My YouTube works well with the BSNL and rest of the things are just okay.. Not bad I'll say. Also, the service providers comes for help immediately after complain. Government can do much better with BSNL by reforming certain things..

It's really sad that the actual issues which the common people are facing today has been willingly ignored. BSNL employees, Poverty, Unemployment, GST, Floods and what not but the entire media has captured petty issues. Bollywood is the easy target which attracts TRP. Shameful

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL is such a company that is fooling the customers, if any complaint in BSNL customer care, then their only answer is to contact the nearest BSNL office. So why has this customer care center been opened, that's why the BSNL company is going in loss.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir, 15th Aug being a holiday for everyone, it is extremely important that the broad band Bsnl service remains uninterrupted. It isnt a matter of 1 or 2 hrs but a good 9 hrs have passed since i raised a complaint and no one from @BSNL_KL has fixed it.

I called BSNL customer care and explained him the issue. He says we get lot of calls like this and our duty is to explain customers. When I asked how to get the content updated in a customer friendly manner, he asked to speak to his TL. Guess TL said end the call 🙏
