    @BSNL_AS @bsnlassamcircle @BSNLCorporate No BSNL network in Anipur, Assam (PIN 788734) — not even in broad daylight. How can users receive OTPs or use essential services with zero signal? The nearest tower is <1 km away but no coverage at all. Please fix this soon. #BSNL #Assam

    Your complaint with docket number J272970804155 has been redressed by the concerned team. With the nodal remark "resolved " Regards, BSNL-Care (Anita) This message replied by BSNL but BSNL any team is not contacted with us also not visited .Hence issue is not yet resolved.

    @theskindoctor13 Today the BSNL service man fixed our land line , rang from the pocket phone and said the phone is fixed and I am in front of your house, i said okay and kept the receiver. He waited for 5mins and left later (maybe cursing me for not giving tips)

    @sr5060il @RoshanKrRaii Yeah, because before Jio, Indians were totally enjoying ₹300 per GB data and 2G speed, right? 🤡 Jio broke the cartel, not BSNL towers. Cheap excuses won’t fix Congress-era telecom loot.

Average download speeds ~7-10 Mbps vs Jio's 100+ Mbps. Complaints about inconsistency are common, though expansions are ongoing (5G by Dec 2025). Worth porting from Jio? If cost savings matter and you test locally first—Jio generally offers better reliability/speed. Check BSNL's coverage map for your area.
