    @TRAI need help, I ported to bsnl Karnataka. It’s only 2 days but I realised it’s having very pathetic 3G service. None of the current major apps are not working. It’s really impossible in this situation to sustain. I need to port back my mobile number. Please it’s an SOS.

    Bsnl prepaid 1699 plan offers the best instead of 2gb data per day to 3gb per day 100sms per day and 425 days plan period instead of 365. No match for bsnl service. It's ftth is number one with just 777a month. 49/36mbps download and upload speeds 18gb per day 540gbs a month

    I could ve opted private broadband service , just thought let me try BSNL. Realised my mistake. Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.

    @INCIndia @BSNLCorporate In every BSNL public relations office there are more than a dozen employees sitting idle every day . daily collections from post paid bill and sale of new sim does not exceed 5000. The staff does not have knowledge of new telecom policy to explain to the customer Better close

    @BSNL_KTK I had applied for bsnl broadband 1 month back I got the message from bsnl also that it has been activated but still wiring has not done when I call the concern person he says tomorrow tomorrow from past 15 days I am calling him but no response and very bad experience

    The best and cheapest internet is bharath fiber rnet is bsnl FTTH. Today's wifi speeds 47/13 mb download and upload all at 777 per month plan. Unbelievable, seeing is believing salute bsnl. Service best

    @krishnabgowda Hope you take up all the tasks in one go. I have noticed none of the public authorities (BBMP/BWSSB/BESCOM/BSNL/BTP/BMRCL) plans or works together to utilize common activities like excavation or asphalting or traffic diversion doing so will cut down the funds and help taxpayers.

    @BSNLCorporate I used MNP to port in BSNL 1901 verification message received on Saturday 19th March still my old network is active. it's not converted to BSNL.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have a 10 Mpbs bharat fiber broadband connection from your company and chose bsnl just to support a fellow PSU who was struggling at that time to survive, like us. I took the most favorable plan eith 300 gb per month FUP @ 10mbps and post that its 2Mbps

    @BSNL_KTK Working from Home with BSNL Broadband is becoming increasingly difficult. Could you please improve the Internet Stability. It drops and doesn't come back up at all. Customer Service is also not responding. Please help, I am not able to get any other new connection asap.

    Previously issues with #JioFiber will get resolved within 24 hours. Now, for the past 8 days, the service engineer visit was rescheduled twice without him/her visiting my home. It is negatively impacting my work from home. Sad to see JioFiber is degrading like BSNL @JioCare
