  Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

  This is a new turn... i hope these BSNL employees behave professionally and help govt to revive it. I remember my exp with them once. Horrible customer care. They just let the consumer suffer.

  @JioCare there is problem in Internet speed. 99% times speed is lesser than 2G now. Even #BSNL 3G is far better. I am thinking to shift to BSNL now

  @BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

  @VodafoneIN Do not choose this chor company @VodafoneIN. Useless and pathetic service of internet. I recharge with 199 but net working like road rolar. Coustomer care and ivr services of voda can give blood pressure problem. Port your sim to bsnl or Jio.

  BSNL response time in case of breakdowns is too slow as government employees are lethargic whereas private companies send person in 10-15 minutes against rectifying time of two & half an hours speaks of commitment level to maintain services with uninterrupted internet. bsnl

I used to have BSNL broadband as well as Mobile connection but frustrated with their services finaly switched to private operators, at that time Modi govt was not there

  @Varun84707625 @KanganaTeam @JJassiOfficial And that Govt telecom company is extinct because of its poor performance and management. I replaced BSNL 11 years back, bcoz their service sucked & they treated customers like trash just like most other PSU. On the contrary Govt eased its stake in Maruti & look where it is now.

  @BSNLCorporate I spend more than one week for set bsnl tune. I have trust in Bsnl, but bsnl not care their customer. When I call to customer service there's only one solution. We are escalated, we are escalated. Pathetic condition. If Bsnl can provide this service,do not add it on offer details

  @BSNLCorporate It has been more than 7 months I paid money but connection never done due to issues with BSNL machinery. When this amount of Rs. 750 will get refunded in my account. I already have submitted cancel cheque along with application for refund. Please refund it ASAP.
