Ashish P (@ashishpsk) reported from Paravūr, Kerala@BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

The tower has been non-functional for the past three or four years. Even when it was operational, the network was poor and 3G didn't work, yet they talk big about introducing 5G. Right now, villagers use the structure to store animal fodder. @bsnl_care

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@shruggisthan) reportedOn a different note, after making port request from Jio they called within 12 hours by morning 7AM to know the reason. Wrt BSNL a call came after 36 hours,took the complaint,gave a reference number and then closed the complaint without addressing it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Network conflict is your internal technical failure—as paying customers, WE can't do anything about it! Stop blame-shifting and fix the network!

Lalit Singh Chilwal (@LalitChilwal) reported@BSNL_HR We can arrange the sim, but when will you deliver networks? No networks in NCR region, specially Faridabad, internet is far cry. Switching network between Dolphin and BSNL is really frustrating. Cutomer care just make a call for formality and no solution at all after 3 years.
