Still I am receiving bills for old bsnl number. Bsnl insisting me to pay the bill amounts when I an no longer using that one.

At my native only Vodafone & BSNL network is available and Airtel is way too weak (negligible). My native District: Vadodara, Village; Jambu Goral 391774. Applied online then called customer service who asked to apply via WhatsApp. Did that too, but nothing happening. Things haven’t changed much unfortunately inspite of your efforts.

The complaint due time mentioned on the BSNL portal is today at 1:44 PM, but the issue is still unresolved. Kindly look into this urgently and arrange a technician visit.
