    @Ravisutanjani Good move. In our family we kept one no in BSNL still now. We even got new 4G SIM for old SIM by paying 150 with local service providers, but no major improvement even in voice calling itself. Let us wait for some more months. People who are having 2 sims ok with BSNL.

    Regretting my BSNL choice big time! Network's basically invisible at home, and even outdoors, it's spotty at best—signals flicker, calls drop, and messages (including emergency OTPs) never make it through. Recharged for a full year expecting reliability,

    @Ravisutanjani True. Sounds motivational. But there are some firms for which this may not apply. For e.g. Jio, SBI, BSNL etc. Have been their customer for several decades.

    @bsnl_care but data's unusable and calls are a gamble. Customer care? A total nightmare—calls rarely connect, and reps offer zero help when they do. What's the point of a service this unreliable? Super disappointed. Anyone else dealing with this? #BSNL #NetworkFail #TelecomWoes

    @reliancejio @JioCare Need a help, My mom had travelled to Canada unaware of the fact that her sim would be deactivated. Now she is back to Kerala, wht is the process to activate the sim as the sim ws brought under my name and it was port with the number she had prior for BSNL
