    A recurring charge of ₹90 is being charged for ONT, which was never supplied/installed by #BSNL. This needs to be stopped, and the already-charged amount refunded. Please also note that the aggrieved customer is a Senior Citizen. @iKumarSushil

    @CMDBSNL @rsprasad @manojsinhabjp @SanjayDhotreMP @hariranjanrao @BSNL_UPW Grievance registered under docket numbers UPW/CO/2019/10549 & UPW/CO/2019/11041 against #BSNL Personal Landline no. 0120-2973205 has not been redressed despite repeated requests/complaints. Please help!

    You can subsidize ailing and bankrupt organizations like #BSNL and #mtnl but struggle to put into place any quite of policy for the rest of the telecom sector. Ridiculous! The flight of capital and investment will be swift if @VodafoneIN and @airtelindia issues are not addressed

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @OfficeOfSDhotre came back to Delhi for one day and still my BSNL not working. For the first time in my life I took another SIM (JIO for kerala Circle) and it is working fine in Delhi. Sir please fire these people from BSNL Delhi office.

    @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate #BSNL After a long follow of around one month & installation charges of around 5k we got a BSNL wifi at our place in Karnal, but sorry to say nor is the connection working since 15 days & neither is the BSNL service team responding. Also till date we’ve1/2

    @sassyfeIine_ @Shehla_Rashid By internet not being available they mean that the mobile data network is blocked. I went to Vaishno Devi last month, the broadband wifi BSNL only, was available in the hotel, else no mobile data for the locals. So mobile data is what they're demanding.

    @APidamarthy @CMDBSNL BSNL senior management is to be solely blamed for today's condition of BSNL. Even having largest on ground support and technical knowhow they just left ground empty for competition to be conquered. MNy a times their senior officials were hands in gloves with competition.

    Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I would spend my time actively reading terms and conditions for using mobile phone and broadband connections - Airtel, Vi, Jio, even BSNL! The whole shebang. Tech policy research can take you to strange places.

    Hello, Mai BSNL FTTH Broadband 1 year se use kar raha hu 6 month acchi service rahi but 6 month se sabse worst se worst service de the hai . BSNL office TDM and SDO complain bahut bar kiya but koi sudhar nhi hua hai BSNL FTTH me .I hope ki head office me meri bat suni jaye.
