    BSNL service is one of the wrost service Reported internet issue about 4 days ago told fiber damge issue these people taking 4 days to get it repair. They don't answer to phone known number. I think these people only eligible to take salary not to work @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir, request you to either privatize BSNL completely or set turn around time for quality service. Wasting huge infrastructure & money. Each service request for a month and additional charges collecting from customers by installation vendors.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK, My bsnl not working for last almost 20 days. I urgently I came back to Bengaluru to replace my sim from another state. Visited BSNL office, staff insisted Rs100 cash only for sim changes only cash and refused to give receipt. Website says replace sim 50

    @TRAI Are you aware of worst network service by Jio and Airtel throughout India? Forget BSNL as it's already in the verge of closure due to poorest service. We are heading towards 19th century in network service. Wonderful!🙏

    @BSNLCorporate I used MNP to port in BSNL 1901 verification message received on Saturday 19th March still my old network is active. it's not converted to BSNL.

    And after saying that **** reply they won't even reply that's what I have received both times this is how the airtel works worst condition of this network BSNL is far better than this ****(Airtel). 🤮🤮

    @ministry of communication BSNL has not improved in fault attending service . Internet is down since last four days still not restored ( 08029755666) and no response from either franchisee or bsnl office

    @BSNLCorporate The prompt action (refund of deposit) is pending since June 2021. Now that @AshwiniVaishnaw has announced crores of rs for bsnl, please refund my deposit. Check previous tweet image which has customer id details

    @MrsGandhi Why was BSNL forced to share its entire rural network - built on tax payer money - to Jio. Why was BSNL stopped from launching 4G for years? Why should a state run teleco (BSNL) be used to subsidize only Jio?

    @Lisa_Nova_Jena I dont remember using bsnl ever... Not even before 4g They were always pathetic... Ab 4g koi paagal hee higa kharchega for the pathetic service that was already running in losses

    @bsnl_ap_circle Hi BSNL team I am very disappointed the way BSNL in the race of digital india. Due to current pandemic situation I applied a new broad band connection in bsnl online portal but I never got any call or message for connection. Please let me know if u r working

    @CMDBSNL Sir, it's unfortunate that BSNL is bringing in new data plans ( which is already being provided by competition ) to prospective customers and not existing and loyal ones. Really bad customer experience

    @dixarth Something has been done to india's internet\radio frequencies. Everything has been dogshit past few weeks. Airtel, jio, bsnl. Everything sucks. Wifi range has been decreased too.

    @HisabiKitabiG @yabhishekhd This is what happened when you totally depend on AI. And when you care more about cost than service this is what happened. I removed jio many months ago switched to Local broadband and Bsnl. Bsnl got down 2-3 time in month and even some time it doesn't happen.

    Idea for @RahulGandhi election promises - revive BSNL and MTNL properly. Easy bookings, good coverage. If the private companies need to make a profit, limit it to 2g/3g, but keep their low budget phone plans alive. You can simply stand on stage and read out their recharge plan prices to get all the votes. Right now the public can't use them widely due to coverage issues. And this is not just for the poor. You can keep a phone no you mostly need for OTPs alive for a year in Rs. 321 if you're a Tamil Nadu police officer (as a comment below pointed out) - this could be extended to the poor! Loads of people who use separate numbers for banking and social media would vote for this.

    @IndianGems_ If the government really cared, they would offer a basic plan in BSNL. It already has PAN India 2g network and it's adequate for calls. But no, they just divert you towards the corporate to save their ***.
