@BSNL_KTK 40 days of slow to no internet. 3 visits to the BSNL office, over 5 complaints logged at the BSNL self care site, escalation mail sent to the appellate authority in BSNL Bangalore. No improvement in connection yet. BSNL HELP!

@Swamy39 Sir, BSNL is a strategic asset Being killed to help corporates Kindly listen to the BSNL officer Reliance Vodafone n Airtel have debt of 2, 1.5, 1.25lac Cr from banks But govt doesn't give 10K Cr to BSNL BSNL can reduce it's staff or surplus may b transferred

@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am not at all surprised to see BSNL being merged with MTNL. The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

@reliancejio I have made a serious mistake by porting my number from BSNL to Jio. Even I use Jio Data, calls are not going. Very discouraging Jio network. I request every Indian not to use Jio anymore

The best and cheapest internet is bharath fiber rnet is bsnl FTTH. Today's wifi speeds 47/13 mb download and upload all at 777 per month plan. Unbelievable, seeing is believing salute bsnl. Service best

@BSNLCorporate Sir, I went to Bsnl exchange in Kalyan east and got the sim card after porting request. Now I understand why my Sim is constantly showing showing roaming mode. Network come back at 3pm today. Let's see how long this lasts.

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl is forcefully not allowing the customer to port to another operator as they are not providing upc code . I want my upc code or i have to complain to consumer court as they are violating the telecome rule .

@TechDekhoji It has nothing to do with affording a broadband but more of an availability issue. In my town, before JioFiber only BSNL & Airtel was available with some areas not served by both. Even in a big city like Prayagraj, BB/Fiber aren't available everywhere.
