Still I am receiving bills for old bsnl number. Bsnl insisting me to pay the bill amounts when I an no longer using that one.

Vas Dev (@suryam_m) reported@airtelindia I recently shifted to Surat, Gujarat. What I observed is very low signal strength near ONGC Hazira plant resulting us to shifting to BSNL both prepaid and postpaid. Whole India is getting 5G and here not getting any signal? Please share the reasons if any
