    @BSNLCorporate Dear sir There is no network in chakan, pune. If comes its getting on and off no internet working from 8 days. Very poor service from bsnl @DoT_India please look into matter.

    I have more time twitted about this problem till not solve. 2. I have recharge with 1999/- rs prepaid plan on my and my brother no. But i cant access the bsnl tunes service on both numbers. I have twitted about this also. But till not solve from feb 2020.

    @BSNLCorporate @rohitsatpute5 You guys have anything other message ? I have been complaining for over 2 months now. Already provided all the details. People at #BSNL office don’t give a **** about customers. I heard govt is selling Air India. Buyer ko #BSNL free mein de do.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNL_MH @bsnlpune . Sir the harassment and mental torture of your vendor who is expected to provide new FTTH connection is beyond description. The exchange involved is MKR Pune. I am sorry to undergo this torture with no help forthcoming from bsnl officers.

    @TRAI MNP rules must change . Exception in rules a must. I ported 9422015656 from BSNL to Jio a month ago. But very severe network issue at home and office. I am totally disconnected and the porting rules compelling me three months for porting out.

    @BSNL_MH I am from Pune, my landline no. is 02026811150, my landline is dead & so is Broadband, the frequency of disruption is so regular that seriously thinking to exit BSNL, being a loyal customer feel very bad for BSNL.

    @bsnlpune - I hv raised complaints of my Fiber BB many times in the last 2 mnths regd frequent disc. Everytime the complaint was closed with no res. Now internet is nt wrking at all and no one has even attended to my complt for last 4 days @BSNLCorporate #badservice #FTTH #bsnl

    @vikrant_jaiwant @BSNLCorporate Ohh, this might be an issue for you but for me it's working superfine I'm using BSNL fiber line since last 2 years but not facing issues too often. Anyways BSNL technical team will resolve your issue at earliest hopefully.

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate We are Koregaon Park Pune Suyojana Society have raised a complaint for restoration of BSNL landline but authority say we do not have money to repair and upgrade to FTTH for Rs 5 k is this how you treat all senior citizen who are your old customers?

    @SayantikaSays Try @BSNLCorporate . And I am not joking. It is best if it's available in your area. No BS service. I never heard these lines from BSNL, which I kept hearing from other providers like Jio and Airtel. "We won't give you the router password" "You can't use your own router, even if ours is ******. What do you mean you have a better router and modem? Hou must pay us a subscription for this mesh thing instead" "No, you can't use Google or CloudFlare's DNS, you must use ours. What if it's slow? If you change, how will we snoop on you and inject our advertisements into your browser?" "No, you can't open a port for you. For that, you must buy a static IP from us. Why is a static IP needed to open a port? Who knows. But we won't allow it unless you pay us extra" In the last 3 years, I have only had 2 outages on BSNL, 30-40 minutes max. While on Airtel, I had caught their staff removing my cable from their box and adding a new one for a new connection, and then making me wait till they finally got a new box after a week. They just didn't want to make a new customer wait, so they simply assigned my slot to them. And their customer care and local staff wasn't even ready to accept it, unless I showed the CCTV footage and a video of my cable literally being thrown on the side of their box, not even connected, while they were claiming that there's some backend issue.

    @BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPE I accidentally did two recharges on my BSNL number. Need a refund for the first wrong recharge. I Called ​Customer care 1503 disconnects after 10 mins of waiting. Done 3 times already. No help. Please solve this issue
