    @narendramodi @rsprasad I had a technical issue with my Bsnl broadband connection and I struggled to get it fixed for 3 month,yet was unresolved. I had a similar issue with ACT internet and it was resolved within 24hrs. DNA of Bsnl needs to be changed to put customer first

    @SameerShambhu @Sanjeevp02 @KiranKS We could support Govt if they enabled BSNL with 4G or go profitable. Now in reality BSNL isn't even provided pan India 4G spectrum even in 2020, but Jio is matching towards 5G!

    @BBMP_MAYOR Kumbalagodu Industrial Area roads are horrible because of recent cable lying by KEB up to BSNL office/Kewal Engineering company. Employees working in various companies in this Area are struggling to walk on the wet muddy road. Government is busy collecting fines

    @indiantweeter Boss it’s anyway corporate run by one ‘Malik’... it hardly matters whether it’s foreign private company or Indian private company! Until it’s BSNL, welfare of large communities will not happen. Privatisation has never yielded larger results

    I went to take a replacement nano SIM at your Shankarpuram office, Bangalore and the staff asked me to pay ₹100 for a nano replacement sim. It should be free like Vi or under ₹25 like Airtel. No wonder no one uses BSNL now. BSNL sucks big time. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    @Lisa_Nova_Jena I dont remember using bsnl ever... Not even before 4g They were always pathetic... Ab 4g koi paagal hee higa kharchega for the pathetic service that was already running in losses

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir, request you to either privatize BSNL completely or set turn around time for quality service. Wasting huge infrastructure & money. Each service request for a month and additional charges collecting from customers by installation vendors.

    @Kavita_M57 This is the same excuse I hear from every loss making PSU. Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The problem is more with not updating to current standards on technology and staffing ratios.

    @CMDBSNL Sir, it's unfortunate that BSNL is bringing in new data plans ( which is already being provided by competition ) to prospective customers and not existing and loyal ones. Really bad customer experience

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have a 10 Mpbs bharat fiber broadband connection from your company and chose bsnl just to support a fellow PSU who was struggling at that time to survive, like us. I took the most favorable plan eith 300 gb per month FUP @ 10mbps and post that its 2Mbps

    BSNL I have a BSNL Land line no.08026668681 which is dead for more than a month. I don't know what happen to my complaints. I get prompt messages saying complaint resolved. Lodging complaint is also has become cumbersome. 2198 nor 1500 does not working.

    @Lisa_Nova_Jena Bsnl died because of pathetic service.... would you prefer bsnl over airtel? similarly, if farmers will get better price than msp, they will prefer private companies... Its a choice farmers have... Like you had a choice between bsnl and airtel...Simple...

    @bsnl_bangalore Have raised complaint regarding phone dead. Yet no action taken in this regard. One of the worst service from BSNL. Now can't even raise new complaint as it says that existing conditions? Olaint is not yet resolved. It's been 1 month now. Need help.. !!!!?

    @itchymissy Since 20 year's they r still digging the road's & not completed. Project is still going on. It'll never get completed. There r many telephone linesmen who have more than 1 house. I ordered a BSNL landline in a border area. It's 🐝 n 20 yrs now I've not received my Deposit 💰500/=

    @BSNLCorporate My dad wrongly recharged for rs 147 when I recharged the same number for rs 699 a day before. BSNL representative said there is nothing they can do and blamed that the fault is on customer. Who on earth will willfully downgrade to a lower plan?

I am not saying BSNL should not be there, but only with required manpower in comparison to other telcos and the market share, have plans for customer attraction, have plans to increase productivity, and improvements in many other aspects.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @BSNL_OR My Father lost his phone in Odisha during his travelling and the SIM is registered under BSNL Karnataka Circle. I have lodged a complaint in PS and obtained the lost report, but Odisha circle is not issuing the SIM of Karnataka. Please help me.

    Very serious & BSNL should issue a statement in Media about this! Till the same is clarified the Tender is to be on hold! However, if found false the so-called former DRDO scientist Mr. Sarswat should face the chopper & be fined as well as imprisoned for false information!

    Very worst service, I had #bsnl_fibre connection, always it shows no internet and when I call nearby bsnl support they always say their is server down. I am getting no help from #bsnl office and private company, So what is meaning of taking connection. @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate
