Dear @BSNLCorporate I am using my bsnl no 9861726596 more then a decade but the network connectivity in @Bangalore @Marathalli is very bad near Damden Neptunia Apt. Can you please work on it. Once I tried changing the operator but you cancelled it.

@Gadgets360 In most places, it is only 2 G or 3G speed and connectivity that is available. Jio doesn't work at my Bannerghatta Rd house without wifi & BSNL has no signal. No company seems interested in updating technology or infrastructure.

This oversight cost the government ₹1,757.56 crore. BSNL neglected to enforce its Master Service Agreement, including charges for additional tech and escalations, leading to further losses of ₹29 crore (incl. GST) and ₹38.36 crore in license fees.
