I ported out of Vodafone a while ago as the service was poor. BSNL has a very long way to go in order to be in a position to provide the desired service levels.

The state delivers corrupt, inefficient, ill designed products/solutions. I'd never go to a govt hospital. I'll never use BSNL. I'd rather use helicopter than drive on Indian roads.
