Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

We may get higher speeds (especially if you land on Vi 4G/5G area), because Vi has already expanded 5G across Kerala.
