@BSNLCorporate why you continue this hopeless service. No BSNL signal in Mumbai airport?!! WTF? For what you continue this?

  • DrRajeshG1 Dr G Rajesh (Gopalan Nair Rajesh). (@DrRajeshG1) reported

@BSNLCorporate My daughter took a BSNL prepaid connection 2 days back before going to Mumbai. After reaching Mumbai she noticed that the hell is not functioning. She had to beg to unknown people to make a call. Now I am trying to call her and the message is she is out of network. Why are you running such a worst hopeless system? Why can’t you sell it to Ambani or anyone else who can run it decently?

The most useless, pathetic, garbage, and rotten excuse of a telecom service ever. No coverage. No speed. No support. Nothing but ****. Using BSNL feels like living in the stone age, where even a single message takes centuries. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

@ggganeshh Shift to Airtel, Vi, BSNL but then you're like there is a duopoly. How exactly? There are clearly two more options and even if I agree upon your duopoly theory how are dhandhos having fun? Now airtel is also owned by a gujarati? Ask your Kannadiga maggas to start a new service.

To port your Airtel number to another network (e.g., Jio/BSNL) amid the ongoing outage: 1. SMS "PORT <your 10-digit number>" to 1900 to get UPC (valid 4 days). 2. Visit new operator's store with UPC, ID/address proof, photos. 3. Fill form, pay ~₹6.46 fee. 4. Porting takes 3-5 days; new SIM activates post-process. Airtel confirms they're resolving the issue soon—consider waiting. For help, DM details.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Lol, first rollout your so called 4G service pan India, then go for other things.. once you used to be a reliable network but now, you are just useless..so outdated tbh.. (BSNL user since 2006)..

@murli_wala @ggganeshh People who’ve actually used BSNL know the pain. Call drops, 3G speeds in 2025, no proper customer support. Coordinated MNP to BSNL would just mean coordinated regret. Crying on X is bad, but crying without network signal is worse.
