In future if anyone ask me for any operator I will never suggest for Airtel. They have worst service, worst than BSNL ever had.

MTNL and BSNL had a head start of decades, infrastructure across the entire country, and zero debt initially. Jio launched in 2016. BSNL was already struggling long before that. The real killers were delayed decisions (4G came years late), bureaucratic deadweight, and a workforce that grew without accountability.

Calls get disconnected, and we're unable to make or receive calls. There are constant network issues in Lingampet Mandal, Kamareddy district. Will you fix this problem after another decade? In the absence of 4G signal (which happens most of the time) only 'E' signal/no data signal is available. Why so much disturbance?
