But very severe network issue at home and office. I am totally disconnected and the porting rules compelling me three months for porting out.

After Jio coming only 2 are left which would merge sooner if they need to stay afloat & close down by 2021. BSNL would be privatised & taken over by RIL. There would be No Competition. Few years ago I was using BSNL, But due to internet speed issue, I was not even able to use my whole 1.5GB internet in a day. If your 5G services are running smoothly, please let me know.
