My bank is connected to the BSNL number and am unable to transact. I am porting out the first thing tomorrow morning.

Almost always it's impossible to reach them when they are in #Payyanur and at times even in #Trivandrum. Now the onus of porting both the SIMs back to BSNL is on me. No hope of Airtel fixing the issue. 60 days!

You have no other reply other than deep regrets. Poor service is the reason BSNL is closing down. Inform your officers about this.
