    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing is going to happen.bcoz I know better. I worked with Huawei 4 BSNL phase V in Kerala 4 two years.its nt bcz of the promise u keep 2wards d customers that we still carry this sim card and never hazzle free landline and broadband, bt due 2 the love 2wards my nations carrier

    @BSNL_KL Tried to avail trial offer as I have land line: 0477-2259435. This connection is more than 15 years old and I have been a loyal customer of BSNL. BB to LL can't be provided since the laid cable is not suitable for BB. Also no response to FTTH been more than a month.

What is gas cylinder price? Who is killed bsnl? Who privatised air India? And railways? What was the platform ticket then?

    Did @BSNL_UPW recharge for 4 of my family members few days back..since then all of them are struggling with network issues. Someone kindly look into this matter. Lately BSNL services have been coming off as huge dissapointments.

    @BSNLCorporate I have bsnl broadband at 07582231203 it was all fine till now but i have noticed and checked that my speeds are now 0.37 mbps(down) and 0.41 (upload) please provide resolve to these dismal numbers. I know you can. i am loyal customer.thanks
