    I have a postpaid bsnl air fiber connection in pukhrayan kanpur dehat,uttar pradesh and in which the internet works for only 15 days in a month but they send full month bill without rebating or decrease amount. when i complaint in their portal,they are not responding and resolved

    @DoT_India My bsnl Mobil number is 9993818964 & 9399611426 facing low network problem on both sim cards,only single network bar showing, internet not working 😡😡please help me otherwise I port my numbers to private operators 🙄🙄

    @BSNL_OR taking complains to bsnl customer care executive is like taking complains to an inefficient king, they will listen according to their mood and they will disconnect without even asking you. And people are crying against privatisation of public sector institutions. Grow up

    @lavanyadeepak @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Consistent breakage of link... Repeatedly complained about problem... To be specific, all problems started once Airtel too started giving services... Same franchise owner operating Airtel and BSNL...

    Vodaidea still on the service slope. MTNL & BSNL are affected by the rains for ages. Likewise Vi is afflicted with bad range and bandwidth as a part of their DNA!

    @FutureEquals Who is selling what? 75 years after Independence we are still not a Developed country. India has to adopt - success formula of South Korea, Taiwan, China etc. You change Home Broadband to BSNL and then you will salute Modi. No one will come to fix any issues - you need to beg.

    @bsnl_ap_circle we are from chowtapalem village, pincode 524320 venkatachalam mandal, Nellore district Andhra Pradesh.we are not getting BSNL mobile signal in our Village it is very poor, kindly look into issue sir .my no 9444134482
