Today we met officers at Naroda telephone exchange and got reply that cable had cut and stollen, and we can't give you time period when we can solve the problem. Horrible answer.

Even after 15 mins each time, the customer care "babu s" have no time to pick the call. My two bsnl prepaid no.'s validity is expired, need to be recharged and I don't know the stv to be recharged.

Land is not a issue if they want. everyday I go to my office and see NTPC has huge plots bang on Sector 62 Noida which can be used. Similarly In Indirapuram BSNL has a huge vacant plot for atleast 20 years. I am sure Vaishali, Vasundhara would have similar plots
