Just waiting for lockdown to get over So I can change the cellphone network service provider @Idea , you guys charging 400 + for a month for 4G in postpaid and not providing 40kb speed .. Your service just horrible even BSNL 3G is good in front of you guys😠

@BSNL_GJ In vadodara I'm using BSNL 4G. In all areas it is working but in my area internet is not working . So just fix it fast.

@jogakhichudi Originally BSNL, migrated to Jio, didn't like the service so migrated to Airtel and then to Idea. All the while one sim was idea too. Now both of them idea but data sucks. 😞

@rsprasad it seems lots of problems and mismanagement at Vadodara #bsnl I have just switch-over to optic fibre internet. Still I am receiving bills for old bsnl number. Bsnl insisting me to pay the bill amounts when I an no longer using that one.

@BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate Landline complaint since 12th aug. the fault booked on Telephone number 0265-243435 is registered with registration number as 1049419305 . assigned to BSNL Staff RANJITSINH KADAVABHAI BARIA,Mobile No 09408425133.talked with him 8 times but no results.

That too if it catches network at all. Doesn't matter which mobile phone you use, @reliancejio is equally bad on all. Its time they are exposed for their bad services. Wouldn't recommend at all. Jio is 1000 times bad than BSNL once was. Just imagine

@BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia It’s already been more than 5 days & there is no sign of progress in the complaint but it is not surprising at all. People well know this is how BSNL works & this why BSNL is fighting for its existence. With this worst customer service u are not anywhere in the telecom industry

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Thank you BSNL for solving my issue that quick. I am very satisfied with BSNL Broadband. Previously service was not good in my area but from past few days it is just fabulous. I have only one suggestion, please make your website more better, it runs very very slowly.

@Satyamevajanate @muglikar_ Let me list Ambani's problems, he is a crony capitalist who exploits his employees by making them work overtime on peanut salaries. Not just this, his company Jio has robbed BSNL of its rightful 1757.76 crore rupees as per the latest CAG report.
