@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am not at all surprised to see BSNL being merged with MTNL. The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

Bsnl prepaid 1699 plan offers the best instead of 2gb data per day to 3gb per day 100sms per day and 425 days plan period instead of 365. No match for bsnl service. It's ftth is number one with just 777a month. 49/36mbps download and upload speeds 18gb per day 540gbs a month

@reliancejio I have made a serious mistake by porting my number from BSNL to Jio. Even I use Jio Data, calls are not going. Very discouraging Jio network. I request every Indian not to use Jio anymore

@BSNLCorporate This is my number 01222962711 if you have any way to resolve my issue, the situation is still same from past 2-3 weeks. Nobody fixes the issue and no customer support. The speed is less than 1 mpbs which is like hell. Mobile data is better than your BSNL. Bad service experience.

@BSNLCorporate @UN Just when I thought Bsnl has improved, its worst again.previous Bsnl recharge app was better. This self care app is worst. I dont get otp at all. When I click resend otp it sends 3 otp & then app says account blocked. From 3 days same is happening & my balance gets deducted.
