The area of 2360 IISc exchange seems without connection for last fourteen days. Or is it because this area is affected by the isolation for covid positive people at near by hotel!

Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.

Had applied for broadband connection 7 days back , still there is no response. Person in-charge for this connection never takes call.

Shocking to know that your service is so poor that you are unable to send technician/engineer before 20th feb. Seems it is better to switch over to airtel or bsnl. Bsnl too will have better service than this.
