  @BSNL_BR and his company Fastnet informatics big poster was on BSNL office. In office also 1 person checked my bill on his computer and told me that he is looting me and asked me to talk to him in loud voice. But even after talking loudly he denied. I told this to ur customer care. (2/7)

  @BSNL_MH kindly help in reactivating 9423442744. New SIM card is issued but activation is pending from 1 week. Kindly help to get this sorted out ASAP. The request for activation has been placed at Hingoli BSNL office. Thank you

  @DrPramodPSawant Sir In Goa there is accute connectivity problem. No wireless devises are in market. Mobile range of all cos is very very slow. (Urban areas are bit lucky). BSNL service is there ? Many who are working from home r facing tough times. Please see if possible. Regards

  @BSNL_PB @jasmeetkalsi In covid, BSNL ask to visit, then what is the use of dizital India, telephone complaint, twitter complaint, mail complaint. A typical non caring reply. This is reason for loosing customer.

  @BSNLCorporate @iaps_agnivanshi Very pathetic and disgusting customer care service bsnl have. Applied and got 449rs 30mbps plan connection but in bill bsnl charged me 599rs 60mbps plan... Contacted customer care helpline, DM in twitter, and raised the grievance but no one heard nor reverted......
