    BSNL service is one of the wrost service I can say, Reported internet issue about 4 days ago told fiber damge issue these people taking 4 days to get it repair. They don't answer to phone with the known number. I think these people only eligible to take salary not to work

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Dear BSNL ur broadband service is pathetic , staff at BSNL Vijayanagar exchange have zero customer centricity. Had applied for broadband connection 7 days back , still there is no response. Person in-charge for this connection never takes call.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Is it true BSNL is shutting down in Karnataka, no service, no complain. The area of 2360 IISc exchange seems without connection for last fourteen days. Or is it because this area is affected by the isolation for covid positive people at near by hotel!

    @BSNL_KTK Either landlines or mobiles, poor service, mobiles doesn't work with BSNL Sims. How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

    I could ve opted private broadband service , just thought let me try BSNL. Realised my mistake. Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.

    I am being harassed by BSNL. I have used BSNL broadband connection since 2020 and continuously I am not getting good support from @BSNL_UKD If their connection gets disconnected ever they take half or a month to fix but at end of the month customer have to pay full broadband bill

    @BSNLCorporate Team in pune(412101) city this type of network provide by bsnl.. That does not means if plan is Lowest bsnl has to improve the network quality we understand in rural area but in pune city only one line network shows and not getting the H+ Speed getting only edge

    @AunindyoC More than 40 private sector banks were closed and merged with PSBs in the last five decades ! Yes Bank was bailed out by SBI and other banks; A CEO of a private bank and funding of her spouse's business ruined the image. BSNL is never upgraded with the tech.

    @VegaKat @Swamy39 Indian Railways is the biggest employer in the world -12 lac employees. China with far greater length, employs only One lac employees. It is responsible for poor state of Indian Railways . BSNL time was the most horrible for those having telephones.
