  @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @TRAI So plz GOV of India do not bail them out of this situation as probably the BSNL management would realize then how it feels when you are not at all customer centric and make the customer suffer everyday for providing poor services.

  In Khurda subregistrar office there is no link for which no work is happening in system facing so much problem and wasted so much time, mere negligence of BSNL broadband for the shameless attitude towards work. BSNL NEEDS PRIVATISATION .

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Relied on airtel and paid huge amount to replace BSNL BROADBAND. Now services are down and no body came to fix the connection for the last 2 days. Really very pathetic services in my town. Better to switch on JIO

  @airtelindia i gave a complaint very long time back, still it has not been resolved. I am a platinum customer for more than 6 years. @Airtel_Presence I got bsnl as personal number. Nowadays it is far better than yours.

  @BsnlCmd @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD I am trying to change my bsnl FTP plan from 5 months 10 time I give written application in Ranikhet almora but my plan never change please refund my security and 5000 you charge me for connection I am paying 1495 per month for nothing .

  @BSNL_AS i m paying my bsnl fiber bills as per time since 6 months.but this time bill has increased with ₹99 saying "one time Charges" without any extra service request from my side. Customer servies & local office are not responding properly.Very Disappointing.@BSNL_AS

  @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi And yes, @BSNLCorporate need to review it's employees code of conduct. BSNL need to improve a lot. If customer service, good coverage, better infrastructure with modern technology in cellular and BB with attractive price is provided, people will get back to BSNL definitely.
