@BSNL_KTK I recently visited Kormangala Exchange Bangalore to get a 4g sim. But the officials there told me that bsnl doesn't offer 4g connection. I went there after looking from internet. Donot know why they turned me back. Please help in this case

@BSNL_KTK please shutdown your customer care callcenter. It’s waste of public money, because we don’t get any help from here. The only thing they do is ask us to go to the BSNL office.

@BSNLCorporate from last 1.5 year bsnl land line has been disconnected, had raised the complaint but it was useless. Still I am paying monthly bill. 4 months back I had given to cancel my land line connect, still no measures has been taken

@Mehak20sidhu BSNL was dead when PV narasimha Roa and Manmohan Singh bought economic reforms. Pathetic service, don't care attitude cost them their business, customers moved to Airtel, Jio and Idea. Do you use BSNL? Only then you will understand.

I paid 2500 as installation charge, including 500 extra for wire. Still I got 500 extra amount added to my monthly bill as one time charge. Why customer need to pay installation charge twice to vendor and then to bsnl ? Why 500 extra ? @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND Tell me ?

Like ex SBI Chairwoman joining Reliance Board. During 2015 Chennai floods all networks failed. Only BSNL landline worked. In Rural areas BSNL had extensive network.
