are still trying to sell 2G / 3G data and the poor quality of service for Broadband.

    @rsprasad @PMOIndia @AmitShah @BJP4India why we have to pay for not getting service from #BSNL when we don’t get service. It is more than 15 days no service and no body is responding. Better close this like any other companies atleast we can look for alternatives. @rammadhavbjp

    @w_karve @BSNLCorporate @bsnlpune @BSNL_MH @OfficeOfRSP @DoT_India Jio Giga fiber will be feasible,they want customers,but for BSNL it's the opposite.They still believe that they are the only network providers I. I dia.Their watches havent moved past 1990-2000

    @reliancejio I have made a serious mistake by porting my number from BSNL to Jio. Even I use Jio Data, calls are not going. Very discouraging Jio network. I request every Indian not to use Jio anymore

    @BSNL_PB Local BSNL Exchange Officer told me INSTALLATION CHARGES ARE RS.500 ONLY. They said they raised the Complaint to Accounts Officer and Asked me to Pay the DECEMBER 2020 Bill and I will get a REFUND in the Next Billing Cycle. SO I paid the Bill. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KTK got a bsnlsim in TN. relocatd bglore workng 3 mnths, sdnly sim not recognizble, I tried the customer support u can reach all 14 lokas but not a bsnl custom suppt. I went to bsnl office at bGLORE, they said go to TN. so much for One India, dumped bsnl sim,balance & flew 2 Airtel

    @BSNL_PB Problem is still there. I will tell you all the details of Complaint. There is no option Option to DM you. So Here we go:- I Applied for a New Broadband Connection in November 2020.The Local BSNL exchange told us we have to pay Rs.500 for Installation in Advance. @BSNLCorporate
