@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Dear BSNL ur broadband service is pathetic , staff at BSNL Vijayanagar exchange have zero customer centricity. Had applied for broadband connection 7 days back , still there is no response. Person in-charge for this connection never takes call.

I could ve opted private broadband service , just thought let me try BSNL. Realised my mistake. Bad & lazy attitude of staff at Vijayanagar exchange staff in Blr. U guys will never imporve , 4 new connection it's a herculean task. Time to move on Privalite service , Good bye.

@ThisIsAbhiram Sir, to activate international roaming you need to take an international SIM in BSNL Customer service center before you went abroad. normal SIM will not work in other countries. inconvenience caused is regretted.

@JioCare and @BSNL_UPW and @DoT_India I have two connections one is Jio 4G (less a km )and the Other is BSNL 3G(tower less than 200 m ) but I am facing internet issue. BSNL has no 2G coverage even and jio is not providing the reliable connection. Both have failed me.
