    @BSNL_OR ,@BSNLCorporate ,@ITMinistry I am exchange my bsnl sim at kendrapara bsnl exchange, odishaon dt 07/10/21.but till now my sim didn't activate.this type of service bsnl provided us.for this reason we are bound to go private operator.

    @JioCare Hi, it seems that the fiber speed has been reduced and frequent net drop. I switched from bsnl fiber to jio fiber for a better service but seems like a doomsday ahead 🥺🤐

    @ViCustomerCare this is really disgusting. You people domt have a single sms plan for combo plans? Y should a customer buy huge plans for sms. Now i am not able to add my bank for upi. Will port my sim to jio or bsnl better

    @BSNL_OR my bsnl broadband is not working since 3 days..when I Raise complaint without solving it they update it issue solve.when I raise another complaint,since then no response from anyone from bsnl ..and this type of service only main causes of bsnl crisis.

    @BSNL_OR we have been using bsnl landline with fiber connection since decades but every time we complained about the landline phone there was no response. Our landline is not working last 365days even we are paying the bill of Rs.1284 every month.

    I had paid my FTTH bill on 18th Sept, due date was 20th sept , BSNL team had their end technical problem and now my number is barred.who will help activate my connection as Customer care was not able to activate it.?????

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate I am paying 1613 rs for a simple broadband plan of BSNL in Bhubaneswar,Odisha and every 4-5 days there is a downtime of 2-3 days due to lame excuses like fibre cut, technical issues etc. No SLA's no ETA's.Give me a reason to support BSNL.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Today local bsnl office JTO Mr.Baral informed me that the cable need to be replaced..its been more than 10days without internet..but we are paying the full bill amount..Need a waiver and permanent fix to my connection

    @LICIndiaForever Now a days LIC only benefits to his own agent /employees not a customer who are taking policies under an LIC agent. Service day by day down and don’t care about that . Is this culture continues I think LIC some day will equal to BSNL. @LICIndiaForever @LICIndiaPolicy

    Many time I think I will port my connection to BSNL and today I came to BSNL office BJB nagar near kalpana... but at 4:15 office as well customer care counter is closed. Its disappointed a lot.... many people also returned in front of me with some complain.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Hi sim network is going on and off frequently. I have 3 other bsnl operators in my family but none of them fave any issues...and this has started after i have ported my sim from VI to Bsnl. This is my 2nd time raising the issue.

    @Thor_baba_420 @BSNLCorporate Wohi yaar! Govt. Khud nehi chahata BSNL jaise age jaye aur customer service better kare.. thats y pvt party are ruling and its not that BSNL plans are at subscribed rates. Plans v bsnl ka same h almost to other operators but still itni ghatiya service 🙏

    For such pathetic service popularity of BSNL is hampered along vth company's credibility, hence @narendramodi @PMOIndia is having the vision of corporatization. You can make a survey in Bhubaneswar regarding the popularity of BSNL and Jio. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate WHATS THE PROBLEM EXCEPT RUINING DUE TO CORRUPTION TO BSNL TO FETCH LAND LINE CONNECTIONS IN WAKAD HINJAWADI AREA OF PUNE PIMPRICHINCHWAD. The shameless DGM is very proud to reply they cannot transfer connection to WAKAD. We know its purely the result of corruption

    @ViCustomerCare Maybe you did not understand my point, I am talking about starting 4G service,where even now i.e. even in 2022, you are giving 2G service. I added it to 5G because when the rest of the network providers will launch 5G, then you will launch 4G like BSNL, then who will use your 4G.

    Seems there is serious issues in @airtelindia . I called their customer care @Airtel_Presence & they are not able to resolve simple network issues in mobile & like yesteryears BSNL asking for 15 days time. They expect for 15 days I will live without internet data . @reliancejio

    @gmtddma Now Customer Care given power to disconnect the call. Was trying to ask what happened to receipt of Transaction ID: FCDR2107221913175 for which amount got deducted from the bank but receipt not generated by BSNL. Used Federal Bank UPI mode.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Sir please arrange generator in bsnl bts in our area because there is a lot of problem of light in our area and there is no backup system on bsnl bts if there is no light due to which we get desired from internet and calling system...

    @BSNLCorporate Why ED does not raid all the ex and current BSNL personnel who have ruined the Giant Public Corporate confirms that ED is also corrupt because corruption at each and every stage in BSNL is known and open to the public at large. Hence the service is very very poor.
