Recently, my sister took a vrs from BSNL, same story she had to offer and blamed senior people for taking wrong decisions. The tower has been non-functional for the past three or four years. Even when it was operational, the network was poor and 3G didn't work, yet they talk big about introducing 5G. Right now, villagers use the structure to store animal fodder. @bsnl_care

Lalit Singh Chilwal (@LalitChilwal) reported@BSNL_HR We can arrange the sim, but when will you deliver networks? No networks in NCR region, specially Faridabad, internet is far cry. Switching network between Dolphin and BSNL is really frustrating. Cutomer care just make a call for formality and no solution at all after 3 years.
