show patience. Their customer care would take care within 15 days. 15 days I think even BSNL didn’t take to resolve internet issues but that’s another discussion. Then they asked me to share my address along with PIN code which I shared with them on 21st Feb.

@BSNL_KTK 08029500171 this bsnl number is not working from past one month and it belongs to Dmart Doddaballapur and nobody from BSNL is bothered to repare it even we have called the DGM and Marina Gorge of BSNL but they are also not worried to solve this issue. kindly help.
