    @BSNL_KTK most inefficient network provider is BSNL. Most lethargic and corrupt people are monitoring the government organisation. Not bothered to settle an account even after 6 months.

    @TRAI need help, I ported to bsnl Karnataka. It’s only 2 days but I realised it’s having very pathetic 3G service. None of the current major apps are not working. It’s really impossible in this situation to sustain. I need to port back my mobile number. Please it’s an SOS.

    We live in a day & age where old shit without any innovation will not thrive. BSNL has remained the same forever, their services haven't changed, their response to customers was slow AF. They dug their own freaking grave. If people are not able to understand this, I pity them.

    @BSNL_KTK Either landlines or mobiles, poor service, mobiles doesn't work with BSNL Sims. How many customers are there with you as compared to Airtel or Jio? How many people have surrendered landlines and how many have ported from BSNL to other network providers?

    @Lisa_Nova_Jena I dont remember using bsnl ever... Not even before 4g They were always pathetic... Ab 4g koi paagal hee higa kharchega for the pathetic service that was already running in losses

    @rsprasad Sir BSNL Bangalore BROADBAND SERVICES CRASHED FOR LAST 7 days. When repeatedly complained answer recd server problem and there is no back up contingency plan in BSNL.lousy rude Staff & officers. All blore users shifting to Jio broadband in mass today . Pl help Sir

    @PriyankKharge No salary to BSNL because mostly State Governments are utilising the service of BSNL but bills submitted by it are not paid by state governments in time As regards MNREGA utilisation certificates for amount earlier release are not submitted by the State Governments

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir, request you to either privatize BSNL completely or set turn around time for quality service. Wasting huge infrastructure & money. Each service request for a month and additional charges collecting from customers by installation vendors.

    @narendramodi Hon. Modiji, I have BSNL landline connection since 25 years. Since 14 days I am following up for repair, after lodging 3 complaints on-line & about 1 dozen calls to BSNL 560097. Till date no action is taken by anyone. Please help me soon. No: 080-23649420

    @BSNL_KTK please shutdown your customer care callcenter. It’s waste of public money, because we don’t get any help from here. The only thing they do is ask us to go to the BSNL office.

    @BSNL_KTK I had applied for bsnl broadband 1 month back I got the message from bsnl also that it has been activated but still wiring has not done when I call the concern person he says tomorrow tomorrow from past 15 days I am calling him but no response and very bad experience

    I recharged BSNL for 1 year with unlimited calls and 1.5 gb per day. And for calling a customer care number or to send sms verification, i need to recharge top up ? What looting is this @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care ? Also missng important otp and calls in time! Who's responsible ?

    Now my wife will stop sharing her hotspot, And guess what? Ur so called bogus #world_class_telcom (BSNL 4G) wil immediately vanish completely & wil not b available 4 hours & hours!! What can b done 2 punish BSNL 4 such poor service? @jagograhakjago plz suggest a legal process.
