    It is been last 24 days complaint has be registered with BSNL landline, but no reply and there are expections from society to use bsnl. Big irony!! The people at customer service center don't receive calls. Worst customer service. Kondhwa Pune @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate Hi team,my issue is not regarding any disconnection,it's about "My BSNL" app available on Google Play Store. You need to improve its interface.Also if I need to downgrade the existing plan of FTTH,I'm not able to do so from website login,only upgrade option available please check

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @narendramodi @rsprasad Register office at Hinjewadi Pune is not working due to BSNL Network issue. Its waste of time here. BSNL should rectify this as this is very important office. BSNL should be made private organisations. Worst service by BSNL.

    @ABPNews MNP rules must change . Exception in rules a must. I ported 9422015656 from BSNL to Jio a month ago. But very severe network issue at home and office. I am totally disconnected and the porting rules compelling me three months for porting out.

    @JioCare I think I enough bear with the Jio, and given enough chance to Jio to improve service, now it's my final decision to switch to BSNL, at least I can really help national company to survive from Jio's destructive strategy. It's time to change.@JioCare @reliancejio @BSNL_MH

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNL_MH @bsnlpune . Sir the harassment and mental torture of your vendor who is expected to provide new FTTH connection is beyond description. The exchange involved is MKR Pune. I am sorry to undergo this torture with no help forthcoming from bsnl officers.

    Hey @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl BSNL FTTH is down (speed less than 1mbps) all over India . No ETA & no comm of such major downtime. This is why people hate #bsnl & look for private players. They don't have any customer service. Time for #BSNLPrivatisation

    @BSNL_MH I am from Pune, my landline no. is 02026811150, my landline is dead & so is Broadband, the frequency of disruption is so regular that seriously thinking to exit BSNL, being a loyal customer feel very bad for BSNL.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir We are a society of senior citizens In Suyojana Society Koregaon Park Pune. It has been 10 days our BSNL landline is down Authorities say BSNL does not have money to repair the Main Line that is broken so upgrade to FTTH and pay 5k please immediately help.

    @Asokachary @Gopalee67 @narendramodi 5 yrs back there were more than 10 Mobile Operators in India. After Jio coming only 2 are left which would merge sooner if they need to stay afloat & close down by 2021. BSNL would be privatised & taken over by RIL. There would be No Competition. This is #NewIndia of Namo.

    @ANI . BSNL has/had big customer base & huge properties but inefficient. Where as Airtel Vi vendors accept money till 8pm in any form Card, Cash BSNL doesn't accept money after 2.00 pm. Internet is not reliable NoGood service.

    @KESCoHQ @KESCoHQ disappointing to say #services of kesco who could not rectify fault in 11.30 total hours and still demanding time . Inefficient staff who make consumer suffer . I think like BSNL who was flying high in sky and never bothered for consumer see now same happen to kesco .

    @bsnl_care Despite repeated complaints, I have received no clear response. Please explain the reason for this outage immediately. If any loss occurs due to this prolonged disruption, BSNL will be held responsible.

    @BSNLCorporate I was promised that 1st month of my Fiber connection would be free, but I received a bill after one month. When I called for support, I was told to visit nearest BSNL office, which is 45 km away from my home. There is no proper customer care to resolve the issue

    Please manually activate my 4G & VoLTE services on the backend for my profile. For 4G SMS sent on 53734 responded as "Not applicable to Chanel partner SIM". Is it my fault to purchase a BSNL SIM . Is there any process to cancel this MNP and restore back to Original airtel network
