Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.

But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

Traders can lose lakhs because of unstable connections. Had no choice, so we immediately booked Airtel ₹599 basic plan as backup.
