@BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL, My customer id for landline connection is 1010163334 & 1010163282. I deactivated my connections more than a year ago but didn't received my deposit amount till now. Please help.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, people were very hopeful, but telecom service getting worsened, Jio is unethical company so nothing can be expected, Airtel is also getting-ve but what BSNL do in telecom for consumers only you and God knows !!

It's been almost a week since @BSNLCorporate employees have been promising to visit my clinic & install a broadband connection. Each day I call them, each day they promise but don't show up. No wonder BSNL is lagging behind the others in the market. @GMTD_Chandigarh please help.

And this sequrity will be claimed after visiting bsnl office. Is this how you scam you customer who are willingly paying more just for a trustworthy realtionship. Iam very dissatisfied with this service of yours and kindly mention such terms and conditions to every customer.

@DoctorAjayita @BSNLCorporate @GMTD_Chandigarh After connection setup vendor work is done .If problem arises you can complain on My Bsnl app if there is line fault/other backside issue after complain resolved on same or next day probably if any arises vry good speed and service provided by bsnl although vendor laid the cables

@BSNL_UPW I have been trying to get BSNL Broadband connection since two months but still not able to get it while some people in my area have already got the connection. If I understand by this that it is a government company, then the work will be slow.
