Still I am receiving bills for old bsnl number. Bsnl insisting me to pay the bill amounts when I an no longer using that one.

At my native only Vodafone & BSNL network is available and Airtel is way too weak (negligible). My native District: Vadodara, Village; Jambu Goral 391774.
