Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming.
