I forced my Dad and Mom both to switch from BSNL to @Airtel_Presence. Almost always it's impossible to reach them when they are in #Payyanur and at times even in #Trivandrum. Now the onus of porting both the SIMs back to BSNL is on me. No hope of Airtel fixing the issue. 60 days!

@Airtel_Presence The coverage of Airtel is worst in Bangalore. The customer Service agents are also useless. Kantaraj T 98450-19715, 99722-92530. I believe Vadafone doing well in Bangalore now a days apart from BSNL in our area.

Bsnl was govt. company then their comes private company like airtel , idea, jio, vodafone etc. Bsnl was expensive in comparison to others now bsnl is on the edge of shutting down. Did you feel monopoly of one ?
