Additionally, as per information from BSNL offices, it appears that eSIM is currently being issued only for new connections and not for existing numbers. The officials at @BSNL_TN don't monitor the signal & bother abt such issues. @CMDBSNL - You should feel ahamed for this pathetic service.

p mukherjee (@prat3797) reported@CGM_WB_BSNL not getting support from Bsnl mullick fathak howrah team. My router has been taken by the service franchisee and not returned. I am also yet to receive my invoice from him for the money paid for new router. The local bsnl team is not taking any action.
