    @BSNL_TN How many of u really tired of BSNL broadband. 3 times I had bad experience. Many times raised complaint for frequent disconnection. They never resolved. I have disconnected the service @BSNLCorporate still not refunded the deposit money Since 2011 to 2019. Rs 2000+ is pending.

    @Ratnaprabha_IAS @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @DoT_India @TRAI i had a same issue I don't get any opt or sms call drops heavy network fluctuation from last 2 months. I think everyone is Port to other network bsnl will lose heavy customer. @BJP4India @BJP4Karnataka

    @BSNL_KTK CGM BSNL. Land line 25724350 surrendered von 23rd March 2019 at CSC KORAMANGALA. Six months over. Refund of security deposit not happening. Checked with my Bank. Not rec'd. Please help. All details including blank cheque given to CSC KORAMANGALA. Help help

    Phone landline is dead since August 13. The phone number comes under Karnataka - Bangalore - Vidyaranyapura BSNL telephone exchange. Number is 080-23641178. A complaint is already registered on the no. 23642198. Staff is no responding and saying insufficient people to fix problem

    @BSNLCorporate this is my second complaint. Broadband landline number 0820-2553372 . We are facing bb disconnection issue from a long time ! The local bsnl officers are least bothered about the same. You have made life miserable in rural areas. BSNL Shirva(Udupi) .

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL my phone has dead over 2 weeks. My complaint Id :- 121685431472 is pending so far and not resolved. Shame on you for not resolving the issue. I don't want to be bsnl subscriber any more.

    Sell PSU’s, only solution. AI has acc a loss of 70,000 Crores, BSNL is the most inefficient company, NTPC PLF is abysmal, ONGC a wretched organisation. If we continue further, losses will wipe out India’s GDP. Don’t waste any more time, sell all PSU’s incl govt banks, yep banks.

    @Karthik_klt They were making loss continuously. When a single engineer takes care of a district in Airtel and private operators, BSNL has a minimum of 3 in a single exchange. And most of the time BSNL services are always down. It's not the case in private players. Don't blame Modi for all.

    @livemint Trying to fix a problem without fixing root causes, which are 1. High and inefficient manpower and 2. Sub optimal cap utilisation i.e. much lower revenues than an entity like BSNL should realize, will never solve the problem but only postpone it at best.

    No network in @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK now all on a sudden no network coverage.this is third consecutive time happening in the last one month.also my Kolkata number ported to BSNL Karnataka gives reply to callers as number doesn't exist.this is also recurring issue.@DoT_India

    @krishnabgowda Hope you take up all the tasks in one go. I have noticed none of the public authorities (BBMP/BWSSB/BESCOM/BSNL/BTP/BMRCL) plans or works together to utilize common activities like excavation or asphalting or traffic diversion doing so will cut down the funds and help taxpayers.

    Vi network is one of the worst networks in india after BSNL 🤬 Never ever buy a Vi sim card. Frustrated network. They call it as 5G network but even in chennai there is no 5G connectivity I have recharged for 5G plan but still getting only 4G /3G🤬 @ViCustomerCare

    @CMDBSNL Hi #CMD sir, Seems like @BSNLCorporate & @bsnl_care are still stuck in the 90s. Even a basic service like Missed Call Alerts feels like a luxury—hard to activate and even harder to actually receive notifications. If basics don’t work, how exactly do you plan to grow BSNL?🤔 #BSNL
