    @BSNL_KTK I had applied for bsnl broadband 1 month back I got the message from bsnl also that it has been activated but still wiring has not done when I call the concern person he says tomorrow tomorrow from past 15 days I am calling him but no response and very bad experience

    @BSNLCorporate Then why am I not able to use the phone?When I dial the number I can hear the phone ringing but the instrument is dead at my home. Let your people go and check at the customer end rather than sitting at office, warming the seats and giving false reports. No wonder BSNL is in loss

    @BSNLCorporate for last 1hr no network. Bsnl is also unused. Would you roll over daily unused data to next day? Ideally whenever no network then unused data should be carry forward next day.

    @siddarthpaim Investing on BSNL is like flogging a dead horse, better to incentivise some private players to expand their network to far reaching places. BSNL neither has the skilled persons nor the drive to compete, only positive with them is that they have govt money to splurge.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @ETTelecom Current 3G speed is equal to 4G of jio and Airtel. BSNL need to focus only on mobile network and stop all other wired related expensive maintenance projects. Wired network expensive and more faulty. It should start usinv Vodafone 4G/5G and continue on 5G upgradation. VI is govt

    @JioCare shameless company, Mysore to Bangalore train journey no data unfortunately paid for full year pre paid charges, can't change over also. fooling public vy claiming free data, whereas 90% of time data doesn't work. Even BSNL is better

    @Ravisutanjani Have a bsnl SIM since childhood. Yet to see the 4G signal on ios. Bsnl is a perfect example of how a profitable can be destroyed using the corrupt governments and bureaucracy!

    @CMofKarnataka Dear Sir, Talking and thinking big is not the solution. Kindly maintain Govt Hospitals and Govt Educational institutions to world standard to improve the life of all. ITI is dying, BSNL is in the verge of dying, NGEF is Dead, KGF is already dead. Don't sell everything to private.

    We have installed BSNL router 10 days before and since last 4 days we are suffering like hell. We chose 100mbps plan but as per the BSNL reputation its speed also is the same. We are observing speed of 0.5, 0.8, 1mbps. Complaining locally doesn't work with BSNL. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate What will i do this type of extra data when my daily plan data not over due to very poor internet speed as 2 kb or 600byte.I suggested many people to switch in bsnl but now i realise i gave them wrong advise.BSNL should be a private company, then it think what's the scenenario .

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Your BSNL Tunes service (56700 & app) is not working since last 2 months. If u don't have the ability to provide such service then don't advertise about the same. But if you include it within a recharge amount, then do provide it.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR sir, I think bsnl should stop the helpline number 1503 because whenever we call it says your waiting time 15 min, 20 min etc. It seem the entire 130 crore indian have bsnl sim. Thank you for such worst service.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN your customer care executive is saying to receive the message, I need to do top-up where as I already recharged with 108 plan. What kind of customer service you are running? They are not even bothering to check the details. @TRAI this is the state of BSNL.
