@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Does BSNL expect that people will keep paying without any services. My landline 0674-2592680 is dead since Cyclone Fani. I am paying rental every month. Never delayed paying bill of my postpaid mobile 9437030370. But it's neither good data nor clear voice.

@pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

@AshishEdsikar @elonmusk Hmmmm.... Fiber Cable kahan milega bolo... which karna baking hai. BSNL apply kiye hue 2 months ho gaye. Uske like grievance portal me complaint, ussme bhi last update 10th August ka tha... ab #atmanirbhar hi hu! Full.

@BSNLCorporate why BSNL treat Odisha people as migrant. All good plans are available almost all over India but not in Odisha. As I am a great support or of BSNL since 2005. But its hurt me a lot how they behave with us

@NEERAJTendua @BSNLCorporate Not a single Indian will denie that fact that BSNL is just loot people. You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

@DoT_India Tried porting out of BSNL postpaid, received reply that "UPC cannot be generated due to payments outstanding." Payment has been made twice including for the unbilled amount and MY BSNL portal app also shows nil outstanding dues. Customer care is clueless.

@DoT_India After a repeated complaint and approach to BSNL Rep no one attending the problem and closed the complaint against Phone no 0291-2942847 Comp dated 04 Aug 21 still pending. I approached to Mr Neeraj Rep looking my area and promised to resolved but still pending.

Since yesterday, I am trying to call #BSNL GSM Customer Care Services. After dialling 1503, every time they ask me to press some numbers. I press so, but the computer-generated voice service says that there is no response from my side. Please help me to solve my problem.
