I took the most favorable plan eith 300 gb per month FUP @ 10mbps and post that its 2Mbps

Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.
