@reliancejio I have made a serious mistake by porting my number from BSNL to Jio. Even I use Jio Data, calls are not going. Very discouraging Jio network. I request every Indian not to use Jio anymore

@TRAI @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia I am not at all surprised to see BSNL being merged with MTNL. The level of customer service they are providing is so disgusting. It's been more than 2 months I have been waiting for a refund and still they are not concerned.

Bsnl prepaid 1699 plan offers the best instead of 2gb data per day to 3gb per day 100sms per day and 425 days plan period instead of 365. No match for bsnl service. It's ftth is number one with just 777a month. 49/36mbps download and upload speeds 18gb per day 540gbs a month

@BSNL_KTK 40 days of slow to no internet. 3 visits to the BSNL office, over 5 complaints logged at the BSNL self care site, escalation mail sent to the appellate authority in BSNL Bangalore. No improvement in connection yet. BSNL HELP!

Any suggestions/alternatives for landline phones apart from BSNL? FWP phones have quality issues. Asking for elderly parents who are not comfortable even with so called seniors mobile phones. Earlier tata Indicom and reliance had reasonably good options. @RajivMakhni

Why is BSNL Mangalore service like this. Mobile network - Nil, internet - no connection, if we dial 198 - it is give pre-recorded nonsense message. Why you are troubling customers like this. Your bill comes promptly. For that every connection is correct !!!!.
