    @PriyankKharge @NammaKarnataka_ Your father senior Kharge RUINED Labour Ministry. People like us retired from service is getting meagre Rs 1500 as monthly pension after 30 years of active service. BSNL was RUINED by Marian brothers and their Surya TV network telephone cabling free of charge.

    @JioCare Jio fibre service available at #RamanashreeCaliforniaGardens layout. Yelahanka?? Many customers interested to get Jio service in this area as #BSNL service is very poor.

    @ACTFibernet terrible service, every time I complain, same answer, Type 1 for this 2 for this etc etc. No 9ne to contact no service agent provided, committed a mistake by switching over from BSNL to ACT

    @BSNL_KTK no network in Bangalore electronic City since morning. Such huge outage not fixed so far. BSNL employees good for going on strike and asking for salary hike without work.

    @MrsGandhi Why was BSNL forced to share its entire rural network - built on tax payer money - to Jio. Why was BSNL stopped from launching 4G for years? Why should a state run teleco (BSNL) be used to subsidize only Jio?

    @BSNLCorporate what a stupid customer service centre..she says no server twice, even though you guys are service provider always says server down Rajarajeshwari nagar office I wanted to port out of airtel and join bsnl ..👎😑no use after traveling 7 kms to reach your office

    @CMofKarnataka Dear Sir, Talking and thinking big is not the solution. Kindly maintain Govt Hospitals and Govt Educational institutions to world standard to improve the life of all. ITI is dying, BSNL is in the verge of dying, NGEF is Dead, KGF is already dead. Don't sell everything to private.

    @BSNL_KTK please shutdown your customer care callcenter. It’s waste of public money, because we don’t get any help from here. The only thing they do is ask us to go to the BSNL office.

    BSNL service is one of the wrost service I can say, Reported internet issue about 4 days ago told fiber damge issue these people taking 4 days to get it repair. They don't answer to phone with the known number. I think these people only eligible to take salary not to work

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 In Sanhita there are around 2500 flats and in Sanhita premises there is no bsnl tower. I have been a postpaid customer of bsnl for 26 years. When I enter my flat in sanhita there is no tower of bsnl because of which I am unable to contact my people, neither I receive any OTP.

    India's biggest telecom problem is the lack of a strong third player. It's either Airtel or Jio. Fed up with both, I wanted to try BSNL or RailTel. Registered on their websites, but never received a single call. Meanwhile, Jio sent multiple messages within days. Today, frustrated with Airtel's internet issues, I switched to Jio. But Within hours, the connection stopped working. What's even more frustrating is the complaint process. Started a chat at 4 PM, waited until 5 :10 PM with no response. Diagnostics showed "No Issues Found" while the internet was down. The installation engineer spent more time explaining TV channels than explaining how to raise a complaint or get support. When it takes 2 hours just to report a fault, imagine the customer's frustration. And BSNL should seriously introspect. Despite being a government-backed operator, basic customer acquisition and responsiveness remain a challenge. Taxpayers deserve much better 😔 @JM_Scindia @DoT_India

    I use BSNL for my personal number linked with various online portals. The best thing is, I don't receive any tele-marketing calls any day, because at my home and office, BSNL network is always "not reachable". But today I got harassed very much, I wanted to book an online appointment and needed OTP for verification. I walked 20-30 mtrs in this scorching heat outside my office just to be in the network area and get the OTP . and ended up wasting atleast 1 hour. I use BSNL for 2 reasons, one is to avoid telemarketers and 2nd is Patriotism (to help country's in-debt asset). Many times I think- Wish I were in USA, atleast I could sue the companies for harassing me. Pro-tip: Never use BSNL for personal number linked with Adhar.

    @samisosa1234 AGM coming on June 26. Probability that they ll get their pending order from Bsnl which will help clear inventory of 2200 cr. They should receive their payment from govt for the order they delivered. Chas receivable at 3200 cr. Their debt will reduce and interest outgo as well.

    @Airtel_Presence By rescheduling without customer's confirmation, you guys can take the system forgranted. Someone has managed time from schedule as per time slot given by @airtelindia & a technician can spoil the entire planning by saying no and rescheduling at his own. @airtelindia is new BSNL
