    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

    @BSNLCorporate such a irritating mobile network, iam living in the capital of kerala in the main city but i cant even use my whatsapp properly bcoz of the great internet connection of bsnl guys why don't you privatize bsnl let someone more capable takeover bsnl enjoy ur govt jobs

    @iMikklo @BSNLCorporate Yes same recharge issue. I did recharge twice from BSNL my app ... Transaction successfully done and money deducted 599 from my bank account. No refund so far, I don't know where was money gone. @DoT_India

    @Mitesh_Engr Ambani investment in Telecom is Govt. money and blind Modi support. Killed Ambani BSNL & MTNL. Staff lost job. No revival policy by Modi in PSU Telecom due to Ambani pressure despite huge landbank, huge infrastructure Govt backing. Now Ambani using PSU infrastructure free.

    I have bsnl landline but it is only to receive monthly bill reminder call rest of time it is not working means unable to listen caller voice. Nearby junction boxes are almost vanished , underground cable is untraceable told by lineman. Change that we will love to use BSNL.

    Goa is a popular tourist destination. Unfortunately mobile network is very very very poor. BSNL, Voda, JIO, Airtel none is working satisfactorily. @sambitswaraj can you help in improving this ?

    There is no bsnl network since two days in Nandapur (District- Koraput ) since two days .Most of the times it's 2g or no network. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate to kindly look in to this matter.
