    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE This is a very pathetic service received from BSNL side. When trying to block a number which was stolen, rather than taking corrective measures the representative was beating around the bush. Please get this actioned urgently. We have been trying a lot.

    @CMofKarnataka Dear Sir, Talking and thinking big is not the solution. Kindly maintain Govt Hospitals and Govt Educational institutions to world standard to improve the life of all.     BSNL service is one of the wrost service I can say, Reported internet issue about 4 days ago told fiber damge issue these people taking 4 days to get it repair. They don't answer to phone with the known number. I think these people only eligible to take salary not to work

    @Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

    @JioCare jio broadband service is exactly like BSNL it’s down from more than 36hr and customer care not creating service requests and even after multiple follow up calls they don’t have updates on resolution.

    SIR registration via ECINET App needs OTP. For BSNL sim, OTP arrives around 3.5 minutes later. Timeout is 3mins in App & 1.5mins in Web(may be App also 1.5mins and might be UI issue). So a loop of 15 re-tries to figure out this mess and root cause. No solution. Digital India.

    @bsnl_care Via #BSNL sim 4m the same location. Now 4G is availble bt it may vanish at any time & may take several minutes 2 return. Only E/no data signal may b available Then if my wife is at home I'll have 2 beg her 2 share her hotspot so that I can post the status of BSNL network issues
