    @BSNL_GJ 07925500007 broadband and land line isnt working since last 2 month and bsnl send me 1600 bill amount ill not pay any single amount.or fix my problem asap

    @abhishekpenguin BSNL has its towers on rent to all companies, they only provide network to people where no other network work! They were making losses back then and even today

    @BSNL_GJ Went to Vastrapur exchange for FTTH connection request at my home, barely 150 mt from exchange on same road and locality. Shocked to know they can't provide service.Being a PSU employee prefer BSNL for BB.But if you can't provide at 150 mt distance then How you are going

No response from customer care and local bsnl authorities and office.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Kindly provide the BSNL 4g atleast hereafter,All private telecom are in profit and bsnl is in loss you shows.Just support govt network📡which will bost the public. Still how long ll need to wait,another side Till now no suburban development in bangalore.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @BSNLCorporate does Indian telecom PSU have any responsibility towards the customers? That also after payment is done ? There is no support for Activation at all. FIX IT or REFUND or I'm going to NCH. Really, if BSNL can't handle stuff , privatization is required.

    @schmmuck Only postpaid works. 4G works wherever you get network (for eg, Srinagar, Pahalgam, etc). In some remote areas - only BSNL works.

    frustrating, it's 9.20am and Bsnl office is yet closed, gate keeper is saying a person who's coming at 9 is on leave and other person is expected but no time known.. no complaint number for such problems as per customer care @BSNL_PB #bsnl

    @BSNL_JK Ported my number 9596413166 from Airtel to BSNL. Collected my Sim From Awantipora exchange after payment of 300 towards two months recharge and Sim cost. Today airtel stopped signal but unable to use my bsnl sim. Called 1507 for tele verification but all in vain.

    @BSNLCorporate & @BSNL_OR just thank full reply .@TRAI still I am waiting a solution. But #BSNL have no time to short out my problem. A Engineer install a modem but still it’s not Working. If this is not working plz return it. & refund my entire amount Rs.3599/-.
