  Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

  @VodafoneIN Do not choose this chor company @VodafoneIN. Useless and pathetic service of internet. I recharge with 199 but net working like road rolar. Coustomer care and ivr services of voda can give blood pressure problem. Port your sim to bsnl or Jio.

  @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

  @kapsshimla Problem of Privatisation is downsizing manpower & making it performance oriented. This requires huge funds like being done in BSNL. Land shedding is only an off set measure. They are sitting on excess prime land.

  @rsprasad SIM card of postpaid number 9408708540 of BSNL taken in Gujarat has become faulty. I have shifted to Chandigarh. BSNL has emailed that I would have to go to Gujarat to get it replaced. Can it not be done in Chandigarh. Please help.

  @solo_boiyt @JioCare Sabse bekar ghatiyaa telecom company BSNL hai, TRAI data aur user feedback ke hisaab se highest complaints per subscriber, poor network aur high call drops ke saath. Jio volume mein zyada complaints laata hai, lekin per user BSNL worst. Switch karo agar possible!

  @TRAI BSNL 4g network is very poor at Baghajatin G Block, Kusum Kanan Club, Kolkata - 700086.. No necessary steps are being taken to improve the internet in this area..Indoor network coverage is very weak too..Bsnl has not improved technologically in this area..

  @JM_Scindia dear sir , Here in surendranagar (Gujarat) network of BSNL mobile is absolutely worst and so bad that in house there is no network of mobile for calling . And the speed of internet is like 2G in our city. I several time book complaint in your bsnl site.

  @ismeet_saluja Airtel always excellent rarely disapoint me. Regarding jio it's better I should not say anything. By the way I mostly use bsnl broadband no complaint so far.

  @TG_TriGany Dear TG_T BSNL U-SIM launched but unable to do replacement for Other State Sim and Customer. Example: Customer sim from Bihar and also adress Bihar then SIM replacement will not done in other State. Pl rectify the issue.
