Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it! If a customer complains about faulty internet, they casually take 15 to 20 days just to fix a basic issue.

Both office and home has WiFi and there is no point in getting a high priced internet pack for 1/2 hrs per day. Bsnl internet sucks in non metros but gives 2g/3g speed while sayig 4g, good enough for msging

First, improve your 4G service. Also, in many villages, whenever there is a power cut, your network stops working. Please fix these issues first.
