BSNL service is one of the wrost service I can say, Reported internet issue about 4 days ago told fiber damge issue these people taking 4 days to get it repair. They don't answer to phone with the known number. I think these people only eligible to take salary not to work

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Dear BSNL ur broadband service is pathetic , staff at BSNL Vijayanagar exchange have zero customer centricity. Had applied for broadband connection 7 days back , still there is no response. Person in-charge for this connection never takes call.

I could ve opted private broadband service , just thought let me try BSNL. Realised my mistake. Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Is it true BSNL is shutting down in Karnataka, no service, no complain. The area of 2360 IISc exchange seems without connection for last fourteen days. Or is it because this area is affected by the isolation for covid positive people at near by hotel!

@Ravisutanjani I have serious regrets after switching to BSNL. No network, app glitches, no VoWiFi, no eSIM, no miss call alerts, No free incoming, no caller tunes, no proper customer support. Etc etc. I hope these are the sufficient reasons not to choose BSNL.

TELECOM COMPANIES before 2014 Idea Airtel BSNL Aircel Uninor Reliance Vodafone Videocon MTS India Tata Docomo TELECOM COMPANIES left after 2014: Jio Airtel Vodafone (barely surviving) Who destroyed all private players? And for whom? Today, even a poor villager in a rural area has to pay ₹200–300 every month just to make basic calls.

@mohitlaws BSNL has Optical Fiber network through out india 4 to 6 lakh kms before Jio launch. After Jio announcement Central govt scrap that all fiber cables and nearly shutting BSNL. This is huge scam which no one talk about. And now suddenly all are actively saving BSNL with 3.5 g speed.

@IndianTechGuide They need to work on their network. They have weak networks, call drops and what not. And on top of this, once you go a few km from the city. You see no signal. It's better to use BSNL as a secondary SIM with Rs 107 plan
