    I have complained for phone dead many times in the exchange, call and in app but, no one showed up. The line is dead since over a week now. Now I really think that BSNL does not the customers to use their service. Really thinking to end the service. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate , @BSNL_GJ BSNL fibre connection has been put for Intracity Transfer on 1st March 2023. The connection no 079 29602966. Running pillier to post of Naranpura and sabarmati telephone exchanges. Pl look into for an effective service

    @VodafoneIN and I also port into bsnl because bsnl takes action for any complaint but you can't doing anything for your Customer without cheat them.

    The toll free number not working. For landline complaints we have to call a dozen times before call is answered. Local BSNL office is closed. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia I guess fool proofing our present systems will push more progress then novel innovative projects.

    @SayantikaSays Product wise Airtel is good but customer service is pathetic. They don't listen and understand your issue and often screw up working setup. Be careful. BSNL customer service is even more pathetic.
