    According to BSNL Bikaner the minimum broadband plan a coustomer can go for is ₹599 fiber basic plus (1 year old coustomer) but BSNL has set minimum broadband plan for all coustomer is ₹449 (FTTH) all over India. So please help me to get 449 plan @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan

    @narendramodi Sir I am user of bsnl from 20years I am using bsnl sim my no.9425928068 but since 1month iam facing problem no network and  when available  internet is  not working so what to do sir my son is unable to attend online classes

    @BSNL_AS It is an regular issue, last month your net has gone for about 2 or 3 week's, why don't you provide a stable network, we are paying you for your service,BSNL is an government service so please take an action for this shameful issue.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Team, The services of BSNL are really poor, team needs to work hard to maintain customer uptime.. Again internet is down and getting LOS signal on modem. Every alternative day one or the other issues with internet. Now i am also tired of raising concerns when no action taken.

    @BSNL_JK when i contacted your customer support, they asked me to visit bsnl office to restore it. I fail to understand why the bsnl poor customer service hasn't improved over the years. Why can't my old connection be restored and same bills generated, why your policies are rigd

    What BSNL is to telecom, @Flipkart is to ecommerce. @amazonIN manages to take brownie points through their impeccable service. In past 1 year out of 100s of orders barely 1 or 2 have ever been delayed. @Flipkart in past 11 orders 9 have been delayed.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir how much time your prompt action takes to resolve the issue. My telephone is still dead and no response from a prompt action format company like BSNL. Even there is no information on the status. Can you please wave out my telephone bill for its dead period

    @rajivmehta19 I remember a buzz that 3 Telecom Operators are ideal as per Government Views. I think there was a news too. So, you know the fate of Vodafone given 3 musketeers are Jio, Airtel & BSNL. Government will be stupid not to have a PSU Company for strategic reasons.
