  @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @rsprasad @jagograhakjago @republic It is been more than 2 months and I have also DMed you all the issue but still you are not at all replying. This is a clear proof why bsnl is now in such condition. You don't value your customer and customer did the same.

  @rsprasad @PMOIndia @AmitShah @BJP4India why we have to pay for not getting service from #BSNL when we don’t get service. It is more than 15 days no service and no body is responding. Better close this like any other companies atleast we can look for alternatives. @rammadhavbjp

  @BSNL_KTK 40 days of slow to no internet. 3 visits to the BSNL office, over 5 complaints logged at the BSNL self care site, escalation mail sent to the appellate authority in BSNL Bangalore. No improvement in connection yet. BSNL HELP!

  @TRAI @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am not at all surprised to see BSNL being merged with MTNL. The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

  @reliancejio I have made a serious mistake by porting my number from BSNL to Jio. Even I use Jio Data, calls are not going. Very discouraging Jio network. I request every Indian not to use Jio anymore

  @BSNL_CHTD @BSNL_CHTD My LL/BB connection (044-22327920) is hardly 3 month old but to my dismay the land line is not working since 20/10/2020 whereas the BB is working. Had been to BSNL office more than 10 times, met AE @9444743742 many times but the issue remains not resolved.

  @daftarka_babu @sukesh1968 @drunkJournalist BSNL is now struggling to deploy 4G, maintain their infra, and even pay salaries. UPA govt also looted and obstructed BSNL a lot, but never before has BSNL come so close to being bankrupt. You will realize it once all competitors have bit the dust and Jio jacks up the price

  @ndtv You can compare this bill to BSNL and JIO. BSNL is still there with largest fibre network in pan India but people still use JIO why? Because the nobody is taking care of tge issues any more. Where Jio has the authority to increase the cost of plan at whatever price they. want

  @sheltoncardin YOU/ VI is not there in my area ,ION contacted,presently in adjacent area they R in process of putting cables they say will keep me posted about development , Airtel wasn't there but they are keen to come provided they have sizeable customer strength that left me with BSNL fibre!
