@BSNLCorporate I am writing to inform you that I am not getting any network in my BSNL SIM card for past 1 month in Jassia Vill. Rohtak. When electricity is available in the village , the network comes, otherwise it doesn't. I also raised a complaint in BSNL Rohtak office (1/3)

I am a loyal BSNL cust. for last 15 years but i think company doesn't care about there customers All the people who have BSNL SIM in the village is suffering from a lot of Network problems & switching there networks. I request you plz take actions. (3/3)

@BSNLCorporate Very poor service I ever see by BSNL. Last 5 days I can't use internet at Bibirber, serampore, Hooghly, pin- 712203. I already informed the matter at customer care. They was taken a complaint on 22 feb . The complaint id-B2278000996.Nothing changed. God knows when my issue solve

@RVCJ_FB Bsnl has very bad customer service and fraud recharge plans, because my father recharged 1 year plan unlimited voice and 2gb internet but before 1 month the service directly stopped, that's why I don't want to use bsnl anymore

@BSNLCorporate What about my status. We have shifted to your network but still BSNL sim is not working, on the other side Airtel sim has been deactivated. Still don't know whether we have made a mistake to port to your number or not. Worst experience.😢😢

@BSNLCorporate I had similar issues but learn from @Flipkart. Who resolved my issues within 1 hour. But you as a public sector are taking months to resolve. No wonder bsnl needs to be privatised for better performance

@BSNL_AS can you please explain to me how my in-game ping goes from 124ms to 962ms. I knew BSNL broadband was terrible but this is really something else. How do you even accomplish such feat. And then you wonder why nobody wants to have BSNL's services.
