    I suddenly switched my network to mobile data (won't say the name as i a didnt want to be an ambassador for that). That upload within 10 seconds. I can't cope up with BSNL nanum and switched to a private broadband. BSNL lost its loyal fan (colloquially "kanni"). (4/n)

    @pravesh814 Unka pirce bsnl jitna ho jayega ! Arpu increase at the cost of customer loss is bad policy for them lets wait q4 result ! If not then let bsnl also increase price after 4g come !

    BSNL has it's own reputation when it comes to customer service - for any service every one is clueless be it customer care representative or nodal officers or the apps designed by BSNL. No one has answer, nor ways to escalate complaints against state owned machinery.

    @BSNLCorporate @LovelystatusFo1 Once you install pan india 4g, remove the 3g and 2g nodeb's from the service as it will cause huge IRATs and make bsnl worst. So wherever you install a 4g cell, start removing the 2g/3g cells.
