How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

People like us retired from service is getting meagre Rs 1500 as monthly pension after 30 years of active service. BSNL was RUINED by Marian brothers and their Surya TV network telephone cabling free of charge.

I had a similar issue with ACT internet and it was resolved within 24hrs. DNA of Bsnl needs to be changed to put customer first

Had applied for broadband connection 7 days back , still there is no response. Person in-charge for this connection never takes call.

Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.
