Customer hv to approach BSNL for PRBT service & Customer will provide tune. One short code is assigned. It's an VOLUNTEER activity so its not part of Code of Conduct. Any user can Subscribe n Pay charge in which BSNL & BJP both earns. We may loose ₹Crores.

sanjeev (@vetsanjeev1) reported@reliancejio 3. On 31/8 again applied for fiber connection and visit was scheduled on 1 Septat 11.00 am but they again rescheduled it on 8 Sept . This behavior of Jio service provider with customer is the same as it was in BSNL before 2010.🙏🏻

Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium.
