Very bad experience & harassment with BSNL FFTH. Even after 10 days I am making calls to get connection activated. Understand the reason of BSNL failure. Every time I call them they tell me to wait but sent me a message that my connection is activated since 09.06.2020. @rsprasad

@BSNL_PB Again complaint occur balance deduct my account but rechage not done, i am not free to visit everytime your retail outlet or bsnl office. Seriously after complete 3 months i will port to another company and everyone to recommend to usea other than bsnl.

I chose @airtelindia over BSNL quite recently (in Mysore) and that is my biggest regret so far. Outages all the time and ETAs of 7-8 hrs to fix the issue. Worst possible service among any other ISPs, I raised more than 5 tickets in just a span of 50 days. @Airtel_Presence

Thread 🧵 4 How to Apply for BSNL VIP Numbers BSNL conducts auction allowing customers to bid for available VIP or fancy mobile numbers. Here is how you can register. 1. Go to BSNL's e-auction website and select your telecom circle. 2. Register on the portal by entering your mobile number and e-mail ID. 3. BSNL will send your login details to the given email ID 4. Click on the Login/Register link displayed on the website and enter your mobile number and password. 5. After logging in, you will see VIP/fancy numbers listed for auction 6. Select the numbers you want to bid on 7. Pay the refundable registration amount Customers are advised to keep the receipt generated for future reference. Also, note down the bidding closing date to ensure you place your bid on time. After the completion of the e-auction, BSNL selects three participants and sends a PIN to the winner's registered email. Other participants get their registration fee refunded within 10 days. If the highest bidder declines the number, the opportunity will be available for the next highest bidder. The winner is required to complete payment of the bid amount within the given time to activate the VIP number. BSNL proceeds with activation only after the successful verification of documents.

@bsnl_care Tried calling in both ways the message keeps on playing despite pressing the numbers. The mobile had two sims one bsnl and the other a private one. The private one was instantly blocked but can't do that with the bsnl one. Why does one have to travel to block the Sim? Why such bad service? You lost a customer yesterday. Therefore, those with mobile phones that do not support the 700 MHz band, who currently complain about not getting BSNL 4G, will benefit. They will no longer complain about not receiving BSNL 4G. Please activate the 4G 1800 MHz band everywhere immediately. Thank you.
