It's been 2 days that the internet is not working and this problem is so common. Just check their reviews on Google, Net+ has terrible service.

The Sentinel (@Sentinel_Assam) reportedAn unidentified man who climbed a BSNL tower in Siliguri was rescued after an eight-hour-long operation on Wednesday, September 2. Civil Defence team member Krishna Barman said the operation began at 7am and was challenging as the man climbed to the top of the tower and sat on a single rod without any railing or seating space. After repeated attempts to persuade him to come down failed, the rescue team used food to lure him lower. The connectivity in Chaubeypur, Varanasi has been so pathetic for the last 15 days that you’re actually making BSNL look impressive. Local merchants are already discussing porting their Jio numbers. To make matters worse, even the JioFiber connection installed at my residence is down. 15 days of poor connectivity is not a “technical issue”. It is a failure of service. So, @reliancejio, what do you suggest? Should we stop wasting our time and port out?

sanjeev (@vetsanjeev1) reported@reliancejio 3. On 31/8 again applied for fiber connection and visit was scheduled on 1 Septat 11.00 am but they again rescheduled it on 8 Sept . This behavior of Jio service provider with customer is the same as it was in BSNL before 2010.🙏🏻
