How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

It's yet not activated. customer care asking asking to go to bsnl office. There is barely any proper network inside the area, making calls and mobile data difficult to use.please improve BSNL network coverage.

Price hike is still not acceptable to many low and middle class families, that's why people have moved towards BSNL despite low network strength and internet speed. In India, most of the people have always bought products and paid for subscriptions which give value for money, rather than the opposite which is mainly driven by our per capita income and cultural ethos.
