@rsprasad it seems lots of problems and mismanagement at Vadodara #bsnl I have just switch-over to optic fibre internet. Still I am receiving bills for old bsnl number. Bsnl insisting me to pay the bill amounts when I an no longer using that one.

So pathetic service by BSNL in Lucknow. Paid money for new Wi-Fi connection two months back. Nothing happened yet. Waiting for this month’s bill without using service. I cannot wait to see BSNL a private corporation. @narendramodi @BSNL_India @myogiadityanath

@ManojeNath BSNL (confirmed) & Jio (borrowed opinion) broadband have poor connectivity and even worse customer care service. I am sad to see your complaints fall on deaf ears & the automated responses add to the frustration. Kindly use your contacts &get rid (+refund) of your broadband asap.

@bsnl_ap_circle is the worst team ever to resolve am issue. They privatized Fiber Net in our area and after taking connection either BSNL or the private party doesn't respond. This is why private networks are ruling the industry. @BSNLCorporate
