I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

@BSNLCorporate Sir please look into the network issue at Bori Budruk taluka-Junnar district Pune. The tower just 100 feet away from my home, but there's no or very poor network. Internet is not working at all. A lot of customers wish to join bsnl. But no maintenance of tower is the issue.

@bsnlteleservice @bsnlupe Complaint #2 for BSNL UP East (Varanasi) I'd applied for fiberoptic broadband connection on 14th Jan,which is not functional even though installation was done 2 days back. Rs.3500 charged for installation but receipt was not given. Kindly intervene ASAP
