Still I am receiving bills for old bsnl number. Bsnl insisting me to pay the bill amounts when I an no longer using that one.

A team of bsnl people can to change it took 3k & extra to change and start the landline. Its been 1 year the landline is still on working. what can i do more ? pay more for it ?
