    @BSNLCorporate Hello BSNL, My customer id for landline connection is 1010163334 & 1010163282. I deactivated my connections more than a year ago but didn't received my deposit amount till now. Please help.

    @masterneerajb @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB It is not much useful for me. Still the network disconnects every 10 minutes. I forgot the count on the number of complaints I registered on twitter but there is no permanent solution. There is no other broadband service in my area. But I will discontinue bsnl next month.

    @BSNL_KOTD 03222 256164 ,again there is no Internet from 7am and now it's 8:26am. Serious issue in server. Bsnl guys fix the problem ASAP. My Home modem are absolutely working fine..

    @Siri_resist @Roy97914843 @GauravPandhi Just for 1 night stay/Holiday, you don't purchase a hotel or a house there;If there us an emergency Gov can easily hire any airline agency; And It cost money to run these institutions Air India/BSNL which in return give massive give losses; Gov Have increase taxes;

    I think Govt postal and BSNL / MTNL staff have decided to trouble customers so that the customers leave immediately. They are not losers. Their job is permanent. But in the process both the departments may not survive, the onslaught of privates players @rsprasad !!

    @BSNLCorporate Sheer negligence is evidentiary, no where, far from promptness.. mere words no action.. almost a month is about to pass on d same issue.. none of BSNL men has visited my place.. Exchange is just a mile away and technical support office mere half a mile.. even though such lethargy

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE Unable to change bsnl FTTH plans from selfcare portal because all plans are not showing on the portal. Eg. Fibre basic etc. Kindly fix this issue so that I can change plan from selfcare portal. Thanks

    @cath644 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_SERVICES You need to pay local venders of bsnl, then olny your problem is solved, Bsnl is inefficient to provide service
