Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

They should receive their payment from govt for the order they delivered. Chas receivable at 3200 cr. Their debt will reduce and interest outgo as well.
