We just have online payments and do not have to stand in queue and do not feel the pain, which BSNL also now supports. Monopoly is the big evil, independent of whether Govt or Private.

Since sept 2025 to till now raised complaints to cmd, cgm, bsnl hyd & Telangana no one done it. As no outgoing till, can i get the period of recharge extended.
