    Why is mobile network and internet so pathetic in Goa, it has been bad for years and continue to be bad. We have VI, Jio and BSNL in our group and all are bad, better one is BSNL I feel. Even inside the city limits it is EDGE most of the time!

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelnews @JioCare all this network so bad hope bsnl come faster with 4g network or even 3g network is fine better then losing wasting money network all this 3 network pay tax but not get network which is bad for customers n trai is not helping in our country

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, we have been loyal customer of BSNL for more than 35 years. But with the present state of affairs, I doubt we will continue in the next 1 or 2 weeks. Our Work From Home is suffering, besides the daily frustrations.

    N guy bsnl work better then vi jio n airtel in I stay in over sea network problem they pay u money back let it b 1 min or 1 hr or day in india is the only country which make the customer suffer for anything

    @ViCustomerCare Still the network problem continues I have already changed my 1 vi number to bsnl I thing after paying so n increase of rate the 4g is still the worst in vi hope i don't have changed my 2nd vi number to bsnl mumbai everything me put request to port vi promises 4 better network

    @BSNLCorporate Was forced to switch from bsnl broadband to Bharat FTTH with promise of a better connection & faster speed. But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

    @BSNLCorporate Unfortunately this case assignment never work for us. BSNL FTTH is out for 3 complete days in our area.. I ended up at my Relative's house in another city to work & today when I return network is still not restored. @DoT_India @consaff 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare finally its time to say bye bye airtel and only god know how much i m happy now to leave airtel.. Worst network , customer care.. Its feel like i m using bsnl sim... I am happy to move in to jio network as i allready use jio postpaid since 2 years.

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate I am using Bsnl bharat fibre internet service. Yesterday, internet is down for whole day, in shahpurkandi township area, dist.Pathankot. Std-01870. Internet outage time crosses 48 hrs, still no resolution and no satisfactory response for this.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate My area : Maheshtala , Shibtala Kayalpara(Kolkata --700141). After the complete blackout on 26th Apr speed of my bsnl connection suddenly drops to very low speed(web search also dont work) Please look into the matter.
