    I am from karwi chotrakoot (UP) . I need an internet connection ao i went to BSNL office for connection the employee's of BSNL answered me that in SDM colony karwi area have no cable and Y-Max. this problem from very long time that the reasonfor BSNL loss

    @CMD BSNL sir inview of COVID several departmental enquiries are held up putting the chargesheeted official into problems as some of them could not get their retirement benifits also YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE ENQUIRY SO THAT THEY CAN BE COMPLETED SEVERAL CASES R PENDING SINCE YEARS

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD @BSNL Speed has not improved at all. Neither any BSNL technician called up to understand the issue. Can anyone pls suggest should I continue with Bharat Fibre or move to other operators . Is it fibre or telephone net??

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Broadband connectivity is very poor during the online classes being conducted by all educational institutions.Service was fairly good during the vacation. Do the concerned officials aware of what is to be done to improve BSNL performance.We depend on you.

    @PMOIndia @rsprasad Allot 5G Spectrum to BSNL to upgrade it's mobile service when the Private Telecom Companies are allotted the same .Ensure fair competition . Even after 9 years of 4G Spectrum allocation to Pvt sector , BSNL is still using 2G/3G which affects it very badly.

    @CGM_WB_BSNL Very bad mobile internet speed in my locality(pin-735224).Internet speed is fluctuating from 3G to 2G continuously.Can't get stable Internet speed.Many times Customer care executives don't receive calls.I think it was my blunder mistake to recharge my phone with BSNL
