    @JioCare shameless company, Mysore to Bangalore train journey no data unfortunately paid for full year pre paid charges, can't change over also. fooling public vy claiming free data, whereas 90% of time data doesn't work. Even BSNL is better

    @BSNL_KTK I had applied for bsnl broadband 1 month back I got the message from bsnl also that it has been activated but still wiring has not done when I call the concern person he says tomorrow tomorrow from past 15 days I am calling him but no response and very bad experience

    @MrsGandhi Why was BSNL forced to share its entire rural network - built on tax payer money - to Jio. Why was BSNL stopped from launching 4G for years? Why should a state run teleco (BSNL) be used to subsidize only Jio?

    @BSNLCorporate Then why am I not able to use the phone?When I dial the number I can hear the phone ringing but the instrument is dead at my home. Let your people go and check at the customer end rather than sitting at office, warming the seats and giving false reports. No wonder BSNL is in loss

    @BSNLCorporate , my daughter came from USA, was using bsnl prepaid sim at USA . No online help is there in bsnl for reactivation. She switched to private operator. Thus BSNL is loosing connections

    @Makizh_nan @KasthuriShankar Mobile, BSNL is available but Air tel connection is taken, In Govt no service, private simple quick spead of quality service. In the first place Govt should Not be in the business.

    @CMofKarnataka Dear Sir, Talking and thinking big is not the solution. Kindly maintain Govt Hospitals and Govt Educational institutions to world standard to improve the life of all. ITI is dying, BSNL is in the verge of dying, NGEF is Dead, KGF is already dead. Don't sell everything to private.

    @ministry of communication BSNL has not improved in fault attending service . Internet is down since last four days still not restored ( 08029755666) and no response from either franchisee or bsnl office

    @dictatorshivam @IndiaPostOffice @PmgKanpur Why server issue is with govt sector only..like post office, banks...never heard HDFC Bank is having server issue...never heard blue dart is having server issue...always with govt institutions Do govt want all institution like BSNL to promote private party....

    @HathwayBrdband is a ****, the way they are unresponsive,god shave the customer of it, wanna say bye bye once for all, and suggest all my frinds to please avoid this and take good isp which have good support,where bsnl is not surviving where is this.

    @BSNLCorporate Your request has been booked by BSNL with Pre-Lead/Reference Number: 129320388662. I raised the request on last sat but now no proper response from BSNL office located in Yelahanka. What action BSNL team will take or I reach private internet service provider?

    @BSNL_KTK @narendramodi After 2015 bsnl Service Will Be A Bad Day by Day Don't know What is the reason may be Private Company Pramotion Or Any reason 😜 So Bsnl Please tell Your Coustomer like we don't need Any Coustomer Port your Sim with another Private Telecome company

    @pgm_pune_bsnl @bsnl_mh_pune my landline not working since 4 days. Complained but no action. I am using BSNL only because u provide landline. But it seems u want ur customers to go away and use private operators. Very poor service.

    @NayabSainiBJP Sir from morning to till time no work was done at kadipur tehsil Gurugram whole day waste This is complete failure Server down But nobody from here take initiative to give complaint to BSNL for this shut down. Very pathetic experience, complete torture

    @indtxpyr @skilledinodisha Govt / PSUs never really worked till Modi came to power. Many industries like PSU Banks, NHAI, Shipbuilding, Defence etc have improved drastically. Laggards like Indiapost, BSNL etc still exist. Clearing the filth accumulated over six decades is a huge task and he's doing it.

    Jio fiber @JioCare has the worst possible service resolution mechanism ….fibre connection surrendered on 30th sept ….deposit refund not yet received. Pathetic to say the least reminds me of MTNL/BSNL sarkaari standards

    @DoT_India DoT’s reply claims “good outdoor & poor indoor”, but that isn’t a fix and even BSNL’s report saying 4G available is false; only 2G works indoors here. Not even 3G @DoT_India @JM_Scindia please review such false ground reports & ensure fair coverage under #DigitalIndia.

    @jiyachachu @TelecomTalk I Also belong to rewari.Speed nd LTE 700 is gud 4 bsnl .But sometimes volte calls switch to 3g and at that time opponent voice cant be heard thn we have to drop the call and make a fresh one. Volte is not stable nd in LTE 2100 speed nd coverage is nt gud bcoz of 3g nt shut down

    @UKakarla89423 @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate It seems like a potential mismatch in testing. Your other BSNL SIM works in the A36, suggesting the phone supports VoLTE, but your main SIM might need reprovisioning or settings tweak. Check Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > enable VoLTE calls (BSNL-specific if available). If issues persist, reach out to Samsung for A36-BSNL compatibility details.

    @TrakinTech Save Vodafone Idea. It is only company stops being from duopoly. My Primary is VI after hearing 4G is launched in BSNL bought a Sim in BSNL. Still in 2025 I may be one of the person who is not using 5G but having a 5G phone After Vi GIGAnet I am getting good speed 60Mbps down

    @BSNL_BR @TRAI @airtelindia Harrassing customer seems to be your tagline. Ported number 9431239159 from BSNL to airtel. 10th of oct my no was barred as bsnl bill was not cleared. Submitted BSNL no dues letter at airtel store my entire numbers with this number are barred
