But actually BSNL gives Opticle Fibre Cable to Vendors so those vendors are charging Rs.5000 for ONT ya something router they have . I think charge should be minimum . It's too high at Initial level

After Jio coming only 2 are left which would merge sooner if they need to stay afloat & close down by 2021. BSNL would be privatised & taken over by RIL. There would be No Competition. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.
