I had a similar issue with ACT internet and it was resolved within 24hrs. DNA of Bsnl needs to be changed to put customer first

Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. As Kendriya Vidyalaya, we have only BSNL connection and most of the official works and communication are online now.
