@DoT_India @TRAI I tried to do 52 rupees recharge on BSNL number but recharge didn't happened. But BSNL self-care application showing recharge succesful. money deducted from Bank account. What kind of service is this from BSNL ??

Bsnl landline service was great service. Yes was... since past year bsnl landline service collapse. In my home town Parbhani lot of landline connection not working. In my case I request to concern officer but it not work. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @AshwiniVaishnaw

@BSNLCorporate upgraded existing broadband 06572315901 with Bharat fibre and feeling cheated. It's waste of money. WiFi Speed is as usual , BSNL must pay back my money or resolve the issue.

@BSNLCorporate @rasumi1953 How could we check without phone number is in my view rude and arrogant way of reply. In my case I gave phone number address etc to BSNL as I don't even have 2G network in Mumbai. It's 3 months . No action till this moment
