This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

I visited the BSNL office several times, and the staff advised me to replace my SIM, but even after getting a new SIM, the same problem continues. I have also contacted customer care @BSNLCorporate
