    Internet service is totally disrupted in Chitrakoot district of Uttar pradesh due to battery problem . Everyone is blaming their upper authority that we have sent letter to them demanding new battery but no action has been taken yet . Worst service of bsnl fibre .@BSNLCorporate

    @DoT_India Sir, i need broadband internet connection through optic fiber , not cellular connection. Report says that all village is covered by optic fiber then why bsnl is unable to give it. Report is only on paper , not on ground, useless service

    @BSNLCorporate area code 127040 in bhiwani haryana one of bsnl employees said me we can not provide network for single person door to door home to home we will provide network there where we have huge amount of customer.....is it bsnl policy

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur Hi Team, I don’t understand why the BSNL broadband is sending me pending bills payment text message as I have discontinued the service from Dec 21. Pls look into the matter and resolve the issue asap.
