This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

Moreover, BSNL Delhi network remains yet to be compatible with iPhone & compatibility is restricted to a few Android models.
