Cellular/ Mobile Service business (26% of revenue) saw only 1% growth. ● Positive notes : Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) rose significantly (reported 42% jump to ₹101 in some updates). Revenue has grown ~20-25% over two years to around ₹25,000 crore, with strong EBITDA improvements in earlier quarters (e.g., margins expanding notably due to operational efficiencies and 4G push).

With bsnl 4G, no sms facility is available. It drops to 2G and internet gets disconnected, which prevents registration in banking and @UPI_NPCI app.

BSNL not getting 3G or 4G while all other private players got it definitely slowed down its growth/expansion plans. BSNL's towers paved the way for growth of private players is unquestionable. BSNL could bring much more than starlink too if only the government had the will!

Crucially, as soon as I remove the BSNL SIM from the tray, the other SIM (Jio/Airtel) instantly starts working
