    @BSNLCorporate @PTUshaOfficial BSNL will never improve. It's same situation across the Kerala. Not sure about other states. Frequent disconnection on FTTH connection, no 4G on cellphones. Sad to see our BSNL this way.

    @PTUshaOfficial @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL I honestly want to state the truth that the work ethic of BSNL employees is careless and they do not want to work. They hang out mostly for no reason and you won't find them at their workplace. So how can we expect a better network?

    @BSNLCorporate My telephone 29551592 just doesn't work. Complaints not redressed. Your WiFi works well, however. I am tired of having BSNL landline for paying my bill for a year while it worked for half year! God save BSNL.

    @city_madurai The dustbins near BSNL bungalow, MDU is poorly maintained and garbage continues to be littered all across the road . Please attend @ptrmadurai @mkstalin

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST Harassment and Gross mismanagement by BSNL. Despite disconnection request 4 years back and information to all, you have now served Lokadalat notice for recovery ? Shameful and pathetic service levels by BSNL.

    @spsoumya01 @BSNL_OR Launch a Complaint by Dailing 1800114000 in NCH, or go-to your District civil court/Consumer commission office & file a Complaint against BSNL about the matter.. Definitely it is helpful for you..

    @BSNLCorporate I am not satisfied with the resolution of this issue and I have decided to discontinue with BSNL services. Please let me know the process for cancellation of the connection. I will pay all the dues before cancellation. Thanks.
