Had applied for broadband connection 7 days back , still there is no response. Person in-charge for this connection never takes call.

Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.

Iam paying 1100 rupees every month and for installation they have charged 10000 rupees...but your are providing poor internet connection and bad service..
