    Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

    This is a new turn... i hope these BSNL employees behave professionally and help govt to revive it. I remember my exp with them once. Horrible customer care. They just let the consumer suffer.

    how a person can restart the router within the conference call or online classes. Either Airtel provide me solution for this or refund me the balance amount and I will take broadband connection from Jio, BSNL, Connect or NetConnet. I am feeling cheated by Airtel. Same on you..

    @kapsshimla Problem of Privatisation is downsizing manpower & making it performance oriented. This requires huge funds like being done in BSNL. Land shedding is only an off set measure. They are sitting on excess prime land.

    @VodafoneIN Do not choose this chor company @VodafoneIN. Useless and pathetic service of internet. I recharge with 199 but net working like road rolar. Coustomer care and ivr services of voda can give blood pressure problem. Port your sim to bsnl or Jio.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yaar Bahut He Beysharam Bandey Ho Tusi Airtel Wale. I have complained several times for Network Problem & Call Dropping Issues. But No Solution Providing Yet. Are you competing with BSNL ? Infact BSNL have improve their Services.

    @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

Thats why other companies are in profit. Tum bs sarkari paisa brbaad krte rho. Thats why people are not happy with BSNL and their sefvice.

    @BaluGorade I was using bsnl broadband for nearly all my life till 2 years back. They have frequent network outage and response is pathetic. When I went to cancel it, I had to run from office to office in a building where people just relaxing. I had to get signatures from 4 office.

    @BaluGorade I restarted using BSNL after 16 years assuming it may have changed for the better, but same story, it doesn't work, the internet didn't connect for once in 28 days. It's costly even if it is given for free unless BSNL starts giving at par service as of Jio.

    @BaluGorade @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I have a bsnl number, which rarely works. I am mostly in 3 locations. Chembur, Mumbai never working Kecheri, Thrissur calls work Data is at best 2G speeds Vizag, AP calls work Data is very slow Hence thinking about porting out

    @BaluGorade Sharing you my yesterday experience.keen to purchase a BSNL sim, so went to their office,they said currently we can't provide you After that, went to a local shop where the provider said that they got a tie up with 3rd party Co. for which since 10days sever is totally shut down.

    @BSNLCorporate Your office says 4G VOLTE is available and distributed 4G sim cards, now getting network speed "edge" which we have forgotten 3 decades ago. BSNL is still providing "edge" network, promising 4 G, why mislead the people, you are 3 decades behind.

    @BaluGorade My mom is a bsnl user always signal issues on calls actually forget about 4g,5g if bsnl can provide signals for just calling purpose it would be a blessing for elder people who don't need any internet
