This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

They gave all sorts of replies in this duration and now finally they say they have done maximum network optimization. now problem we are facing is due to the handset not the network. I don’t understand if Jio amd BSNL works why not airtel
